I want to start this review by stating that I have not had any issues with the service department to this point. However my current situation has me at wits end. One of my vehicles had an unexpected issue which required it to be towed to the service department on March 12. March 14 I got the diagnosis and approved repairs. I fully expected and it was inferred that it would be two weeks before the repair would be started. My math means a March 28 start date. I made a personal visit on Wednesday 3/27 to get an update. Service rep informed me tech was taking 3/28 & 3/29 off and would start on it Monday 4/1 and that it was a ten hour repair. I left service department under the assumption that by the end of the day Tuesday 4/2 my vehicle would be fixed. I received no communication Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. At this point I am extremely frustrated. Friday 4/5 I get a voicemail after 3 pm to discuss my vehicle repair. There is nothing that will be told to me on a late Friday afternoon that will change this situation so I made another personal visit to the service department Monday 4/8 morning shortly after 7am. Work on my vehicle hasn t even begun and if I heard service rep correctly there is still 70 hours of work on the tech s schedule ahead of my repair. That s two more weeks. I m not sure what is going on but I can t be more frustrated, irritated, and disappointed.

Not happy with last service appointment.I purchased my truck here and haven't had any issues until now. I dropped my truck off on March 28th for a scheduled appointment to have the oil changed and a tailgate recall addressed. 15 days later I finally get my truck back and leaving for work the next morning I find an oil spot under the truck. I crawled under to see where it was coming from and found oil dripping from the oil filter. Assuming it was just laziness and the tech not bothering to wipe it off, I wiped it off and figured it would be fine, I drove it to work that day and then crawled under to check it again after work ... more oil running down the filter so I wiped it off again and this time checked to see if the filter was tight ... IT WAS NOT, I was able to put a FULL TURN on the filter BY HAND. I find this to be a huge issue that could have resulted in major engine damage had I not noticed and checked it myself. Can't say I'm too thrilled about $185 oil change of that quality either, that's the most it's ever cost me since owning a diesel.

I had my car picked up for service recently.I wanted to Thank Bergstrom of Neenah for their thoughtful and professional Service for my Lincoln Aviator Black Label .The Service Manager is thoughtful and very professional and the drivers are dressed well and professional....I am grateful that I can have my car serviced and get such a cool text message with a video from the technician that my car had arrived at the facility.The video was an explanation of what he had checked for ...what was done to the car...And when it would be coming home ! That's an awesome new feature that this lady loves to see...I Love my car and it makes the whole experience better for me...Thanks again Faustina Tracie Adler...

We came in as we re looking to trade in our car & a good friend recently did so. So they recommended Bergstrom as we re still new to WI. We came in maybe a little before 4.There was one employee helping a lady. Many employees were cleaning the parking lot of snow which I get. But we went to two Bergstrom locations before this & despite the snow the employees were so helpful & let us test drive.The older gentleman at reception was nice & eventually went to pull one of the employees from the parking lot in to help because another family had also walked in after us.The man was Junior Reyes. He wasn t very friendly on greeting to start with. We sat down & he kept rubbing his face like he was stressed. He was not helpful at all & we even commented if this is NOT a good time we can come back.He made us feel like we were wasting his precious time with his less then caring attitude.

I don t really know where to begin, I have many bad experiences with many different Bergstrom's but this one tops them all! The service department for Lincoln services in Neenah is the worst car experience I have ever had. Bought my Lincoln from them in April 2023 bought the extended warranty and service warranty for 10 oil changes and tire rotations. My first one was in June all went well, no problems there 2nd time was in October made an appointment for oil change and to get a recall fixed for back up cam and my truck was making a grinding noise when starting it wanted them to take a look at that. They did the oil change then receive a text from Ally stating the oil change was done but they couldn t do the recall due to not having the part(not sure when I made the appointment they didn t know that but whatever) then they diagnosed that my truck noise was due to needing new Cam Phasers and was looking into my warranty to see if it would be covered, then she came back and said good news the Cam Phasers are covered but they need to order the parts and will let me know when they come in and then set up the appointment. Didn t hear from them at all they said it s going to take awhile due to Ford being on strike. Then in January my truck wouldnt start out of the blue. Had it towed at my own expense to them to look at it. Had appointment at 10am on a Monday. They never got a chance to look at it they said first thing Tuesday morning they will get it in Tuesday afternoon still had been looked at asked them to be honest with me and Ally went on about how they are 30 hours behind on people that were there before me! I asked them how did I get a 10am appointment on Monday and then you said first thing Tuesday if you don t have time I could have take it somewhere else if they would of told me they didn t have time to even look at it. Tried to make a reasonable appointment with them and all she kept saying is they are trying to get you in. Wednesday they had some time to look at it and told me it was completely out of coolant did a pressure test and no coolant leaks at all. (Sometime coolant just evaporates) but should of been topped off in October. And to come find out my parts were in for the Cam Phasers but no one called to tell me that I had to ask. They were still waiting on recall part. They charged my battery and alternator(their words) and everything seems to be running with no codes or problems. But bad new the warranty company denied the Cam Phasers due to a bulletin that Ford/Lincoln has on them but they did the recall serves. I called the warranty company to get more of an explanation of the denial. They said they didn t deny the claim due to a bull into it was due to Ally saying it was from worn VCT unit. I asked how they can approve it in October but deny it now they said there was no claim open until now! They said I can take it to another mechanic to get a second opinion! Thank god and hopefully this all work out, no thanks to Bergstrom Ford Lincoln of Neenah! Cancelled my future services I paid for and never going to them again! There more I could keep ranting about on there poor customer service and how you can t trust a word they say!

