Amazing place! Called there early in the morning a few weeks ago for a somewhat urgent issue with my car (blower fan resistor, what a good time for that to go out lol) and they got me in THAT day, squeezed me in between appointments, and provided me with a loaner vehicle so i could still get to work!! i only ended up being 2 minutes late for work that morning. highly appreciate the level of care and customer-first attitudes i saw that day!

I dropped off the van at 8:30 for an alignment, and Anthony managed to squeeze me in the same day. I got it back around 2, and now it rides smoother. There was no nonsense, no tricks they didn't push unnecessary services, just got the job done efficiently. I'll definitely be returning for more service. I even drove out of town based on the reviews, and it's verified check these guys out!

I had a very pleasant interaction with Anthony Zimmerman. Anthony was very thorough with explaining on what he discovered. Giving me a heads up as to the status of my Avenger. My time there was refreshing having a great conversation with someone who really goes out of his way to make sure that his customer is taken care of. From this experience I will definitely come here in the future when problems arise with my Avenger. I am highly satisfied with my experience with Auto select!

Kind, trustworthy, reasonably priced and they were able to get me in on short notice. Thank you! I was sick of being overcharged for an oil change at the dealership and decided to take a leap of faith somewhere I have never been and now they will have a forever customer in me.

Took my car here a little over a month ago for an engine diagnostic took half a week for them to even get to my car. The people on the phone were not nice with my at all. Was told my car had a leaking head gasket. I asked if they had checked out my misfire (my check engine light was on from that) and was told by the front desk it wasn t even looked at. Took my car to a different shop not even 500 miles later and was told my car had no head gasket issues. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!

We had 2 auto issues in a span of 10 days. Both times both locations in Appleton on Northland and in Neenah they were quick to respond. The most recent was when I was stranded and Neenah was able to fit me in the same day. The team knew my one car I was just trying to keep it going for work. Fair pricing for great service in my opinion.

Today, I called because I had thought I scheduled an appointment for a drop off... but I must have done it incorrectly. They were friendly, personable, and asked me about my car problem. I dropped my car off soon after that and pretty quickly I received the info that I needed new brakes. I figured... it's Friday and hopefully it will be fixed by early next week. Nope! They were able to fit me in and I picked up my car same day. The service here is exceptional, fair priced and quick. My car runs amazing now. Thank you for making this busy mama's day!

Had my Tahoe over a Bergstrom where I've gone forever. Bergstrom contacted me with some issues they found and provided me a quote to fix them. I figured I would check a couple other shops. Ended up here at Auto Select. Auto Select did the work I initially wanted done at Bergstom and also the added issues Bergstrom found and was hundreds of dollars cheaper.I got my Tahoe back from Auto Select and I had noticed the alignment seemed off to me. I called them the following business day to ask them if the work they did could have caused the alignment to be off. They said what they replaced wouldn't have affect the alignment, but to bring it down and they'd check it out. They called me to let me know it was all taken care of and that there was no charge to me.Auto Select will be getting all my business going forward. Bergstom has gotten out of control with their costs.

Just bought my car from a dealership over the weekend and it had a major oil leak. So I took it to auto select.The front desk person( forgot his name) helped me get my car situated fast. Even gave the dealership a call to provide the information that they found was wrong, and see what they can do to get my car fix. Very respectful person and you can see that they care about their customers. Great service!!! Best experience ever! I recommend coming here to get your car check. Promise you that they are not money hungry like other repair place trying to get every penny out of you. They get to the point and work on it.

I was having a stressful day as my tire blew out on the highway heading to work. I was stuck in Neenah trying to find a place that could replace my tires. I called Auto Select Neenah and the man on the phone (didn't catch his name) was very helpful. He said he will take care of me and try his best to squeeze me in for the day since I have work tomorrow. They got my new tires transferred down from the warehouse and replaced them all in one day from a walk in! Great and helpful service and I hope to be using their services more in the future.Service: Tires

Had a simple oil change and they recommended some other work. Went to another place to get a quote due to it being big $. While getting the quote, I learned that the oil drain plug was not tightened and oil was leaking out. Contacted auto select to let them know the issue. At first it was everyone makes mistakes which I get but still was not impressed. However, after comparing prices, I did decide to go with them to complete the work as they related they wanted to keep me as a customer and would do the best work for the best price possible. They went the extra mile to make up for the mistake and came through in the end. Still would recommend as they are trustworthy reliable mechanics who care about long term customers.

Auto Select in Neenah has met expectations every time I have had to bring my vehicles in. I never feel like I am paying more than necessary and they always get the work done in a timely manner. I ve been coming here for years and I Love it. They are straight-forward, honest, and fair. It always feels good when a mechanic talks You out of a job or says something can wait a bit. Tells You they don t just want to take all Your money and they really care about You, Your hard-earned money, and Your car. Their communication is world class. Anthony and his team always do an amazing job keeping me up to date on repairs. My car is very happy too! No more noises! They are very thorough and test out their work before just doing a job and giving Your vehicle back to You. They want to make sure everything is right and works how it should. Came into town to visit my niece and my rear driver side brakes were making load noises. I have a Toyota so I called a dealership and they were rude and couldn't get me in. My niece told me about Auto Select so I called. Mr. Zimmerman was so nice and helpful. He said to bring it right in. He found the problem that was caused by a previous mechanic from up north. Mr. Zimmerman was able to fix it the same day and rechecked everything that was done prior. I highly recommend!!!Service: Auto brake repair

Anthony got us in right away, confirmed my suspicion on the issue. Was able to get it resolved and gave us additional recommendations, which I had them do 2 additional quick services since they had the SUV up in the air. Explained everything they did nicely.

I came in "emergency situation" with pretty worn tires with a nail in them. Unfortunately because of the wear they couldn't patch it BUT I got great guidance on a full set of tires, as well an alignment and breaks I needed. I got information about the Bridgestone Credit Card, which was a life saver.Best part this was all over the coarse of just 4 hours, my car was ready within the same business day.I will absolutely be back and also recommend them to friends and family !Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto tire replacement

Customer satisfaction was the emphasis and it showed. Anthony got me scheduled and in for maintenance quickly. Roger was professional and very personable. My Truck was repaired quickly and at a reasonable cost.
