This team completely out performed my expectations. From the Manager, Todd W To my estimator Brandon, I was incredibly satisfied with all aspects of Caliber Collision.Customer service was absolutely incredible. I was informed on the process every step of the way. No detail seemed too small and that was appreciated. They also dealt with my insurance adjuster and made that process incredibly easy. In the end my vehicle looked great, repairs and paint job were professionally done and it couldn t have been more convenient!

Seriously awesome place to have work done. They keep you informed and are extremely professional. Everyone had a smile and seemed happy to be there! I was rear ended (other guy at fault and his insurance paid) .. they fixed a break light that was out on the unaffected side as a courtesy and detailed my car! All of my business will be going here!

Brandon kept me updated through every step of the way! Customer service was wonderful and my vehicle looks amazing!The woman at the front desk (so sorry I forgot her name), was also extremely helpful. I had to call the insurance company as the third-party, or claimant. It was a pain but she helped me out during my call!! Thank you to everyone at Caliber Collision

Phenomenal across the board! While I unfortunately had to bring my WRX here for an insurance claim due to a front end collision, the team at Caliber in Neenah knocked my experience out of the park! Not only did they get my car finished sooner than they estimated, Marci was very helpful with discussing my estimate in detail. She allowed me to help source my parts of choice (I used to sell auto parts) and kept me updated the entire way! They not only washed the exterior of my vehicle, but they detailed the inside as well! Something I definitely did not expect. I also managed to forget some items in my rental vehicle. They were quick to answer the phone when I called, and made sure the keys were available when I arrived so I could retrieve said items! I will forever recommend Caliber Collision in Neenah for anyone who needs a place for their insurance claim!!

Caliber in Woodbury went above and beyond for my car. They made the process so easy. Everything was dealt with through insurance which made the process simple. They were always in communication about my car and were very quick and efficient with fixing my vehicle. They even cleaned the inside of my car (which I was embarrassed about how dirty it was). My car felt like it was brand new. Would recommend them to others and will use them again for any future car needs. Thank you!

didn t clean the inside of the vehicle with any arm roll. only use wipes they clean good enough inside of the car. Never take it again!!! when I asked if they clean it right, they want to charge me $250 for a deep cleaning never go there

10/10 all around! Laid back and friendly staff yet VERY professional, accurate, and communicative. No hassle with insurance, flexible scheduling for drop off and pick up, and my vehicle was SPOTLESS in and out when returned to me. I ll be using Caliber Collision in Woodbury for any future needs and wouldn t think twice to recommend them to friends and family!

They used a one time use piece and glued it back onto my car. You can see the pry marks and the glue they used along with it not lining back up. Also lights are sending a signal they are out but they can t figure out why.

I have witnessed an amazing and quality maintenance work, being informed throughout the maintenance process, outstanding customer service, finally received my car shining and clean( inside ) and even 2 days prior than the expected pick up date .

Repair was completed on time and looks nice. There was a scratch left on the car that we don't believe was there when we brought the car in. Caliber Collision said they did not make the scratch and are not responsible. We will agree to disagree.

Caliber Collision in Neenah went above and beyond repairing my truck after my first ever vehicular accident. They say first impressions go a long way, and they made the biggest first impression imaginable. The staff welcomed me and treated me as if I were a regular, and answered all of my questions as they came. The team demonstrated spectacular workmanship repairing the damage from the collision while also installing an aftermarket trailer wiring harness. I could not possibly recommend them enough!

I went to caliber collision when I was rear ended. Mike and his team were phenomenal!! They provided updates almost daily. Mike explained many things to me that I didn t know regarding insurance and rental cars. He provided the best customer service!! They even washed and vacuumed my car! I had a great experience at the Caliber Collision location in Neenah Wisconsin. From the moment I stepped into the building till the time I picked up my truck it was top notch business. The shop was very clean and the people who I had contact with were very knowledgeable and help me out greatly. Great job on fixing my truck just like brand new thank you caliber collision!

The last time I took my car in for body work, it was nothing special. Taking my car to Caliber Collision, on the other hand, was definitely something to write about! They were absolutely fantastic from the minute I walked in the door the first time until today when I picked up my car. They went above-and-beyond and their workmanship is exceptional! My expectations were exceeded so much, I just had to write about how special they are. If I need body work again, I won't even stop to wonder where to take my car.