I used to do all of my own wrenching before I got pulled into a machine at work. Every single time I've gone into this place they've lied about work I needed done as a way to try and snag extra money. This is super deceptive and without a doubt the worst business in the area you can bring your vehicle to. I tried to go back a couple times to see what kind of people they really were and I can confidently say 'most dishonest scummy thieves' would be accurate. Literally anywhere else in the valley deserves your money before here

I brought my f150 in the beginning of November was told my truck would take a week tops to fix and was told it was going to get back to me the week after they told me the information and I ve been without my truck for over a month now after being told the last 2 weeks I would get it that week and then now I m getting no responses at all no updates anything. Worst customer service experience ever by far. Every dealer I ve brought my truck to has been way more consistent with updates and responses and I ve been waiting for one for over a week now.

I've been to many car dealers in the past 2 months. I ended purchasing my vehicle through Bergstrom Ford. One of the main reasons I purchased through them was because of Cody. He listened exactly to what I needed and kept the price range to what I was asking. I had no pressure sales. I am very pleased on how well I was treated.I forgot my title for my car.He personally picked up my title at my work. He's great at his job. I highly recommend asking for Cody. He will treat you right.

I just bought a 2022 Mustang Mach E basically over the phone. My salesperson Justin Marshall was excellent. The deal was a little complicated due to my dual residency situation. They had to register it to my California address which put a little snag in the process which is why I'm knocking a star (really half a star but google doesn't let me do that). But truthfully, everyone was upfront and honest about the delays in processing the paperwork and I wasn't in a rush so it worked out fine. So I highly recommend Justin if you're looking for a new Ford and Bergstrom is reputable dealership that definitely looks out for its customers. Great experience.

It s the first time buy At Bergstrom Ford in Neenah , my daughter bought a 2024 BroncoSport all in black, she s loves it and Cody was her salesman guy, hats off to him, she was very happy with his service, we did have issues on people getting back too us on some questions we had , even the manager couldn t get back when Cody was really busy ,but Cody did reach out too us so we were happy with that

Ryan at Bergstrom Neenah Ford-Lincoln was excellent to work with! I waited a little over a month to get my new vehicle due to recalls needing to be fixed and he kept me updated every step of the way! Highly recommend him to help with any car buying purchase!

I take my work truck here all the time for oil, service, etc AWESOME SERVICE across the board. Every aspect is on point.Called to schedule an oil change and maintenance check, and they were booked out. FELIX! Thank you so much. She does the scheduling. She went above and beyond to get ALL my issues noted and got me set up at the Oshkosh Ford Store for the earliest available opening. Wow. She doesn t miss. AMAZING SERVICE on her end.Thank you!

I wouldn t go here even if it s the last dealership on the earth. Sure it may seem all nice but I d recommend never trying to trade in a vehicle. They straight up lied to me about my own car, lowballed my value. I took my Tucson somewhere else and was given 10 grand for it when bergstrom was going to give me 3000. So dumb, such a waste of time and they re obviously just trying to rip their own customers off. 0/10 you guys suck.

Almost 2 grand into fixing what they said was a solid vehicle now I have to spend up to or over 4 grand for a new head gasket. Do not buy here if you want a solid vehicle. Cal will lie straight to your face about the car and what it needs then you ll be left with numerous repairs to take care of. Granted, I probably still would have bought the car but a heads up would have been appreciated

IF I COULD GIVE THEM MORE THAN 5 STARS I WOULD! I DROVE 8 HOURS FOR A USED TRUCK THEY HAD WITH NO DEALER WARRANTY ON IT, I FOUND A TINY PROBLEM DURING TEST DRIVE AND THEY FIX IT RIGHT AWAY. AFTER 5 DAYS I HAD THE CAR I FOUND A LITTLE PROBLEM AND CONTACTED THEM, THEY PAIED FOR THE PART BY SENDING A CHECK TO MY HOME! THAT'S MY STORY WITH THEM AND YOU TELL ME IF THEY ARE NOT THE BEST.IF YOU END UP WORKING WITH THEM MAKE SURE FIND (MATT HARTJES) HE IS THE BEST SALES GUY I'VE EVER WORKED WITH.

No contact was attempted when additional issues arose with my recall repair for failed door latches. Repair was scheduled to take one day, I m on 5 days without my car. I understand issues arise and things can take longer than quoted but the lack of communication and definitive timeline or resolution to issues was very unsatisfactory. Once my repair was completed I requested to my service advisor Daniel that my car be left outside for pick up because, due to a company outing, the service department would be closing early. I was at the location at 530 as I stated I would be, with a spare key because I was assured my vehicle would be parked outside with the key locked in it, and found my car locked in a service bay. I have an additional service for a failing TCM scheduled and I genuinely hope to not have a repeat experience.

