Amazing...magnificent auto shop. They take pictures of areas needing attention, send you a report with what should be done/needs to be addressed, what needs attention and routine things that look okay, plus discuss opinions on what is reasonable given car and age. Was dropped off to pick car up and there was a slight issue after starting car ( due to extensive engine washing, issue was initial thought to take 30 minutes but actually looked more intensive) with no extra cost to me, they gave me a car to return home and returned for vehicle later that day. FABULOUS!!!!!!!. my new auto repair people.

Had Nick install two different lifts on my truck. Reasonable on the pricing. Did the work fast. Great communication, and went the extra mile when my bumper needed trimming. They have a ton of experience with lifts. 10/10 would go back

Did a great job on my Audi! Very reasonable pricing. Sam and his crew were really nice. I didn't realize that they charged me an extra 10 dollars. 5 minutes after I got home, I received a call from the young lady letting me know I was overcharged. I was pleased, not about the ten dollars, but the fact they caught it! Honest people!

When we brought the car in we told them we needed a break job, Nonetheless, they still charged us for a General Inspection, $79.99 to diagnose a break job. Spent over $2,000 on all repairs, usually service places will wave any Inspection fee if you get the work done at their facility. Repairs where good as far as I can tell.

I can t say enough good things about this place. The gentleman who answered the phone was very patient and helpful. He even recommended a tire product that cost less than the one we were looking for and we like it better than our original tires. They were accommodating beyond comprehension. We had a last-minute family trip come up and they were able to get our tires on the same day with no appointment. They also loaned us a vehicle, which I didn t even know businesses still offered that, but it s such a nice personal, hometown touch to help customers that way. My husband and I were so appreciative of the ways they went above and beyond for us that we won t go anywhere else for tires and maintenance now.

I took my Acura MDX, 2009 to Village Auto Tire, LLC in Mukwonago for an oil change but also described to the owners other issues that have been occurring for quite some time but couldn t resolve them. I super appreciated their expert problem solving skills required to dig deep to tackle them. Now it runs like new, smooth start, smooth ride, smooth running!

I'm not able to give the amount of stars that I'd like to give to Village Automotive because google won't allow it. Believe me when I say though, I'd give infinite stars if I could. The level of service, honesty, and integrity that I receive here is nothing short of extraordinary. I've been getting my vehicles worked on by VA&T for the past several years and as long as I continue to live in this area I will continue to do so. VA&T is next to none when it comes to quality service. Do yourself a favor the next time you need work done and visit these fine folks. They are hands down the best in Mukwonago.

Just had my truck into Village A&T and my new tires are installed. Appreciated their low pressure and high data experience they provided. They did a very thorough review of my vehicle and completed the work in the time period they said. Will definitely be back especially when it comes to tires for my vehicles. Great prices and options too.

Took the car in to check on a problem with blinker lights/electrical. They fixed that timely, by finding out my trailer wiring T-Connector was causing the problem, so I just had the tech disconnect it for now. When I got home and did a walk-around, I noticed my blinker bulb was not in the socket or housing. Since I wanted to drive to work the next morning, I had to dig into the car myself to find out that the tech decided not to put the bulb back in place. I think I understand why, because it is a major pain in the butt to get at, and took me way too long (after a long day of work myself) to monkey it back in to the socket and housing properly. After talking about the problem with them the following day, they decided I should have drove it back to them (45 minutes from my place without a turn signal) to have it fixed. I erred on the side of caution and decided that driving without a blinker probably wouldn't be the safest driving experience, nor did I want to risk getting pulled over for not using a turn signal. They were convinced that the tech never touched the bulb and it must have mysteriously popped out of the housing and socket on the drive home. (After seeing how hard it was to get in, these things don't just bounce out...) They couldn't work out a deal and maybe knock off some of the small cost of the simple initial repair. It is really too bad, it's not even about the money in this case, more so that they couldn't fess up to what they did or didn't do. They seem to do fine work looking at the other posts, but they sure messed up my day.

I've used Village Automotive & Tire multiple times and have never been disappointed! Very friendly staff that actually LISTEN when you describe the issue and make the necessary repairs. Diagnosis has always been accurate leading to quotes that are also accurate, except for my last repair where they repaired 2 valve stems when I brought it in for 1 and charged me less than the original quote for the 1! I can't say enough good things about these guys and highly recommend!Service: Tires

Took my Lincoln MKS here for an alignment after doing some front end work. Was called by them and notified that I had some worn parts in the rear. I picked the car up, did the repairs, and brought it back in for the alignment. They did a great job and I am happy they let me know of my other issues. Will be using them for this kinda stuff in the future. Good people.

Becky, Nick and the crew are always professional and honest about the work that has been done on my vehicles. I've been with them since they started and know that they do quality work. They run a quality business, so they are busy but always make the time for their customers.

Honest and reliable.I have been bringing our cars here for 5-6 years now and have always been impressed. I have always felt very confident in their recommendations and if I ask about items they have told me what I need to do, what I can do and what would be a waste of money.Have recommended to my family and friends and have heard nothing but good things from all. They are definitely a shop that is in business to build trust and long term clients. Thanks again!!!

