Had my battery starting to fail this morning unexpectedly. Was directed to bring the vehicle here from advanced auto (their system stating they couldn t swap out both man in and ancillary). Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Able to get my vehicle in and fixed within a few hours. Highly recommend based off my experience. Pricing fair and reasonable.

Outstanding shop. Businesses that excel are those that have *great people*, and Great Lakes Sales & Service has them. Randy helped me with an unusual circumstance I encountered with my vehicle and he went above & beyond to help me. I highly recommend them to anyone that appreciates great people, and a fine business. I love this shop. I have been coming here for at least a decade. Always so nice and extremely trustworthy. They tell you the truth and don't want to fix everything before you need to, which to me is important.It's like this needs to be done now, this needs to be fixed but can last a little while but will need to be fixed at some time

I took my car in for diagnostic of potential misfire. They changed the ignition coil and spark plugs. Which I told them I already did. I paid a hefty fee for diagnostic and labor. Not even 24 hrs after pick up the check engine light comes back on. And I was told to just take it to the dealer. I brought it here because all the good reviews and the quick ability to see it but clear not a good choice my car now is sitting at a dealer while they try to do the work this shop did not want to attempt to do.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Appreciate they squeezed us in (out of state visitors) to fix plugs and wires (after several attempts at other dealers/mechanics who wouldn't give us consideration "maybe 6 weeks'), and now can drive home safely.

Jerry, and Nick are exceptional. They stand alone in the business in regards to customer satisfaction and diligent knowledge on anything to do with a car inside and out. I have to say that this is a truly great business. From start to finish they were very genuine, honest and patient. Quality service, great customer service and quick but thorough. I have had great service, and a very good price for the work done on my 97 Corolla. The guys at the front desk are pleasant and thorough, and the techs have done quality work every time. I would be highly recommend Great Lakes.

Don't try to work anything out with these guys ahead of time. They'll just sell the vehicle out from under you anyway

Thanks to Randy and everyone at Great Lakes who handled my sons unexpected repair.Great service at a great price compared to the local competition. I just dropped off my daughters emergency car repair. I expect the same customer Service on this one.

Their OUTSTANDING. I have been to many place to have my car fixed with the same problem including a Buick dealer. Each time they either couldn't find a problem or replaced the wrong part. Great lakes fixed it and the price was reasonable. Thank you

I needed a full set of tires. They were very competitively priced with other garages in the area AND had them brought in and on my car the very next day (I was told nearly a week wait by the competitors). Very friendly and professional service!

Brought my Jeep in because I needed a new fuel tank skidplate. Very hard to find for me, but these guys got a new one on and I had it back in my driveway within a week. First experience with them was a great one. Highly recommended.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have had several sets of Tire Rack tires mounted and balanced here. Before I bought my last set of tires, I called Great Lakes and they BEAT Tire Rack's price! Recently had an alignment done here. Highly recommend.

So I went here for a diagnostic test. They told me the wrong thing wrong with the car replaced it didn't charge me for labor. But I now have to take it to another shop to get it correctly diagnosed because they gave me the most expensive quote they could. I was told by a couple of different auto shops they are ripping me off so now I'm out $200 and still need to have it diagnosed. Then they told me they would call me with a quote later that day and it took them a week to call me and tell me the quote which they thought they already did. They are all about money. Stay away!!!

Awesome people really smart staff and employees keeps in touch with you if anything comes up explains in detail what needs to be done if you have to travel far to get your car fixed I highly recommend to go here couldn't be any more pleased with the quick experience work they did

had my transmission heater done on my 2014 ford excape which was leaking in my driveway spent $520 to bring it back 4 days later with the same leak in the same spot and now they want to tell me it's my quick disconnect hoses that you've that Great Lakes took off to get to the heater and now are broke but don't wanna pay to fix it buyers beware ,they try to charge me again to fix there screw up. When I talked to john the last time today he was stuttering so back he could not explain anything . stuttering is a sign of lieing, just to.top it off I took my car to ford dealer in town and show him my copy from great lakes auto repair and said he took you for a ride I said why he said there is no such thing as a trans warmer on my trans .pics to follow and 2 letters from 2 dealership today.

I purchased a 2011 Ford fusion in early May. Jerry told me that the car was great shape. As time went on I have no headlights did a little bit more research and had frame damage and was in a bad accident the passenger airbags we're not guaranteed they did not run the Carfax when they told me they Did. They sell unsafe vehicles
