My husband and I decided to stop here when looking for 2 new/used SUVs. We just had a bad experience in Oshkosh at a different car dealership. When we arrived to look at the very impressive inventory of vehicles on the lot we were impressed already. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and in no way at all was either of the sales persons pushy. They did not make us feel uncomfortable or rushed. Very patient and helpful along with very knowledgeable of the vehicles they have for sale. I can't say enough amazing things about this place!!! Just trust us and please make Lomira Auto North is a place that you stop at when looking for your next vehicles!

We just bought a new to us truck from Lomira Auto for my wife. They were a pleasure to work with, no high pressure at all. There was a misunderstanding on the location of the truck ( my fault ) and when we went to look at it, it was at the other location. Dave Jastrow our sales contact quickly brought it down for us to test drive.Long story short, we were getting messages on the display about a charging problem. When I let Dave know he asked us to bring it back to be checked out. They took care of it 100% at their cost.Not the kind of service you normally receive on a used vehicle.We will definitely be return customers.

Probably the best used car experience I've ever had ( and i was in the businessforover 30 years)!!!! Excellent to work with and extremely personable people. The vehicle was very clean and in perfect working condition . It was just all around a perfect experience with Shawn and Brad taking care of need and request we had. Thanks guys, we'll be back!!!

Daughter bought a car a little over a year ago. Only was able to drive it for 6 month. Engine problems. She bought the extended warranty which is a joke. We brought car to dealership and found out the piston rings are shot. Warranty wont cover it even though it says covers engine and drive train. They said the piston seals broke and they only replace if it s just worn out. So now she has a vehicle she paid over 19 thousand for and has monthly payments on and it s now yard art. So now she s trying to save up for a new engine which is almost impossible being a single mother with a 4 month old baby. Ridiculous

If you are looking to buy a truck without a pushy salesman this is the place to go. Alex and Brad were fantastic through the whole process of me and my fianc� getting a truck. They are very kind friendly and treat you more than a customer. Alex was very informative about the truck we were looking at and was very vey knowledgeable. Brad was fantastic as well as he informed us about other vehicles we were considering in the future, he treated us very well and didn t see us as dollar signs. I will definitely be going back to them from now on.

Salespeople and management who have specific knowledge about each vehicle. My wife and I felt like they always had our best interests in mind. Excellent selection and great prices. Probably most impressed with their ability to contact me with responses to my questions. Would and will definitely go back. Great experience.

My other family members have bought cars from Lomira Auto but yesterday it was my turn. I was very impressed by Joel and Brad! Looked, test drove and got my vehicle all in the same day. They worked with my budget and my trade in. Both even entertained my 10yr old and her random conversations. Very impressed!

Lomira Auto North is a place that I would never buy a vehicle from. They show vehicles before they are through the shop and that is careless and dangerous. They once even sold and delivered a vehicle that was not through the shop and the customer was asked to bring it back so the 3k in service could be done to make it safe. Bottom line buyer beware. Ask to see the service records which you are entitled to upon request. They have more come backs than I have ever seen. Yes I am a former employee that witnessed all of this and much more. They ask for 5 star reviews. They do not earn them. Again ask lots of questions and make sure you know your buying a vehicle AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY from Lomira Auto given with the purchase. What does that tell you about the cars being sold there if they won't even stand behind it and give a 3 month 3k miles warranty?!?!?! When you buy from them you get the black top warranty which means as soon as it leaves the black top your on your own 7/3/2023 In response to the owner......everything I stated above is true. Nothing I stated was untrue. I am glad I am no longer a part of such a horrible place I am a customer Ray. I purchased a vehicle from you after you forced me to sell you the vehicle after I already purchased it from someone that I brought to the dealership to buy a car from myself. You told me that if I didn't sell you the car and allow you to make money on it you would fire me. You claimed it was "curbing" the dealership and by all rights it WAS NOT. The place is crooked as they come. The crooked stuff I witnessed in such a shortly period of time was absolutely absurd.

I can not say anything other than good things about my experience. Dave and Brad were awesome to deal with. They treated me very well. And got me in an awesome new ride for a great price. Will be telling everyone to check out Lomira Auto!!!!

Had to purchase a car on an emergent basis. Due to health issues, there were guidelines but Kudos to Rick for fabulous customer service and finding the perfect vehicle. Brad was also very helpful

This is a must stop place to check if you are in the market for a vehicle! Low stress, no hassle and above expectations in the quality of vehicles on the lot make this a go to!! I was ready to downsize my vehicle and started with an auto trader search which lead me to my dream car being located in Lomira. I called them and they said they actually had the car in Neenah at their new store, which worked great for me since I lived in Appleton. The gentlemen had the car all ready for me when I got there and couldn t have been more helpful with my many questions. All 3 men that I met were very polite, professional, informative and friendly, not salesy or pushy (if you know what I mean). Thank you guys, I love my new Lincoln!

I was originally greeted by John in the sales department. He was knowledgable and down to earth. After our conversation about all they could do for me, I came back the second day to sign papers on the vehicle. I was then greeted by Brad in the finance department. Again very knowledgable. As we sat down to begin the signing process, Brad and I had a long (non vehicle related) conversation that made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. All in all, don't waste your time at the big box auto stores and stop in and see the crew at the Lomira Auto North. Top notch fellas.

Within 3 weeks of purchasing my car it is broke down in the shop needing multiple repairs. Transfer case AWD unit rear differential. I don t believe a full inspection was done on this car to have all this wrong with it right away.
