They did a great job inspecting my vehicle and provided recommendations. They had previously completed repairs on my daughter s vehicle, and we were very pleased with both the diagnostics and repair. James did a fantastic job explaining the findings of the diagnostics, what needed to be done sooner than later, and ensuring we received the best price he could offer. We will definitely recommend Firestone Neenah in the future.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Had an appointment for Sat, but when I brought my vehicle in, the service person said that they had no available tech that day that was qualified to look at a check engine light on my vehicle. She said that they could look at it Monday morning. So I left the vehicle there and called Monday morning, and spoke with the manager. He said they would be looking at my vehicle within the next hour. 5 hours later I called back. Talked to a different woman who said, "the tech is looking at your vehicle now. The service tech should be finished up in 15-20 minutes." Over an hour later, I stopped into the service center after work. My vehicle had never been looked at. I was lied to by multiple people working there. Worst vehicle service I have ever had. STAY AWAY

I came in on a Monday morning to see if they could change my back 2 tires on my Ram 1500. I wanted to match the front tires. Not only were they able to match the tires, but they had them in stock. They scheduled me for installation that same day. I was running late and couldn t make it back there before they closed so they let me leave it there and pick it up in the morning. The best part was the fact that they had the lowest price for those tires of the 4 places I looked. Highly recommend the team there.

On vacation in Wisconsin had to get oil changed and tires looked at. These people were kind and knowledgeable fast and professional. Didn't take long at all and was in my way back to Texas in no time thanks for the help and job well done. Would recommend that anyone's needs would be taken care of with get pride.

My driver's headlight went out. Went to Firestone in Neenah. The guy that helped me out was super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was able to get me in before close. It was done in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your help. I appreciate you.

I don t ever post things like this but I am so angry at firestone auto care in Neenah. They have had our car since 1 PM today we are an appointment had been made to get an alignment. They said it would take two hours. We dropped the car off. They said oh it ll be about three hours to do an alignment, called at 4 and they said oh it ll be done about 5 so we just went and showed up. They never worked on the car because they were just so busy today with other things and they were about to take it back. needless to say there is no alignment. I got my keys back will never go back to fire stone auto care again.Bottom line is if you make an appointment to have service done you better have a better excuse than you were just too busy and had other things going on

Always one thing or another with this place. Got a quote today over the phone for two tires to be replaced due to a puncture in one of them. Since we had road hazard protection on them, they were discounted. When I go to pick up the car, I get charged $105 more than they quoted me on the phone & I had no choice but to pay it because the employee that quoted me had already left, so if I wanted to take it up with that employee, I would have had to leave the car with them for three days until he works again.I ve been taking both of our household s cars to Firestone for nearly everything we ve needed done on them & it seems that there s always some way that something goes awry and we end up paying way more than we planned to. Ready to find a new place to take our vehicles because this place has been a joke.

DON'T GO HERE! Made an apt for a tire change out days in advance. I drop it off in the morning and say I'll be back at 3 to pick it up. The manager said no problem, I show up and it's not done. I left and won't return.

The mechanics are thorough and take time to explain all of their work. I like that they let me know ow if I have any vehicle problems what is important to do right away and what can wait.

Caught price hiking & suggesting replacing parts that aren't worn out ? I believe people should have a loud warning about such things. Just keeping the mechanic stereotypes going.I'm looking at a ridiculous part price quote on an invoice sent to a family member. $97.99 for a common GM serpentine belt. That doesn't include installation! The rest of the labor, shop supplies(why?) & tax kicks the quote to over $180!Shops get way better pricing than the public for their part orders. The EXACT same belt brand & part number is $20 through Walmart, $30 through Amazon & the most expensive alternate option from the local auto store is $42.And the most egregious part of all? The belt that they suggested to replace with a stupidly overpriced new one IS PERFECTLY FINE! The felt texture on the belt is still in great shape. I had to hunt to find 1 crack of note. The splayed open sections around pulleys don't differ at all from the pic I've included.

