Excellent customer service! Excellent communication! Mark was top notch!! They fit me in when I was having issues with my Suburban, even though they had a full schedule because they care about their customers. Highly recommend this dealership, the body shop and the service department!

This place is the only place I trust with my car. Recently I took my Chevy to another place that took a look at my car and told me a bunch of stuff needed to be replaced and fixed. I took my car here to get that stuff done and they told me that the only thing that needed fixing was the oil and the battery. No $2,000 in repair needed. These people take their time and yes they are a little bit more expensive. But darn it I know I can trust them! If you want a trust worthy place take your car to the NEENAH location! They treat you like family and won t charge you extra for stuff that doesn t need to be done.They are Honest and trustworthy people.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto detailing, Oil change

I have been a long time customer of Bergstrom s Service Department. I always am treated with kindness and respect from the moment I enter the big glass shop doors by the first available service writer and if my service writer Dan Tibbits is available he comes out to greet me and take over.I can not say enough about Dan! Dan is kind and compassionate, he is empathetic and encouraging. Dan knows his business and is able to follow through on all of his promises from estimated time on repairs, to getting a loaner as there are times that something else turns up after they dig into the issue that originally was diagnosed.I always request the same mechanic and schedule with him, his name is Grant. Grant is an absolute hero! He keeps my old girl running even when I have lost all hope. The truck is alway cleaner inside when I brought it it as Grant takes the time to wipe down everywhere he touches. I was in for an exhaust replacement last week and as I was I the waiting room I received a text from Dan with Grant showing me the work that was completed. It was perfect. He also did a vehicle inspection and shared a few things that I need to address in the near future.Thank you Mr. Bergstrom for employing Dan and Grant as they are a key asset to your service department!SincerelyKC STADLERServices: Vehicle Inspection, Auto exhaust system replacement

In these times of rather "suspect" customer service it is very refreshing to deal with people that have the customer service thing right. From the moment I called, to the time I picked up my vehicle, Neenah Bergstrom was nothing less than exceptional.The rep I dealt with was Dan Tibbits. Dan made a stressful situation almost stress free, keeping me informed, explaining each step and offering help to work around my unusual schedule.In the end, when Dan is going over the specifics with me, I couldn't help but notice he seemed proud. He should be, as should Neenah Bergstrom. Vehicle running great! Nice job. Thank you.
