I was told of Midwest Auto Doctors by a good friend of mine. He explained how meticulous they were as well as how much knowledge they had of the workings of a motor. I am awfully particular when it comes to who works on my vehicles so when my friend recommended Dave I was a little skeptical. However upon having a conversation with Dave I realized the knowledge he had. I had Dave do what they call a bed plate oil pan gasket on my 2008 F-250. He explained to me that this is a common issue in these trucks and is an in depth job as it requires the removal of the entire cab of the truck and motor as well so you do not want to have the problem again. Simply replacing the gasket is not the solution. you have to make some slight modifications or else the problem will return somewhere down the road. Had the truck in and done in a couple of days and everything is great. I would recommend Midwest Auto Doctors to anybody.

I bought a car from Dave and have enjoyed every minute of working with him. He was very honest and accommodating and is incredibly nice. I m a first time buyer and he made the process super easy. A few days later when I noticed there was a scratch on the trunk he buffed it out free of charge. Good price, great guy, quick to respond. Would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Run away. Was sold a rebuilt long block for $3000 with that understanding, rebuilt. After the break in oil changes I noticed the engine was going through a quart of oil every 1500 miles. After contacting Midwest a number of times and trying different suggestions, I was told they would fix it for another $1000. Unless you have money to give away, stay away.