I was there a few months ago and my car didn't start and the guy I talk to on the phone said if I could get it there they'll take a look. I told him if he can get it done before I go to work? he said yes. So I manage to get my car there. When I got there He said it's gonna be wait because they're busy. So I had to call into work that day and still didn't get my car back until tomorrow afternoon! For a battery replacement! I was so mad! The guys excuse was oh, sorry we were busy. That's all he says when I asked "Why wasn't my car done on time like he told me"? when I was told it would done before I went to work, he just said. Oh, sorry we're busy.Just a few days ago I called for a quote for my car. The same guy that lied to me answer. saying oh, we're busy. I'll give you a call back in a bit and, he never did. I like it better when I was dealing with the other guy forgot his name(Red beard), But looks like you guy have a new crew And the new guy I'm dealing with has no idea what he's doing! so to get rid of the customer he just says were busy! I'll get back to you and, never do! So unprofessional and, I hated being lied to when I'm trusting you in my car!Service: Auto battery replacement

Spoke to someone to schedule a apt for an alignment, I had it set for the next day I called to confirm the apt and they told me I'm not even on there list so they never scheduled me. They scheduled me for the wrong day! Plus on top of it they told me they cannot do alignments for bmw which is false they said they don't have the software to do it. Pretty sure they just made up excuses because they did not want to work on my car. Horrible service I will never call these people again and WASTE MY TIME! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I went for a tps sensor ligth and got charge 210 dollars for a sensor, come to find out that the ligth turned back on as soon I got home, the mechanic was rude and said I need to replace 3 of them because they was low, all that the truck needed was air on the spare tire, so I bring my car to "professional" that we suppose to trust and I get charge for a job that was never done, and ended up fixing myself with free air from quick trip, I wouldn't recommend it to any friends or family.

Had my oil changes done here in the past and had no issues with those. A few months ago I brought my car in because it was making a clunking noise that myself and others could hear. Took it in and they said they never heard anything. Drove off the lot and immediately heard the noise as did coworkers and family members when I would drive away.Recently got brakes and rotors done here and brand new brakes got squeakier with each passing day. Called and the manager told me to wait 2 weeks. Felt like this was not appropriate, called the Appleton location for a professional opinion, and they told me that was ridiculous and that there should be no squeaking like that.The manager doesn t know what s going on at his store, called to check on the status of my car and he had no clue what was being done and said there s no notes in here. Well how the heck do you know what to do then? He had to ask me why I had my car there. I have lost all confidence in this location after this experience. Will never return, even for oil changes.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Firestone doesn't care about their customers. I bought a pair of tires in the state of Maine, but because they were not bought at a corporate store they would not honor the manufacturer warranty. Never again will I buy another Firestone tire.

Went for an oil change and when they got done my car engine light was on. I then took my vehicle to a reputable mechanic and was told "who ever did the last oil change was messing with it". Avoid this place.

Called an hour before my apt to double check they had the correct information. They had the wrong car listed on my account. I got there 10 minutes early then proceeded to wait over an hour for less than a 20 minute oil change. When pulling my car out to park it the employee slammed on the brakes. Not sure if he is checking my brakes or if he was just trying to figure out where to park. Either way there was no reason to slam on my breaks like that to where you are slammed forward in the car. Plus I was told one price they said I would get a 10$ discount. Got the discount but the price was more than they originally told. When it was all said and done took them 5 minutes to cash me out didn t even get small talk just kept talking to his coworkers until they tried to get me to come in for another apt for a none existent problem in my car.Service: Oil change

Complete idiots all of them! I went to drop of my vehicle on the 6th of June for a 12pm appointment. My vehicle was never even moved from where i Parked it. I was told that a master would look at it and to come back to get it around 4.Because of issues fire stone related my car appointment was pushed back without my knowledge or even contacting me. Today is the 12th I was told yesterday my car would be ready by 5pm I go get my car this morning and I m told we don t know who was supposed to have looked at it! What s the point of me constantly making appointments and my car isn t being looked at.

We were on our way out of town headed back to Minneapolis when I found myself with low tire pressure and a nail sticking out of my tire. Called around to a few places and this was the only place willing to squeeze me in last minute despite how busy they were. Tom was so nice, honest and helpful! I spoke to Susan several times before I actually made it in to the Neenah store. I thought I needed new tires, but found out it was a rim issue. I was there for over an hour and wasn t charged anything. Susan was great, the tech was great, and I really appreciate the great service. Would definitely return!Service: TiresService: Tires

Very efficient in and out.. rotated my tires, even though I purchased them elsewhere. It was inexpensive and efficient overall good experience... The young guy that helped me was very personable and must have read my mind he was direct and to the point, which I find very good. about a half an hour and it was less than 30 bucks, also I waited in the customer lounge area and watched one and a half quarters of the OSU/ Maryland game... Overall pleasant and efficient. Nice experience for having called them in the morning and had it over and done with by 3:00 p.m.

5 stars to Aaron and the team of mechanics who worked on my car. I had several issues wasn t fixing. Aaron planned everything out even Stayed after hours to let me drop off my car. Honest and up front pricing. Great work and I will be back for future service needs.
