They were good until they weren t. In short, if you start getting a bad feeling when talking with him, it won t get better, so leave and get your work done elsewhere.I used to love coming here. It was convenient, and they let me drop off and pick up before/after business hours as long as I called and paid, accommodating around my work schedule. I came back from being gone from the area for a year and they had a significant personality change. Communication is now awful - we agreed to a total for charges, saying the amount on the phone as clarification because they had given a few proposed options, and when I stopped in the total was double that which we agreed to. Turns out they did extra work that we didn t ageee to. I would have been fine had there been a phone call to communicate this prior to me showing up. He immediately says, I don t want to fight so I ll just get rid of it. very passive aggressively. I told him that I wanted to pay for work they did, and did not want to fight, but I don t want this to happen again, so I need to know what happened. He then tried to accuse me of having nothing but negative interactions with them (even though I had been gone from the area for a year, and had limited interactions with the new owners) and accused me of this happening previously. We had agreed to a total amount, and there had been no further discussion, so it could have simply been ended with this was a failure to communicate and we ll make a plan to avoid that next time, but he made it a much bigger issue. I went online to check reviews because I felt crazy, knowing what my past experience had been, and I saw others have had communication issues with this business in the last year or so, as well. So if it seems bad, it s likely not you. I d find a new shop, otherwise they ll blame their poor communication on you.

Absolutely recommend these guys!! I didn t get the name of the man that looked at my truck tires but he was super friendly and didn t charge for it. I wanted to do something, he s like well you could bring in donuts. So that s what I did! Hope you enjoy them guys. And Jake, it was nice talking with you! Merry Christmas! You made mine much better!

Had my car months longer then they said. Added work to my repairs without my Auth. So my bill was way way higher then agreed on. The work wasn't good. Got car without a working speedometer and a clutch issues after motor replacement. Brought it back. They fixed the speedometer and said it needs a clutch and quote was very high. Took it to a different shop and it was the clutch throw out bearing hose was loose and came off. So it was mis diagnosed and they wouldn't stand behind their work. They didn't return my messages after either. Will never recommend or use!

Jake was honest and very thorough with assessing the issues with our vehicle. Then when doing the repairs the pricing was very fair and the work was done promptly.Also Jake showed us pictures of work that was done and also followed up with a courtesy call a couple days after we got the car back.I would highly recommend Olsen's Unlimited to anyone!

These guys did a great job fixing my car and installing new wheels and tires! Their service is 110%! It's always a warm welcome when you walk through the door. Recommended for anyone who loves a positive experience when having their car serviced.

I have been going to these guys almost since they ve opened and every time I go they do what they can to get whatever I need fixed timely, and in the most cost effective way. They explain and communicate very well on what s going on and the work that needs to be done. They re honest and don t try to rope you into stuff you don t actually need. 15/10 would recommend, if you don t have a mechanic that has your back go see these guys!!!Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Would have left half a star if it was an option. Everything was great until it was time to communicate. Waited 3 weeks to get my wheel replaced, heard nothing after the first week I dropped my car off and have had to call for updates every day since, being told yea come on in we ll have the rim the next day only for them not to have it. I was told this rim is extremely hard to find but after being fed up of waiting 3 weeks, I made one call and found the rim and brought it to Jake literally today. When I showed up Jake was upset claiming he s wasted a lot of money and time trying to find me one and I basically am responsible for that. But had he communicated from the beginning we wouldn t be here. After he angrily grabbed my keys, swapped the rim out that I FOUND AND BROUGHT MYSELF, he refused to let me pay him and told me on my way out that I should find another mechanic. It s truly sad that he can t just be accountable for the fact that his communication with me about getting my livelihood back was extremely poor and unprofessional. He acted like a child when I showed up with a solution. Wouldn t dream of stepping back into that place. What an absolute joke. Been coming here for a year and never experienced anything like this from Jake and his team before.

