Not willing to negotiate, not even for 1 dollar less.Edit: Why are you lying? A successful business is built on honesty with customers. I offered you $120, then $150, then anything less than $165, and you said absolutely not. Some of your competitors are selling the same product between 90-150$. I was only willing to go here because it was less distance. Seems you aren't worthy.

I had a great experience with Nik's about 2 weeks ago. I went in for a battery and the gentleman called out to the yard he was very polite and they sold me a battery. Excellent transaction. Today I go in for another battery and The guy behind the counter was a different gentleman, and said he had no batteries and that they don't deal with batteries. I was puzzled, so I called him out on it. I told him that is was funny because the battery in the car I was driving came from them. I also told him he was doing a great job as I just chuckled at his inability to lie to me. Lying to your customers because you don't want to pull a battery is not good practice. Seems to be the norm now days. I will never use Nik's again for a single thing including my future rebuilds. Rule #1 for running a great business is simple, don't lie to your customers. I have the original invoice for the previous battery here you go.

Recently had a vehicle of mine completely fail just after purchase. I was in a pickle and needed some cash to help soften the blow I had just taken. I called Loren s Auto in Neenah and was told that they would purchase my junked vehicle for $50.00. I called Nick s and was given $250.00 for the exact same vehicle on the same day. Best prices in the valley, easy to work with, and no BS when it comes to pricing.

Niks Auto Parts is an awesome establishment. Not only do they have great employees also have great customer service. They helped me with my flat tire. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for your assistance, Steve, Nathan, and Kyle. I am a forever customer.

I purchased from Nik s Auto Parts before with no issues but this time they refused a return from me. I purchased a used radio for our Chevy Traverse. The radio worked fine but found out that the radio was never the issue. When I tried to return the radio, they would not allow it. Disappointed they had to lose a customer over a $50 radio. I wouldn t recommend this company for that reason.

I purchased a engine from Niks auto parts,I drove 160 plus miles for it and when I got it home it wouldn't turn over.I called Steve and he said no problem return it for a full refund or he would get me another engine.In the time it took to load it back on the truck,Steve called back with a solution. Had we connected the fly wheel, we said no and he said one of the fly wheel bolt maybe hitting the bearing housing. We took them off but no luck.He kept applogizing profusely.When I arrived he meet me at the counter and kept appogizing.He refunded the money but I was still out gas money so I asked for a piece of flooring out of a used pickup box I needed to repair mine,which was waiting for me when I arrived. Steve and his Staff were fantastic, even the young lady who unloaded it also appologized.can't say enough about them.I give them 5 stars.

Always friendly and willing to help. They go out of their way to find good quality parts, even if it means from another part of the country. Their recycled parts are both cost effective and right every time!Great Business! Thanks!

Bought a used engine for a good price it ran excellent, just know the warranty is based on you changing the recommended parts.

Wanted a sunvisor. They said they would have to take it out from another van in the yard. They said they would call when it's ready. Called them back at 1:00 and it was taken and ready for pickup. Picked it up, no screws and the end you clip the visor into was not there either. I asked for the screws and he replied, really what do you want for 25 dollars. I just shook my head and walked Wecan'tout.Very poor service. give
