I came to this dealership after an extremely bad experience with another dealership while looking for a used vehicle. Right from the start they were helpful and willing to work with me within reason on the terms of the agreement. I ended up test driving a vehicle that I loved, it was super clean inside and out, smelled great and drove great as well. I ended up buying it from them. I was a little curious that the vehicle seemed to be priced between 300 and 1,500 dollars less than every comparable vehicle on Edmunds but it's been just as great as advertised. I enjoyed my no hassle experience here and I would say it's highly likely I'll be returning to buy another vehicle. There are always going to be some people who have a bad experience with used car dealership and so I understand not every review is going to be great but in my opinion a lot of those people are setting new car quality expectations on their used car purchase. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships through the years and this one was probably the easiest experience I've had. I love my new (used) BMW! Thanks again A to Z!!

I live about an hour north of Madison and found a car that seemed too good to be true. Great price. Perfect year. Nice condition and $1800 below value compared to the market. I went to see it the next day and it was beautiful. Great car. Really great service. Really nice and honest folks with no pressure. I am 68 years old and have bought and sold lots of cars. This was a great deal, but most of all, great people. Thanks!

Bought 2002 bettle in Oct. Of2023. Had it in for alignment today (April 15,2024) to find out that it needs $1500 worth of parts and repairs to front end tie rods and bushings plus needs rear shocks. This could not have all happened in 6 monthsBy law these problems are supposed to be checked and corrected before sale. I would like to be reimbursed for these repairs.

Ok well where do I begin. I bought a Chrystler 300 for 10 thousand CASH... Car threw a check engine light right after I got home with it. Took it back and they said it was some emissions thing and that it was ok. Also told them about a sound coming from the front of the car. I was originally told that it was fine when they sold it to me. They then turned around and old me that I did it to the car myself. 50 miles? Really? They took it to their shop that they own. They did fix the broken window and the trunk that didn't close but they couldn't find out where the front end sound was coming from....contiued to tell me the car was safe and it was a normal sound.well guess what...drove the car about 200 more miles...found out what was wrong....Rack and pinion and power steering went out.... lost control of a car that THEY told me was safe...Do not buy a car from them unless you have YOUR mechanic look it over. 3845.97 more on top of the 10 thousand I already paid for it...should have been smart enough to just use the money for a down payment on a new car and a reputable dealership. STAY CLEAR of this place if you are able to get a vehicle elsewhere. You might just be buying your from them because the car might kill you. They only want the money.

This is the second time working with them to get a vehicle and it was great! I love the Kia I got. They have always been friendly and nice and let us know what s going on every step of the way. Most importantly, they re willing to work with us (well anyone) who goes to them. We will be going here again if we can help it! I absolutely love my new vehicle!! Thank you!

Bought a 2007 from A to Z and I REALLY like my car! I had a couple problems shifting and they sent out a mechanic to my home not once but twice. I did take it in for an inspection found a surprise but know that from the paperwork I had on the car and given to me, that any issues will be taken care of.I do recommend A to Z Auto, I got a car I like, at a reasonable price. The sales person and their team will treat you well!!

My son bought a car 2 weeks ago... still don't have the license plates, one of the power windows didn't work when he got it, dashboard lights tend to short out and the day he brought it home, one of the break lights was burned out, I guess their 1 point inspection is "Can we sell as is and just deny everything?" These guys are the reason people make jokes about used car salesmen

The staff at A to Z are reasonable and willing to work with people with no credit,low credit or high credit. If your looking to drive a car off the lot with just a down payment I recommend you stop and talk with the amazing family that owns the local company. If any one in the fox valley can help you get a car on the road it will be them. I Hope you have the same amazing customer service i have received from them in the past. Hope you all have a great day and once again thank you to all of the staff at A to Z auto for always being a honest car sales person!

Went to test drive a car, took it out for a test drive and it obviously had a few issues, car was super loud, needed a wheel alignment, and had a bad vibration at idle. Told the guy about it and was told "that is just how those run". Not very honest in my opinion, I owned the exact same car a few years back that didn't have any of those issues. I would rather have them be honest and tell you what's wrong rather than say "that's just how it is". Thought they had some decent cars at decent prices, but wont be back due to the dishonesty as they have lost my trust.

Wonderful experience and incredible service! Car-buying is a stressful process, but they make sure you get a fair deal. This is my third time buying a car, and it has never been this easy. I would recommend to anyone I know.

I had such a hard time trying to get a vehicle last minute but they helped me get my kids and I a reliable and safe truck! (Seeing as how my last truck brakes seized up and started a fire while we were moving 70MPH.) They are very flexible and reasonable. Friendly service, and the staff is very attentive and helpful with customer support. I don t think I ve received service as good as theirs throughout the history of purchasing vehicles in the past. I recommend them if anyone else is interested in or looking for a place of quality services purchasing a used vehicle. I plan to come back in the future if needed!

Bought a new car, was super easy to look at the cars and buy one. Has some good cars with reasonable prices and low miles. Although they do have a payment fee if you pay with a credit card (if the price is over 1000 dollars) also they have free drinks and coffee, loved it

Bought a 2003 Buick Lesabre right before Christmas and drove it home to Louisiana for my vacation and had no problems. Car is still running great with only 138,xxx miles. I'm going to buy another vehicle from them, they're great.

I was in need of a replacement vehicle for my daughter after her car accident. I did not shop any other Lots. I found a vehicle online that I liked, went and viewed it in person, took it for a test ride and it was everything that they had claimed it would be. I would be happy to recommend anybody there for their car purchase. Myself and my daughter are very happy with our purchase there!

If I could give 0 stars I would. At the time of purchase the heat didn t work in the truck. I was told if they replaced the controls that the heat would work and that if that didn t work then they would still fix the heat. They replaced the control and of course that didn t fix the heat. I called them and let them know and they didn t believe me and said that there was nothing they could do since it passed inspection. I unfortunately trusted that the son that sold us the car would stick to his word. Now I m stuck in the middle of winter with a car that the heat doesn t work on. Don t buy a car from them.

Purchase a vehicle from here had it for a day and started overheating. To get the warranty and the insurance on the vehicle in case something did happen. Took it to the shop not even a week after having the vehicle and they said the head gasket was already blown in the engine was cracked and it would cost over $3,000 to repair. For some reason the warranty they sell you doesn't cover it which I don't understand why it would not it's not something that is our fault is something that they obviously didn't catch when they did an inspection on the vehicle. Call to talk to them to find out what can be done and why the warranty wasn't covered and I have a rude man on the phone telling me that oh well you're an adult too bad with some female employee laughing the whole time in the background which is very unprofessional. After about a 5-minute conversation with them wanting to know if we could bring that vehicle back and maybe get a different one or whatever so rudely the lady in the background is still laughing and then the guy starts to laugh and they hang up what kind of people are they understand they are used car lot used salesmen don't have to get a degree to do that kind of occupation. And they decide to hang up on me oh that's a good way to run your business thank you A and z for taking my money without getting a product in return I guess my next thing will be I'll have to see you in court.
