Perfect right from the start!! They were very accommodating and took very good care of my Corvette. They didn t try to see how much they could spend. Just the opposite!! Tried lower cost alternatives first!! Highly recommend!!!

Took my Trans Am here. My car had several issues and isn't the easiest thing to fix due to some previous work done. The team at Ray's was very helpful, upfront and clear about what they found and what could be done to fix it. They completely rebuilt the transmission, the rear-end, and turned it around quickly. Cost was reasonable for the work they did and was right in line with the estimate they provided. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing driveline repairs or upgrades. Thanks for getting me back on the road!!

5 stars. Ray's won over a new customer. It sounded like the manual transmission needed a rebuild and was almost ready to drop at times. Instead, it was a part on the axle next to the transmission that was completely worn. Ray's fixed it at a reasonable cost and now the truck drives great.

I Went in for an estimate, and they said I needed a new transmission for $2600. I asked if it was possibly the linkage and they said, "No, definitely the transmission." I took it to my regular shop. They confirmed my diagnosis and fixed the problem for $700. Glad I got a 2nd opinion. Will never be back. Buyers beware!

I was referred to Ray's Transmission by a good friend. I pulled my truck out of the garage Tuesday night and found a fuel leak on the floor. Needing my truck for a 1000 mile fishing trip on Friday 6am, I didn't if anyone could help me or not. One call to Ray's they told me to bring it down ASAP and they couldn't guarantee a fix if it was a huge issue but would do their best in my time frame to diagnose and fix it. I received a phone call an hour later explaining what was wrong and a price to fix it. By the end of the day it was fixed before my trip deadline to leave. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!!! Thanks again!!

Mercedes E-350 broke down, and I called and asked if they could work on this model. They said yes, and found that it wasn't the transmission, but the drive shaft and steering unit. I again asked if they were the right shop for the job and they assured me they were. When I got the car back, the check-engine light was on, the cruise control, all-wheel drive, and ABS brakes did not work (all formerly working fine). They never even mentioned it when I paid the $2600 for their work, and after I came back, told me they can do nothing about it. Now a month later, I'm still waiting for other shops to call me back for an estimate on the repairs. Not happy at all!

Got a clutch replace. That was done well. But they broke my hood latch, didn t tell me. My starter also was not as I brought it in. Replaced a cv axle that I was not informed about. (Exceeded my quote by $250) The axle bent after 3 months and when I asked Ray about the warranty he said they would laugh at me . So put two new axles in my self. Saved my self more broken parts and a decent amount of money. All in all not a place I m going to attempt to get anything done again.

Thank you Karl and your guys in the shop for the quick turnaround on my truck. Dropped my dodge 3500 off Wednesday at noon and they had the clutch changed out by Friday afternoon. Knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help as I needed it done ASAP!

Called and asked for a quote on a support bearing replacement. Quoted me $200. The bill was $202 and the job was done the next day. Very reliable and I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for the job well done

I was driving back to Minneapolis from visiting my family in Wisconsin on the 4th of July when I got a flat tire on my 1987 Toyota RV. I was lucky to get towed to Ray's! I knew I had an odd tire size, but Ray's found them the next morning and as soon as the tires arrived at the shop, they went to work and got me back on the road. I hope to do business with Ray's again. Friendly, courteous, a great sense of humor and fantastic work!

I was told by my mechanic of 15 years that my transmission was leaking by the axle. I was then told that my transmission is junk. I called Rays. I called on a weds to make appointment. By Monday @ 9 am I was contacted told what the issue was. I only needed a seal replaced.(significantly cheaper than a shot transmission.) I had my car by 430 that Monday. Thank you Rays!

We are from northern wisconsin and stopped in Neenah Wednesday for the night to visit our kids. Thursday morning noticed a antifreeze leak under the hood. Problem was that we were headed to Indiana early Friday to visit other kids just for the weekend so we had a pretty tight schedule. Rays was recommended to me so went there and talked with Karl who shoe horned me into his already tight schedule who diagnosed and changed the water pump out in time for us to keep stay on track with our visit with kids. I consider this service over and above the normal day to day schedule for them. I have driven over a thousand miles since that change out with no issues and would recommend Rays Transmision to anyone in the area. They were very professional and courteous with all communications regarding my problem. Thanks again.

I had to have my transmission replaced on my Buick. They not only did that, they fixed the exhaust, and the sway bar all at once. So far have had my transmission rebuilt and rear axle rebuilt by rays. Excellent work done and right on time both times. Would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Transmission went out partially on my Silverado. Took it in and they had the work done in a couple of days. Truck runs like never before. Highly recommend them for your transmission work needs
