I have had many good experiences at Bergstrom but today was the exact opposite. No communication to me at any point, unless I walked out to the service area. I came in for an oil change and for a diagnosis of the error message. I waited 1hr 10 minutes, had to go ask about my car myself to find out the oil change was already done and I had three issues identified. All employees were chatting together instead of being able to come and inform me, a waiting customer. We agreed to move forward with one issue and she told me it would be an hour. Well after another hour I had to again go and find out that my car was not done. Told it would be another 15 minutes I walked back into the lobby to sit and wait. All that needed to be done was to have my representative inform me what was happening. Very frustrating experience and disappointing.

Bought a 2021 Silverado and it's amazing!! Tom Brown got me the truck that I wanted in 5 hours. On a Friday and had it here on Tuesday. Put running boards & cover on with paint protection I had it by Thursday. Total time 2 hours.

Everyone that works at Bergstrom treats you like you just bought their nicest vehicle off the center of the showroom floor, Respectully and w decorum.From dealing w the parts dept or service related issues, I've ALWAYS have had a positive experience dealing w them over the years. They always go that extra step in their job, ensuring that your needs are met!

Just purchased a used Toyota Camry from Bergstrom Neenah. The whole online touch free transaction was seamless. I will recommend them to everyone who needs a different vehicle. We will definitely be back next time we are in need of a different vehicle.

Click bait. I went through the process of ordering a vehicle they had for sale. Salesman talked me through the process for online ordering. Took three business days for the dealership to inform me that the vehicle had already been sold a week prior. Tried to contact salesman via email and phone and they wouldn t call back. This dealership is not ready to take online sales and in my opinion they do not treat buyers properly. Taking my business elsewhere.

Had an ignition key made for my 2011 Chevy Impala for less than $40. Staff set up the chip and made sure the key worked. Professional and courteous staff.

Had oil change. My Service Consultant was Beau who was wonderful, from start to finish. Answered ALL my questions clearly and fixed an issue I had with my phone not pairing up.

Try to use a Mom & Pop shop instead of this place. I was quoted $118 per tire on the phone and dazzled by gas cards and rebates with the tires. Then after the work was done there was another hundred dollar charge for labor. That would have made a Mom & Pop shop cheaper overall. So now there's a small business out there with less money because they did what Chevrolet did not, be honest.Hoodwinked!

After a recent oil change visit on my XT5 it was found that my Michelin Premier tires needed to be replaced. With only 25K on the tires Dan T. looked it and found there had been problems with these tires. I paid a prorated amount based on mileage and couldn't be HAPPIER with the end results!!!! As always the employees at the Neenah Chevy/Cadilac location ROCK!!