Jake is awesome...my car needed AC put back together and it worked just fine . I was at Wrenches earlier in the week. They wanted to charge me $700.00 to fix my AC ??????.....talk about ripping off a steady customer. Buh bye Kevin...Hello Jake !!!!!!

Went in for a repair, he tried to talk me into something cheaper, because they're good people. They're good mechanics that are looking out for you. Their business model seems to acknowledge that good service and fair prices bring customers back, which is amazing. I'll be bringing my vehicle back here from now on.

My son informed me about Olsens Unlimited. These guys are excellent! Prompt service and prices were not what I expected (was thinking more). Friendly, great customer service, explained what was going on with my car (a way a woman could understand), not only that but they took time out of their lunch to bring my car back to me! I appreciated everything they have done for me and highly recommend them to all and everyone! Kudos guys!

I take my work and personal car here. Sends detailed texts with their software of things that are urgent or moderate that need to be handled and walk you through the estimate and allow for a pay from that software system. You can give them the go ahead straight from the software text you get too.

Coming here since I got my 07 Saturn. They've been helping me keep it running ever since!! LOLPatience & knowledge is exemplary.They have searched for parts on computer, right next to me, and only charged me what the part costs.One time- and I shouldnt mention it, the charge was $38 something and they asked me to pay 35 even. Im sure they cant go around doing that for everyone, but speaks to their charecter.Huge fans of Jake and Aaron but trust everyone here!Thanks guys!

Since the guy begged me to delete my comment and told me he'd show me I was wrong. Even put $100 bucks on it. I'll give you one hundred dollars if your right were his exact words!. But then the very next day he ignores my message about it ... To bad I can't ad the videos I have

I switched shops and starting bringing our vehicles here a few years ago. They do a great job of explaining the problem, break down some of the more complex issues in layman's terms, and get your issue sorted quickly. Recently I was having electrical issues which turned out to simply be a worn out battery. Even I can handle this fix, and they not only didn't charge me for the diagnostic (some issues will involve a diagnostic fee here, but not as high as some places), but they also took the battery out for me so I could swing by and grab it quickly on my way to the store to get a new one. A lot of little things about this shop really add up.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! The prices are very fair and the service in incredible. Before Jake and Aaron make repairs, they will actually physically show the issue so the customer has a very good understanding what work is being performed! I have taken my truck there several times and every time I get the same professional service! These two fellas are AWESOME and I send as many people possible to them.! Looking for fast, friendly, fair, complete auto repair done right? Look no further than Olsens Unlimited. Our whole experience from start to finish was wonderful!!! Jake and his crew were great! My truck was running really rough...I stopped in to Olsens without an appointment and fortunately, they fit me in. Aaron was great to deal with, explained my problem in detail, told me exactly what it would cost to fix. I know they worked hard to get my truck done in the same day. Really awesome service! I'll be back.

I found you guys when you were first starting out. Your desire to put customers first without treating them like so many other repair shops do is what keeps me coming back! This review is well over due! I had received a quote from a local well know tire and repair shop that seemed reliable ... but way out of my price range! Per family and friend advise I took that quote to Olsens Unlimited to see what they could do for me. Not only did they provide me with prompt excellent customer service but the end cost ended up being nearly half the price. Needless to say, I m an Olsen s Unlimited customer for life now. Plus, they have an adorable shop dog!

My truck broke down . We had it towed to Olsens and they looked at it the same day and they were very honest about what it would cost to fix it . Ended up not being able to repair do to having high miles and just being old . They were the first shop I found on google I saw the reviews and I used they . Great place . If I didn t live In Milwaukee I would use them all my car repairs.

Was in need of car repairs on my wife's Lexus Rx350. All other shops were booked out atleast a week. Olsen's Unlimited was able to get us in the same day and fixed up within 2-3 hours. Highly recommend Olsen's Unlimited. Thank you Olsen's Unlimited.
