WOW, JUST WOW.0 stars if that were a choice. I am new to this great City of Neenah, taking on a Manager position across the street from this establishment. I called to get a quote on brake pad and rotors. The gentleman said he wasn't sure and that he'd have to look it up. I said no problem, please take down my name and number and reach out to me when you find out. I work across the street. He then said " I, I, I don't have time right now "I thanked him and hung up.So much for trying to support our locals eh? Being in my position of trust and influence that I hold, I would have gladly given a good word to all my patients being that they were so close to my clinic. But now it will be the exact opposite. And it'll only be the truth obviously. In verbatim. Best wishes to the establishment and their future career endeavors.

Stopped in with our VW Sports Wagon and asked some questions regarding the TPMS "smart wheel sensor" apparently the sensors aren't that smart! Josh gave us some valuable free advice regarding the does and don'ts of most TPMS systems. This type of old school customer service and caring is hardly seen these days! Thanks for setting up straight! For this we give you the most we can give in the ways of stars, 5.

Gordon at Auto Clinic was very professional and persistent in fixing issues with my classic '86 Jag my Father left me. He repaired the Starter, Replaced Spark Plugs - some where impossible to get out, but he did it! He also replaced some lights and helped with a gas leak including making several trips to check. I would recommend Gordon and this company!

Very happy with the Auto Clinic. They have my confidence and trust. Took the time to explain and show the work they were to do. They are willing to work with you to find a cost effective solution for both domestic and imports. Looking around the place you can see a strong history for car enthusiasm. Who else would you want to look at your vehicle?

Absolutely, 100% the only place I will bring my vehicle in the Fox Valley. For starters, Josh and Gordon are extremely knowledgeable - years of experience on all types of vehicles. Secondly, here is a place you can finally go with the comfort of knowing you aren t going to incur a bunch of extra costs from the mechanics just fixing stuff to fix it. They will clearly communicate to you what is wrong with your vehicle, fix that, and make recommendations for further maintenance. There is no hidden cost with these guys. Whether you ve got an old classic, or a newer sedan, I wouldn t recommend another garage in the area - these are your guys. A++

Excellent shop! Had my 1971 Super Beetle engine rebuilt. Gordon was great to work with and prices were fair. Special Thanks to him and staff Rob, Josh, and Andy. Would definitely recommend

If you ever need anything done with your vehicle take it to Auto Clinic. Great work and honest people. You never ever have to worry about anything. Gordon is one of the most caring people I know. For over 20 years they have taken care of the Collins Family.

I had to have emergency service on a carburetor for my Porsche 356. It was promptly taken care of with parts in stock. I was on my way in 2 hours. Very professionaland experienced staff. Thank you .

I was able to get my car Inspected before the end of the month, they were honest and helpful and fairly priced, not to mention super sweet and kind! Will definitely be back!!

Gordy and Andy were exceptionally helpful with my VW over the holidays. I'm from Minnesota and they went out of their way to get my car in good condition again. Highly, highly recommend them.

This place is awesome! It is a small operation that caters to sports cars and domestic vehicles. Gordon the owner is very approachable and a great mechanic. This was my go-to place for servicing my vehicles. The prices were always very reasonable and the service quality top notch. Have moved since and still visit when I am in the area. Will miss them.

Paid to get my wheel bearing done here. Guy told me my brakes were seized yet didn't fix it. So drove around with a grinding noise that he caused for a week. I took it to an actual reliable shop and they told me he wrecked some bearings on the hub and caused issues with the rotor plus the tie rod, so i had to get it a few things replaced and get my brakes cleaned and adjusted, which was another expense. Definitely avoid
