Best customer service ever. Jan 22 2024 5 pm. My battery needed to be replaced (wasnt sure if car would continue to start). The younger man who was a manager ( didnt catch name)looked up correct battery quickly and installed battery for me. He stated that the other manager of many years just walked out and left the premises unexpectedly. (Assumed he quit.) This manager was put in a very stressful situation and handled it great. He still made time to help me. If he could be recognized by higher up management that would be appreciated. This was my first experience with Muskego Auto Zone. I will be back and recommend to all. Got brand new not cheap windshield wipe blades installed less than 3 weeks ago by auto zone. One of them completely broke and fell apart after they installed them. Went back after this happened and they said they dont warranty wiper blades and it's not there problem. So I Went to there Competitors (O'reilly auto parts) and they said they Would warranty them for at least a year and give me a discount on a new wiper blade.

I have been going here most of my life, and I have had no issues in the past, until today, I had met a clerk, unknown name, but had to have been in her 50's, latina, and with dark hair. I needed a part and she pulled a few things up. She showed a few parts along with a few others that weren't in stock. I asked to see the other items that weren't in stock and she declared this was all they had, only desiring to show me the one part. I asked if I could see the others as Autozone has always been able to ordered parts currently out of stock. She appeared confused, and continued to make things difficult. Her attitude and demeanor made it feel that it wasn't worth my time asking about prices or brand comparison, as well as when I asked about OE and Exact Fit comparison, to which I didn't get a response. After some talk, and leading nowhere, I finished my conversation with her to which she hastily replied 'Bye Bye, see you later, once you figure everything out', waving her hands around in a circle and speaking in a very degrading tone. Won't remove this review until she leaves. Left me feeling that my intelligence was insulted and my time was used poorly.Edit: I've been back multiple to see if things changed... They mostly have not. I've come back at least 5 or 6 times for parts. There were two instances where there weren't any issues with her (One interaction she was actually very helpful), but all other times she was impolite. I do my best and treat all employees behind any counter with respect, but I'm starting to wear thin. I don't have this issue with any other autozone or employee. It's just her. One ridiculous instance is when I went to give her my phone number. She seemed very bothered that I gave her my area code and quickly snapped a 'yes' as if all phone numbers start with (262). I decided to not report with my area code the next time I went in but your other employee wanted my area code after some confusion.

Tanner did an amazing job changing my battery. Made great conversation and I was in and out in 5 mins. Saved the day! Helped my company be more efficient

Nice helpful people, when another store said it wasn t possible. They figured it out. Enough knowledgeable staff that the lines are short.

I was super disappointed with the customer service this morning. Usually everyone there is more than helpful but not today. I went in for help getting some things for my sons dirt bike- I was trying to see if they had an air/oil filters and all I kept getting is idk you d have to check the owners manual I really don t know . He was absolutely no help at all, I don t expect him to move mountains but maybe help me just a little. And instead of helping me on his own website he kept asking me to look up part numbers- I guess I was just caught off guard and looking for a little help. Guess not.Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because until today I ve never been met with anything but kindness and super helpful people.

What lazy staff! Went in to get a new battery and staff refused to sell one to us based on the terminals. We were able to start the vehicle in the parking lot so went home and will deal with local auto store. Unbelievable how helpless and useless the staff is when trying to give them businessUnreal!

Service has gotten worse didn't offer to put wiper blades on like they use to and to top it off they tell you the size of blades which is fine but then when I picked out and led them to the register turns out it's the wrong type how was I suppose to know they were wrong would have been nice if someone doubled checked or even acted like they cared which is sad it never us to be like this here. I ended up returning them right away and getting a new size they didn't offer to help pick put the right size the 2nd time.

Came 1/30/20 around 6:30PM. My friend had her front light bulb out and I had my rear light out. We walked in explaining our issues and Josh came outside to both of our cars to look at them while it was freezing cold. While Josh was looking at our cars both of them just needed to be plugged back in. He helped us plug them back in and be on our way! Thank you Josh for your awesome service, best customer service I ve ever encountered.