My fianc and I had a great experience when we took our car in to Village automotive and tires. Everyone was very friendly and they went above and beyond helping us out, even letting us use one of the shop trucks to go grab new tires as they did not have what we needed in stock and they did not recommend us driving with the tires we had on. Overall great experience and great customer service and we will definitely use them in the future.Services: Tires, Oil change

My wife and I (along with our two pups) got a flat tire an hour into a 6 hour trip South. Thank the Lord we pulled over and into Village Auto. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and super accommodating. Our vehicle required a special kind of tire and they called all over the area to track one down for us. I can t thank these folks enough. Just good people. They saved our road trip from disaster and will be forever part of our story. I would recommend all my friends and family to do business here because they treated us just like friends and family.Service: Tires

After paying $900 at another shop when my check engine light went on, it again came on. They told me it was a new problem, and it could have been , but their attitude made me lose faith.I took my car to Nick who explained what was wrong. He also told me I could damage the engine and the car wasn t really safe to drive until he fixed it. The other shop told me it was fine to drive. He then gave me a car to drive so I could get home and to work until the part came in and my car was repaired. When I got the car back it ran better than it had before. I am no car expert, but it was quieter and had much improved pick up. All for half the price. So today I drove the 30 minutes back to get my headlight changed. Why? Because a 30 minute drive is worth an honest mechanic who knows what he s doing. 5 stars for sure.

Whenever I need an honest answer about what needs to be done to one of my vehicles I call Nick and talk to him. I have been taking my vehicles there for years. When the work gets to much for me too handle I talk to them! The cars are always 100% fixed with no problems.

It is one of the more important searches when I move to a new place: to find a reliable and affordable car repair shop. J & N has been consistently good at fixing my car and minivan, even tackling some rather difficult jobs like the sliding doors on the minivan. They have also consistently tried to save me money by coming up with more inexpensive repair alternatives. Both my cars have 200,000+ miles, so that has been an extra blessing. They are timely, friendly, they explain what they are doing and why. Great auto repair shop!!

Before moving to Wisconsin, I was an auto shop manager for three years, so to say I'm selective in my repair shop is an understatement. I've been searching over a year for a shop that meets my standards.I saw so many positive reviews of this place, I'm amazed with the experience I had. I had an appointment set later in the week for oil change and tires, but my fuel pump went out Saturday night so I had it towed to the same shop, figured two birds with one stone.Monday, I never received a call from the shop telling me they received the vehicle. I had to call and confirm. Becky told me they'd get to it as soon as they could, with no real estimate of time, and was very rude and short on the phone. I received a call later that evening informing me of the fuel pump and price, and I told them I'd call back in the morning to confirm.Tuesday, I called and confirmed pricing, and gave the go ahead for the repair, and to hold off on the tires. (I had found similar tires cheaper, and was frankly already irritated with the customer service.) I was told the car would most likely be done by the end of the day, and if not she'd give me a call and let me know. Did not receive a call that night.Wednesday, still no call. I waited until just before noon to contact the shop again. It wasn't until that point that I was informed that they STILL had not received the part, and had not bothered to contact me and let me know about the delay. I was told I would get a call back when they knew what was going on with the part, they would call me back with an update. After two hours, I decided it was time to go down to the shop. Becky informed me the part had just arrived, and would be put in shortly, which I still had not received a call for, as promised.I understand this shop typically works by appointment, and I would have been perfectly willing to wait a week, had that been the timeline that was given. I would say I received poor customer service, but truthfully I barely received any customer service at all. I should not have to chase down information from a shop I'm paying nearly a thousand dollars. The ONLY reason I gave two stars instead of one is the head tech I spoke to when I picked up my car. He explained the situation to me, which had I been told on the first phone call, I would have been fine waiting. And he was able to get my car in between jobs to get it done as quickly as he could. In our five minute conversation, I received more, and vastly better, customer service than I had received the 3 days my car was at their shop.I will definitely not be returning to this shop.

Great service from everyone working there. They work to give you the best and least expensive way to fix problems. I have three vehicles that they keep going. One has over 300,000 miles and two are 30 years old. They thoroughly explain what needs to be done and what it will cost. They reliably meet the time they say the work will be completed. Also, if you are buying a car (as I did last year) they will do a detailed analysis of the car with you pointing out any problems and how it needs to be repaired.

This is the kind of shop worth going out of one's way for. Between my parents, my brothers and I, we have several 200k+ cars in our family, and these guys keep them running reliably with great workmanship and honest, trustworthy advice. The turnaround is usually quicker than the estimate, and they don't leave loose ends. They seem to enjoy the work - good sign, and the shop's appearance is always meticulous and professional - also a good sign. Definitely worth a few extra miles if you're in the Milwaukee area.

Village Automotive is trustworthy and in my opinion, does what is best for the customer instead of maximizing the invoice. They will fix something if appropriate instead of just putting on a new part. Nick will explain your options with sound advise. They are friendly, easy to work with and do quality work. We have been taking our cars here for years.

We strongly recommend the folks at Village Automotive for all your car care needs. They are always honest, trustworthy and do quality work. I bring all the cars in my family to Village Automotive; including my mother-in law, daughters and even people from out of town. Whenever car care comes up in a conversation, we always tell people to go to Village Automotive. Do not hesitate to go see them when you have an automotive need. They are the wonderful to work with.

J&N has always taken good care of me and my vehicles. They will take the time to show you what is wrong and answer all of your questions. As I have become a more regular customer, they have become better at providing suggestions and reminder for things that should be done. Reminders and suggestions are given but they are not pushy in any way I have also found their prices to be fair and reasonable.
