We ve been customers of JJ s for seven years, and I ve never had more confidence and loyalty to an automotive service provider than I ve had with JJ s. We ve always been treated well and had our cars well taken care of. Service is great and prices are reasonable.

Jjs auto clinic is exceptional. I was having a grinding noise coming from my truck. They were able to get me in quickly. They diagnosed the problem. Called me and gave me a quote and were able to get it done quickly. Glad I found this auto shop. Highly recommend

Went a few times to fix a few issues on my used 18 year old AtoB vehicle and I m so impressed with the work they have done and even the price is negotiable , i will continue to be a customer & highly recommend for auto repair and maintenance. Best auto clinic in town of Neenah .

I brought my car here for a second opinion. I have a few friends who go to JJ's so I figured I'd give them a try. I was so impressed! From my very first phone call with Jeff to going over options with Scott, everyone was so incredibly helpful. They treated me like I've been going there for years. So, whether they like it or not, they've got a new customer for life.

Honest and will give you the options to fix your vehicle without charging you an arm and a leg. Haven't brought my car to another shop since using JJ's.

I went to JJ s auto based on a recommendation and I can t speak more highly of them. They went above and beyond to fix my car and were awesome with communication. I honestly don t know how they did it but I thought my car was on its last legs and now it feels like a whole new car! Scott helped me, saved the day. My alternator went out on me while I was travelling from out of town and he got me back on the road the same day. Had to get an alternator from out of town, but he conducted it all and got me home to my daughter in time for bedtime. I have nothing but kind things to say about everyone at JJ's and Scott especially. That man is an angel.

I want to give the biggest shoutout to JJ S Auto for getting my vehicle repaired in record time. I thought I was going to be without it for a week or more. JJs has been extremely helpful with a major issue with my car. They were willing to take a look at no cost after I had gotten a few opinions and attempted repairs that didn't fix the issue. Shout out to Scott and the team at JJs Auto Clinic! Much appreciated!

These guys are friendly and knowledgeable and honest. They will take you back to look at your car and what they are working on. They are a very busy shop and if you call it maybe four or five days out to work on your vehicle. I have explored other service shops and I would say they are equal or sometimes cheaper than other independent shops. They have loner cars you can use while your car is getting maintenance, Have to ask ahead of time to see if one is available. Just need to top off the gas tank.My wife and I have been bringing are cars here since Matt owned the shop and these guys have not missed a beat. We live in Appleton and still prefer the come to Neenah to JJ s because they do good work.

My husband and I have gone to the Harrison Street location for many years. We originally took our cars and trucks to Matt VanderVelden and always got great service, but when Matt retired and sold the business to JJ's, we changed over to them. We have been extremely happy with their service. Whether the job is a small one or a really big job, they always explain what's needed in an easy-to-understand way. You can rely on the fact that Scott, Charlie, Jeff, John and others in the shop will go out of their way to make sure you know what was needed and that it is done right. This place is great! What I thought might be a larger issue ended up being a simple one. I was making plans to be without a car for a few days and figuring out a way to pay for the repairs, but then got a phone call with great news! I got my car back the same day and the work done was super affordable. Needles to say I will be bringing my car back and telling my friends about this place. Trustworthy and straightforward!

We have been a satisfied customer for years with JJ's. Whether it's tires, oil changes, or various engine maintenance jobs, we have confidence in their work. Most recently, they had to do some diagnostics to determine a rough idle issue and found that a part was no longer made that was needed for our vehicle. They went out of their way to track the correct replacement part down. We highly recommend their work and their fair pricing.Service: Engine repair

JJ's let us know we needed to replace our tires at an oil change. We made an appointment to have the tires replaced. Everything went smoothly. We are happy with the tire recommendation JJ's gave us. JJ's has been our 'Go To' auto mechanics for several years and we havealways been given very good service with appropriate prices. JJ's is an awesome shop. Never been mislead out sold unneeded repairs. They tell me what may need attention on the future, but no hard sell that the repairs need to be done immediately. Absolutely respect their business...

With the closing of a small repair shop near our home that we've used for about 20 years, we were looking for another trustworthy shop. So far (3 experiences), I've been impressed with the attitude, professionalism, and what seems to be very competent diagnostic capabilities, combined with prompt turnaround and fees I've found to seem quite reasonable. I've recommended JJ's several times since I found out about them through a referral from a friend.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, A/C installation & repair

Love JJ's and the team there! They are always very straightforward with what the issue is on my car and the steps they need to do to resolve it. Multiple times they've offered a cheaper fix that would be just as good as the more expensive one, which I super appreciate every time! Would definitely recommend taking your car here!

Used JJ's 4 times over the past few years. This crew is the most professional and honest group of auto mechanics I ever encountered. I stopped using these guys after I moved to Wautoma but have found that they are worth the travel to have peace of mind knowing I am getting above average workmanship and customer service at a good price. I trust JJ's Auto Clinic to service my SUV. They offer advice on repairs but aren't pushy to sell me more than is necessary. They are courteous and professional. I don't mind the drive from where I live in Winneconne as it gives me peace of mind knowing my SUV is in good hands at JJ's. The guys there are very professional and helpful. The mechanic (Clint) that fixed and replaced many parts on my car...I highly recommend him not to slight the other guys in the shop, I am sure they all are very qualified individuals. They are upfront and very customer oriented. I will be using JJ's Auto Clinic for any and all my auto service and repair. Hands down the best I found in the valley.

they were efficient and within the amount of money they quoted. Had a water pump replaced on a 2011 Honda CRV.... Called on a Friday made the appointment to drop it off on Monday picked it up on Tuesday, they came and picked me up.... Overall pretty decent experience for a repair shop. Results may very with severity of mechanical problem you are experiencing the young guy at the counter in charge of scheduling / charging for services rendered was pleasant and personable, overall experience seemed to be decent to me...I found everything about JJ's to be honest and efficient, go here to get your yo whip back on the road and cracking!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at JJ's today. The team there fit me in last minute appointment for an oil change and MillerCat install on my Prius. They were so honest, thoughtful with the install, and kind to boot. So grateful JJ's is in the area and will use them exclusively to service my Prius in the future!

It has been almost 3 years since my inital review 3 years ago since my last review of this awesome business and I just wanted to say I wish more serivce organizations did half the job these guys do. Thanks for the great support on keeping my family traveling safe. Keep up the good work.JJ's Auto Clinic has an Excellent and Courteous staff that care about keeping your care running safe for you and your family. I highly recommend this shop for the maintenance of your vehicle.
