I sold my old vehicle to Bergstrom and I was very pleased with the amount that I received and the experience could not have been any easier. I was assisted by Leif, who explained the process, took my vehicle for a quick inspection, and then he provided me with a detailed report on the vehicle and an offer of purchase. The offer was good for 7 days or 300 miles. I returned a few days later to complete the sale and the paperwork was all ready, and it only took a few minutes to complete. Leif even helped me remove the old license plates which were rusted in place. I highly recommend having them take a look at any vehicle you are looking to sell.

I purchased a used CPO 2015 Buick Encore just this past weekend. Mike, my sales rep, did a great job helping me out. I knew what I wanted and he listened. It was an easy transaction and everything was spelled out clearly to me. Nick did a nice job with the money end of things and I found the entire staff very helpful. There was no high pressure up-selling other than just sharing with me my extended warranty options. I would highly recommend stopping by to see Mike when it is time for your next used car. He was easy to work with, very knowable, and went out of his way to make me feel confident in my purchase.

Wonderful experience! Spoke with Joel over the phone and he set me up to work with Melanie. The whole process with quick and simple. Melanie was very knowledgeable when it came to questions regarding my 2017 Chevy Malibu. Whether it was a question regarding financing or features on the car she had all the answers. By far the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Bergstrom of Neenah. I know I ll be back for my next vechicle purchase, without a doubt. I sold a car to them in 2020 and got such a fantastic offer that I went back and sold them another car last month. They are prompt, friendly, courteous and most importantly generous!!! I wish I had another car to sell them right now!! I turned around and bought a car for a third of the money I received and banked the rest!! Great day!!!

I worked with Leif Bergstrom on selling 2 different vehicles to him. The service he provided was quick and easy. The price he gave me for both vehicles was better than I could have imagined. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a vehicle.

I saw a vehicle I liked online at their lot, and it was one of the years, makes, and models that had been on my radar for the past couple years as a possible next car. It was a rare sweet spot for that year, make, model, mileage, and price. I went to the lot and the salesman, Marco, met me as I wandered. Long story short, he took me through the financial process to see if that vehicle would work for me after I took it on a test drive. He let me sleep on it, and the next day he checked in with me. I went back, took it for another test drive, and decided I wanted it. We would not have everything finalized and signed until the next day though, so I still had another night for a final decision. I then became interested in possibly leasing a new one instead and texted him my thoughts, and although I had thrown this curveball, he took the time to talk over that process as well. I went with the original vehicle I came for, and a few weeks later, things are still going well. I appreciate the friendly service Marco provided and letting me take the vehicle for another spin and talking me through all the different processes. It's one less than five stars because twice I had to point out the actual price of the vehicle based on the online listing that got me in the door (on the physical tag it did not match the online price, and on the final paperwork it still did not match the online price until I pointed it out). To be fair though, they absolutely honored that price once I pointed it out and made the changes to the final paper work and financing. Just something to be aware of during this process! Overall though, a fine experience.

I had been shopping for a car for a very long time ibknew exactly what I wanted so when them ad came up on car guru that what I was looking for was at Bergstrom I went to take a look. My sales advisor was Derek, I had a lot of questions but Derek was super helpful and walked me through the whole process. The floor supervisor I think Andrew came to check on us while our advisor was printing off papers just to make sure we were satisfied with the process. It ended up that when we came to pay for the car Derek and a lady in finance Laurie had to stay late just to help us finish up the paper work. I didnt know that my card had a limit on it so I ended up having to come back the next morning to finish paying for the car but they let me drive it home that night with dealer plates on it. All of the morning staff were super helpful and prompt and got me out the door really fast.

The person himself who helped me was awesome but he did not seem like he was truly enthusiastic about selling me a vehicle. Although I am happy he took me seriously considering when I called the Appleton berg and it seemed like I was taken as a joke because I am only 21 years old and I'm car shopping without a parent. Made me feel like they assume I can not afford and/or handle owning a new car. I was recently in an accident and have insurance money coming in plus I have a great credit score and a steady job. I was looking forward to financing with Berg until today. Also I dont understand how the sticker prices on the cars is not able to change. Where is the competition. I already had another dealer tell me they will price match AND give me a 3 year 60k mile warranty for free because they want my business. Plus there he was stated it was nice go see the younger generation showing such maturity and independence, i told him about my berg experience, he then proceeded to take another $500 off simply because of my age and the fact that I had to deal with a company that clearly couldn't care if I buy a car from them or not. Later we then stopped by the Appleton lot, no one greeted us or even looked at other than us pulling in. The person watched us pull in, turned around and walked away. We would have gotten out of our car and gone inside if he had not done that. Thanks to the poor attitude and unwillingness to actually get me to be interested in buying a car from your company, I will be taking my money elsewhere. Such a same because I had my eyes on a Chevy equinox that was in my price range and perfect in every other way. And it only had 37k miles on it, seeing it was like a dream come true that was quickly crushed by your company. Maybe give them commission and they will want to make sure we buy lol.I talked to one of the owner and they actually explained the complete process and how it all works. Gave me his personal phone number and said he would personally help me find the perfect vehicle to make up for the prior poor experience. Very nice to have them follow up on reviews and make it better. Looking forward to going back to bergstrom.

