Google and their own website says open untill 9pm on weeknights. Ordered a part online and drove half hour to get here. The sign on the door says they close at 7pm!!!!!Now what? I need the part. Guess I just ordered it twice as I'll need to get it from another place.

Absolutely the worst experience shopping at an auto parts store. The emplyee behind the counter couldn't care less about his job or helping a customer. I had to leave and go to Autozone to get some real help and actually find what I needed.

Late this afternoon, I called Advance Auto Parts in Neenah to make sure whoever delivers my same-day order knocks on my door. I got told they don't deliver, my order isn't in the system, and call customer service. When I said "Let me look up the order number," I got hung up on.I chatted with customer service. The rep contacted the store and said they said they're waiting for DoorDash. I said if my order doesn't come by tomorrow, I'm getting a refund. She said that's fine. Order didn't arrive.My order doesn't automatically show online (when I sign in) or in the app. Has to be manually looked up.This is my first bad experience with Advance Auto Parts. In the past, always stopping in, I had good customer service.

They turned my headache into a fast and easy solution today! I had never plugged a hole in a tire before but seeing as though financially that was my only current option (saving up for new tires). I went in and let them know what was going on and that I had no experience in doing what I needed done, within seconds Doug gave me the load down on the in store products they had to fix my tire and the pros and cons of both products. He then also went out of his way to find an outsourced option to go to a local tire shop and get it fixed and done Properly. He and Alana both looked into both open and near places with reasonable pricing. It s currently an hour later and my tire is fixed, I m way more relaxed about my car and having that extra bit of time to get tires. I am thankful for your help guys! I ll definitely make this my go to spot for purchasing all my accessories and parts that my car may need for regular up keep. Thanks guys!

Car was barely running. Limped it here because it was close by. Just needed my check engine code read so I could plan my next move. Parked in front, a couple steps from the front door and in clear view of the windows. Walked in and asked the lone employee for a code read. They said "Can't do it. I'm the only one here and I can't leave the store unattended." I looked at the otherwise deserted store, out the window where my car was clearly visible, and back at them. "Is it ok if I use the code reader myself? I know how to do it and I would..." is all I could get out before they interrupted with "Nope, I would have to do it but I can't because, again, I'm the only one here."I was kind of dumbfounded by this interaction so I looked up the starting pay for Advanced Auto parts in Wisconsin. It's right around $12 per hour. Explains a lot.Firestone is right around the corner and they read it for me for free and gave me local recommendations so if you're in a jam I would just head there first.

I m done with this company! You can give them all the information you need for parts including part numbers and they order the wrong parts it s ridiculous! This store has gone down hill in the past few years. I suggest going to Napa it s actually around the same price for parts and your customer service people actually know auto parts

The Corby at the Neenah Advance Auto Parts is on his phone a good amount idk why I don t bother asking, but anyways about the past month I was in the store about 6-7 times and seen him in a huddle with other employees or on his phone at a register, while one worker came to greet me, it wasn t the best experience with him and other times he left the store with one other employee at the store.

After one of my last experiences at the Neenah Advance, I told myself I'd never go back. I don't remember the name of the woman who helped me with a warranty return that particular day, but I literally had to use the old, "Do you know how much money I spend here?" routine to get her to refund my money for a set of garbage lug nuts. She was stubborn and sort of rude, and I decided then and there that I'd find someone else to give my hard-earned money to.However, I was in a jam a few weeks ago, and needed a fan belt for a snowblower I was working on, and Advance was the only place close that might have had what I needed in stock. The counter person who helped me took the time to physically compare new belts to my old broken belt, while I tried to track down comparable part numbers using my phone, and between the two of us, I got what I needed without much hassle. They used to have a younger guy working there, who was my go-to when I went to Advance, but he's obviously moved on to something else. Despite the fact that this Advance is no longer my go-to auto parts store, I had a good experience on this occasion. I find that overall, my experiences here are better when I order what I need online, and only have to pop in for a minute to pick it up. And as long as I don't have to return anything...