Went in to get a new head light and asked if SHE could help to replace it and it was done with no hesitation. In fact both headlights .its usually better to replace both bulb's at the same time. I was VERY impressed by this young lady's helpfulness I gave her a fin.

I stopped in for some new wiper blades. The sale rep took the time to show me the selection, pointed out the differences, and then recommended the proper ones. This was good, but then he offered to put them on my vehicle, in the cold!! Now that is what I call excellent service. Great job!!thanks

My son and I went to the local AutoZone to get new spark plugs, a plug gapper, and battery for his Honda motorcycle. The man behind the counter was very helpful in quickly finding us the correct plugs, gapper, and battery. He answered a question about the battery. I have received good service from this store many times in the past.

Went to AutoZone today knowing what I needed. Not finding it, I asked Josh, one of their very helpful employees if they had the parts. He notified me it was in the back and was sold by the foot. Some of the parts I needed AutoZone did not carry, however, Josh sold me portions of some of the parts they did carry (kits with more parts than I needed). I returned a couple hours later after testing my project with the new parts installed to thank Josh for being so helpful, me knowing how difficult jobs like this can be, me having a similar job in the past.Josh provided me with the exact parts needed by matching it to parts on my car in their parking lot and helped so sell me only what I needed, saving me lots of cash and having a great experience, I would certainly recommend anyone with car parts needs to come back to this location and ask for Josh.

Went to AutoZone for a bulb replacement for my headlight. Sales person Leah was so helpful. She went out to my car and took the bulb out for me proceeded inside to find my replacement and went back outside to put it in. Whole transaction took about 10 min and i was on my way. Very thankful for her knowledge and services.

I used their obd2 scanner and they printed out a report of the error code and most likely fixes. Very helpful counter folks

I arrived at the store at 8:52 PM the store closes at 9 PM I walked up to the door and it was locked and I could see the clerk behind the counter. I knocked on the window and looked at my watch and he shrugs his shoulders and looks back at his phone and did not let me in the store. I am so glad that I Rushed to the store to no get let in before 9 PM.

Store was clean. Was greeted when I arrived. Staff was knowledgeable and not quick to rid of customer. Offered to print out vehicle repair procedures. It's a great feeling to deal with polite people.

I went with a ton of questions on how to assemble an auxiliary battery to my Ford Transit. Josh was so knowledgeable and kind on the phone that I came to meet him in person to get in person guidance and to buy the battery needed. Thank's Josh for being superb!

I went to this store to get a new battery and wow was Pete amazing. He went above and beyond to find me the right one and he even installed it for me. This store always has excellent customer service when I go in there!

I've been to many Autozones and this store is one of the best. Always clean, well stocked, & well staffed! The employees know parts and offer advice on what you need to get the job done right! Wonderful experience at this store!

Great staff and great management! I enjoy going into chat with the employees as they are so friendly and helpful. It's awesome that corporate store can have a mom and pop feel to it!

I gotta say, it s a breath of fresh air to walk in to an auto parts store and not be treated like an ignorant woman. I ve been in this location several times and always receive great service. If they don t have something in stock, they re always quick to offer to find it at a near by location and have it sent over or held at the other location.

Very friendly and helpful. Called to check stock and they saved a part for me that was the only one in the area. Parking lot is a bit funky to get in/out.

Was having trouble finding the right wiper blade for my car, but one of the guys there came out and took a look at the wiper and were able to help me figure out what wiper I would need since my wiper vanished, he was able to find it and knew where to go right away, was very appreciative of his help and happy they knew what they were doing.

I'm writing this while standing nearby as George replaces the battery on my Olds. I cant Express what this level of service means to me after a full day of work at the factory and having dealt with too many car troubles already this year.A huge thank you to the crew at Auto Zone. I'll be coming to you first from now on.