Worked with Ryan Sawyer to test drive a 2016 Mazda I was considering. He was terrific--had car ready and test drove another very good car he suggested that was similar. I didn't buy here so I can't comment on that but he was very good communicating and explaining all features on cars and not pressuring me to do this or that. Would definitely recommend Ryan.

Great experience with Melanie McCulloch at Bergstrom last week. I was an out of town buyer looking at a super low mileage 2015 F-350 King Ranch. Had many questions over the phone and via text before making the trip from Va Beach, all of which were answered promptly and she sent many extra pictures of specifics I wanted to see of the truck. A $500 refundable deposit later, scheduled a test drive, boowked a flight, and I arrived in town late that night. Melanie offered to pick me up at the hotel in the morning, which was also on her scheduled day off I might add, and went to the dealership. The truck was exactly as reported on the website, no hidden gotchas at all. I came with my own financing, but their team was also able to deliver a better interest rate than my personal bank. Needless to say, I drove the truck home and can honestly say the best experience I have had with a dealership. It is a shame they are 1100 miles away from me, but I will be checking their inventory first if I ever need to get another vehicle. Hats of to you!

I just want to say thank you for letting me test drive your 13' ford raptor. After driving up to appleton to test drive one that a dealership said they had but actually didn't have I called bergstrom since I'd seen one there on the way. I was treated great by the salesman on the phone and told to stop in and take it for a test drive with no obligations to purchase. I was not hassled in the building at all into a purchase which was very much appreciated. The vehicle was amazing to drive but a little out of my price range I am looking. If you do get another older model under $30,000 before I find one I will gladly stop back and hopefully be leaving with a purchased raptor.

Loved my car buying experience at Bergstrom, the process was so much easier than I expected . I worked with Melanie and I plan on using her expertise on our next vehicle. She listened to what I wanted helped me filter through different vehicles, she even went as far as having anther car delivered from a lot In Kaukauna dealerships to the Neenah lot so I could see vehicles side by side.I would highly recommend both Bergstrom and Melanie for your car purchase.

My salesperson, Lee, was a blast to work with! He was honest and upfront about my options. He didn't want me to get in over my head and leave with something I couldn't afford but he also knew I needed something reliable that worked with my budget. I love my "new" vehicle and look forward to working with Lee in the future!

Super impressed with Joel Henning and his entire staff at the Neenah GM Superstore. They made the buying experience so easy and stress free. Ryan Vandehey was extremely knowledgeable when it came to explaining all the features of my Acadia. I really can't say enough good things about my experience here. This was my first time buying a vehicle from Bergstrom, but it won't be my last.

Very helpful and informative on my financial situation. On a whim went in and met with tyler, ran intial credit, came back better than what I thought as my bankruptcy was finalized 8days prior. I pick up my new car in less than an hour!! I cannot say enough great things about Bergstrom and the staff.

Mr. Rathburn made me uncomfortable and when he'd ask questions implying about whether or not I would be able to pay for the car. Without knowing my income, I feel he made an assumption that I may not be able to handle the costs. I've been shopping for cars for over a week, I know what a good sales man is and he was not a good one. When starting the test drive, there were awkward silences and he was not very leading on whether I should drive or whether he was going to. I will not be returning again. :/

Not after 1 week of my daughter purchasing a car from here she had so many issues with the car.. smoking, back firing, and the engine was lose. Now you think these kind of things would be checked before selling a vehicle, they charged her $170 to fix this car.. fix the things that should have been covered before them selling this car!! If this is how they're going to sell cars and make more money on them by not fixing issues before selling, take advantage of a young girl who obv knows nothing about cars.. Bergstrom should be ashamed of themselves!!

Went here to check out a used Trailblazer on a Saturday. Ended up buying it. On the way home to Madison, the check engine light came on. I took it into the the local Bergstrom dealer in Middleton and they ended up fixing the problem that Monday! Pretty impressed with the hassle-free service!

Nice in your face, but apparently picks and chooses who they want to sell to, based on the almighty dollar and how much of it one is willing to put down. Even as a credit-worthy consumer, I am still waiting for a level of communication two weeks later. I guess my business isn't needed or good enough. Nice.

Not impressed. Salespeople were nice. Has all the markings of a credit scam to push people into a high interest loan. Know your numbers before you shop!

Went in for help on my 2018 Chevy Equinox and they said sorry we can't help you today I had my check engine light on and they turned me away they said come back on Monday we can probably help you then but not today we're too busy very bad service especially when I really needed to count on bergstrom's to help me and they turn me away like it was nothing to them

Their billboards say they're "real people." I go in there and I feel like I talking to a robot LOL. Lose the script and actually listen to what your customers want. I don't want to be at your slimy dealership a minute longer than I have to be.