Value from a parts store comes from the peopleoperating between customers and those parts.This store has lacked that value for a few years.Aside from a (small few) employees; one can expect confrontationally confident misinformation from a rotating staff of otherwise bewildered greeters. Whose automotive/mechanic knowledge wouldn't fly at Fischer-Price

I just had the most amazing experience at this location! I just lost my mom and have really been struggling. Today the engine light came on in my car so I took it to Advanced Auto. They looked into for and it was determined that I needed a new battery. I know this doesn't seem like a big deal but due to expenses related to the funeral I did not have anywhere near enough money to cover the cost. Two of the amazing employees told me they would cover the cost and even installed it for me. You will never know how much this huge act of kindness meant to me! You were rays of light in some pretty dark days.

The guys are always friendly and helpful. It's always clean and if they don't know something they say that rather than guessing & giving out wrong info, unlike the local "zone" where the employees are never wrong

Website says open until 9:00pm. Get there, store already closed at 5:45pm. Sign on the door says open until 6:00pm until further notice.How about updating your website and sticking with what your sign says?

The gentleman working was very fast, knowledgeable, kind and quite helpful. We knew what we had needed going in and didn't want to make an ordeal out of the trip. As soon as we walked in the man showed us what we were searching for along with other options without being pushy or trying to up sell. As we were checking out he gave a brief tutorial informing us how to use the product.

Excellent Knowledge, Service & Help! Brad helped me. He is one of the managers there. He was extensively knowledgeable, even about issues that you wouldn't think he'd know. He was very helpful, and went far beyond the call of his duties. Excellent prices, too. Five stars & two thumbs up! This is the place we always go to in Neenah. They're convenient, too, right by Ace Hardware & Starbucks, with Pic n Save & Little Caesars across the street.

I am not car savy but I can feel comfortable walking in here. I know their staff is always willing to help me no matter what my issue is. Once we purchased a vehicle and a sensor tied to the gas cap kept going off. We were all pretty sure it was an obstructed fuel line but the dealership said it was fine and we must not be tightening the gas cap enough. Advanced loaned us a new gas cap and we were able to prove our case.

Eh, hit or miss. For some reason they couldn't find our account even though we have one at the oshkosh location....something to do with "having different owner or system?" Makes no sense but ok sure.

Typically not very helpful and have no idea what's going on. They used to have management at the store to coral all of the clueless kids working there but not anymore. Best of luck to you if you are looking for parts. Better off going to autozone or napa in Neenah.

Brake pads came with wrong hardware, bring everything in. And since the other box of brakes they had had the same wrong hardware in it, they decided it was my problem to deal with. The 2 guys working then decided they were done talking and turned and walked away from me...had to pull my receipt back from the counter because they couldn't even be bothered to give that back. These two men should NOT be working in customer service as they have no clue what that even means. Rude as they come. Do NOT go to this location. You're better off going to a competitor.

Stopped in over lunch with a problem with my Yukon. They immediately offered to come out and run the OBD scan to try and diagnose it. He suggested I go to a service station down the street for a deeper scan because the info he got was inconclusive. Really appreciate the quick and courteous help as well as the excellent time-saving tip!

It seems nowadays that every auto part store is the same as the next, but I found out that is not always the case. I went in because their app said the part I needed was in stock (just brake pads) but when I got there mysteriously the cheapest one that I wanted was "not in stock" despite their computer saying they had "3 on hand" (I could see the computer screen. So I felt very much that "he couldn't find it but found the more expensive one" was a ploy to upsell me and I didn't appreciate it at all. I understand that sometimes the computer system isn't correct but when the guy looked at the screen and got the part number to go in the back to look for it and came back out with the more expensive one and said "sorry we don't have any of those in stock but I do have this one (the more expensive one)" I felt like there was no way he memorized two part numbers and looked for the more expensive one and grabbed it. I just really felt like he was being dishonest and didn't appreciate it. Now I know that I may have perceived the situation incorrectly so that's why I gave them 3 stars instead of 1. Mainly I type all this out so that if you read this you will go into the store with this in your mind and won't let them pull a fast one like I thought they tried on me.

I forst today went in to buy rotors and they gave me the wrong ones. Had to go back to get the right ones. Then i called saying i needed a caliper for the same vehicle. Then i show up and they said they didnt have it. They had bad customer service and i was working with a new guy who had only been there for 2 or 3 days and he was completely by himself with no one helping him. I am never going back.

Very helpful staff. Helped me with my car parts. We're very knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Gave me a few referrals for mechanics. Will be a repeat customer.