Junior at the Neenah Bergstrom Location is AMAZING. Truly has gone above and beyond! I will be a repeat happy customer of his for sure! I had been shopping for months other places. I found the Limited Explorer I want, with everything I wanted in the Price range I was comfortable with, on their lot. I was really discourage going into another dealership because the last 2 salesmen I delt with other places told me what I wanted wanted and could afford was not out there and then tried to sell me on other things, or was really only interested in conversing with my husband, even tho he was not part of the purchase at all! From the moment Junior and I start talking he was helpful, understanding, and down right determined to get me in the SUV I wanted. & He did! His job could of been over there, but when there was a transmission issue that formed shortly after purchase, Junior made sure that I was taken care. Advocated for my truck to be taken care of in a timely manner, that I would have a Loaner for the entire time (weeks), and that the whole thing was taken care of Correctly and as smoothly as possible. Junior totally changed the Car buying experience for me! Totally recommending him to EVERYONE!

Just wanted to call out Cody V for providing an exceptional experience in purchasing a new Ford F150 which we absolutely love. Honestly, they deserve 0 stars.Do not trust this business. They charge excessively high service rates, they won t fix it right the first time (if ever), and your car will leave the shop with new issues. They make their money in service, not sales.I don t understand why a dealership service center is not able to repair your vehicle correctly the first time when you bring it in. My recent experience was no different from my previous visits. Avoid taking you vehicle there for any reason!Here are some of the problems I ve had and they were either repaired incorrectly, required multiple visits, or not repaired at all. Keep in mind that I maintain my vehicle according to the service schedule. It s a 2013 Ford F-150 with 123,000 miles. So, it s not a rolling hunk of junk.Water pump failed, rear door sensor wasn t working properly, intermittent steering pump issue. The door sensor stopped working after I pulled out of the dealership service center, the belts were squealing, and they didn t even look at the power steering. Took 4 tries over 8 months for them to finally fix the rear door sensor, but between all of that, the battery finally failed after repeated drains from the door sensor not working. So new battery now. Also, AC wasn t working well, so they replaced the evaporator coil. AC still doesn t work well. 79 degrees outside and the car is barely cooling on MAX. Also, my horn isn t working anymore after I picked it up and the muffler is shooting out fiberglass several yards at a time. Oh and I paid for a new sensor to be installed when the real issue was just wiring. New front bearing (front hubs and bearings were replaced within the last 2 years). New axle seal (I believe this is the second time it has been replaced now). New front suspension (both spring broken) even tough I drive on city streets only. This recent visit was almost $6000 and I have new issues that they claim we didn t touch that So, I m not about to waste more money and time with this horrible business. Besides the excessive service fees, I now have new issues that weren t there when I brought it in for service.I wouldn t have wasted all that time and money if they were just honest with me. I would have just gotten rid of it and bought a new truck.

The reason for two stars is the work is good but but the service is horrible I made an appointment to have four new tires and an oil change at 8:00 a.m. in the morning I delivered the car at 7:30 asked him how long it would be they said 11:00 to 11:30. I got a ride home 11:30 came 12:30 came never heard a thing called them they said it would be 2:00 2:30 never heard a thing from him again until after 4:30 they were finally working on it they said they had tried to get it to me that day yet but otherwise it'd be first thing in the morning I finally got my car back after two more phone calls to him 12:30 in the morning 24 hours after they told me it wouldn't be done originally unacceptable.

A long read, but an honest review: What would it take for a car salesman to convince me to travel from Idaho (1700 miles) to buy a truck that I've never seen or driven before? Well, the point of this review is to share my experience. I first contacted Bergstrom Ford via the internet to get some information on a truck they had listed for sale. I was contacted by a salesman named Robbie Godwin who promptly answered my initial questions as well as left the door open to contact him with any additional questions that I may come up with. He also offered me his personal cell phone number to make it easier and faster for me to get my questions answered. The more I researched the truck I was looking at, the more interested in it I became. I must have emailed, called, or texted him 20 times to answer questions, check on this/that, send me more pics of this/that. Not once did he make me feel like I was a bother, or a waste of his time. He was polite, prompt, and professional. He even did his best to answer those questions when I contacted him on his day off. I decided to put down a refundable deposit to hold that truck for a few days while I kicked the tires. He didn't pressure me to buy, he just remained available to help if needed. I made my decision to buy from this particular dealership based solely on the experience I had with Robbie. There are lots of trucks out there, and countless dealerships to buy them from. Bergstrom Ford earned my business by being honest, trustworthy, attentive, and professional. I would also like to acknowledge the finance manager Carlos for his assistance on working with me to figure out the logistics of how to get this truck purchased, knowing that I couldn't be there in person to do so. I booked a one-way flight to Wisconsin and Robbie was generous enough to offer me a ride from the airport to his dealership. From the initial internet response to his final handshake and a sincere thank you for my business, it was a great experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. If you're in the market for a new/used car, give Robbie and Bergstrom Ford a chance to earn your business too!
