First off. This is the MOST I've ever spent on any oil change in my LIFE. However. Jacob & Jennifer made this whole experience pleasant and flawless. Well worth the money imo. I got the $101.99 deal full synthetic, high mileage. They checked all my fluids, tire pressure, air filters, wipers and gave me a cold bottle of water. When I first came by Jacob, let me know it'd be an hour's wait, so he suggested a nice burger joint right down the rd. I came back after a snack, and they got me right in. It is a drive-through shop, and I never got out of my car. Jennifer was speedy and informative. Both were lovely and had great customer service. I called in to ask if it was appointment based, and she said it was first come, first serve and even sent me a 25$ off coupon! I can't wait to get home to NC so we can get back to doing our own shade tree oil changes but this was perfect for in a pinch and to know I'm taken care of 14+hrs away from home. Only reason theres 2 extra stars is because of how friendly they were... But I've NEVER been charged so much for an oil change in my LIFE. Over a hundred bucks. Didn't even change my filters!!! I'll be going to that rivers place down by the car wash from now on.

I pulled up, they let me sit there for a few minutes. Then put a cone in front of me, they aren't working on any other customers cars. They finish was their own car and don't say a word to me. Go to the front and smoke a cigarette and still ignore me. Worst place I have ever been to. Kept peeking around the corner to see if I left yet.

They definitely change your oil fast, took them maybe 10 minutes once they got started on it. Pricing options however were high, if you come here you'll end up paying between $91-$117 depending on whether you want the lower end or higher end oil. So yeah, the guys who changed my oil were very professional and fast, but the price was pricey.

They couldn't get my oil filter off, so we had to abort the mission. But the kid did over fill my tires to 36psi. when the specs say 33psi. So my tire pressure light went on and I haven't been able to turn it off since. Hopefully you broke a sensor kid! Thanks Take 5!

I arrived 20 minutes before closing and was told they couldn t change my oil because they had to put too much torque on the bolt that holds the oil pan. When I asked for a top off, I was told it wasn t necessary. When I asked them to actually check the level before saying that, it was confirmed that I did in fact need oil. They reluctantly gave me a little oil, never showed me the dip stick so I could confirm the level, and proceeded to slam my hood shut and send me on my way. While I may go to a Take 5 again, because their service is usually good and convenient, I will certainly not be going to the Mukwonago location again. They were jerks.

They offer a 25% discount for vets. My husband, a USAF Vietnam Era Veteran was unable to take his car in for a scheduled appointment due to illness. Our son offered to take it in. He had my husband's Honorable Discharge papers and the registration to prove the car was my husband's. They refused to give the discount saying my husband had to be present. He would have been if he wasn't ill. The webpage says "must show proof of service or military ID". It says nothing about having to be present. He wasn't trying to pull a fast one or a scam; he was just trying to get the discount he was entitled to as a Veteran and our son was just trying to help him out since he was ill and needed the oil changed.Since it needed to be done and he was there already, we told our son just to let them change the oil. I'm not sure we will be going back. I think we will find a place that actually respects our Veterans.Service: Oil change

The initial technician seemed to be possibly in training. He lacked confident knowledge in which kind of oil would be the best for my older vehicle that has higher mileage. The technician assisting and maybe training the young man knew more about the type of engine I have. A better understanding and choice was then made on which oil was best to use. The advice made better sense, instead of what seemed to be a sales tactic. Overall, I hope that the young man becomes more confident in the mechanics of vehicles altogether. The uncertainty in his voice and mannerisms does not make Take 5 look very professional.

This location has been the best thus far -- Very attentive staff, the manager there (or at least she seemed like one) was so helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent about the process and pricing!

First, I arrived and I wanted to stretch my legs. I got out of the car and employees yelled at me for getting out of the car. I was charged $125 plus tax for a standard synthetic oil change and filter. The only other thing they did was check tire pressure. The employees did not know the difference between synthetic oil blends or how to reset the maintenance required indicator. Two out of the three employees seemed very bored and uninterested in their job. It showed!If I did the oil and filter myself, I would have paid less than half of what I was charged. Very poor experience, and I will never be back!!Service: Oil change

The service was goodJust more expensive than the dealer. Tire rotation not availablePlus the tech recommendation for oil was higher than OEM specifications also more expensive. At 9.99$ a quart. Really? The dealer a lots six quarts before charging more.Service: Oil change

Very quick and efficient. Had a great experience yesterday with the two gentlemen working there. I had my two children with me and they got free juice and fruit snacks to have while we waited. Fast and courtious. Was in and out with an oil change within 10-15 min. They have a great team and very nice and they answer any question and inform you of what they doing. Great job team at Take 5!!!

I don t like getting a email at 5:00am to remind me of my 8:00 appointment. I also don t want a text message at 5:30 am to remind me of my 8:00 appointment. The people who did the work were very good and professional. Every time I go there the computer is down. So I couldn't get my oil changed. Staff was quick to tell me they couldn't help me. This is the store in Mukwonago Wisconsin update: I received a reply from the owner asking me to call a customer service number so they could address my issue of them not being able to get my oil changed twice because their computer was down. So I did call them. They took my number and verified which store it was. They told me I would be contacted soon. It's been a week or more and no call. I think they are just blowing me off. I know I'm just 1 lost customer to them so, I recommend that everyone who reads this avoid this business. Change it yourself like I did and save a lot of money. Go to a local service station where they may treat you as a person not just a number.

Very underwhelmed.High price for no-name oil, oil change technician that tried to upsell me. Did not top fluids, check tires or filters even though on the final report they claimed they were all done. I will avoid this establishment in the future.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I used to work at take 5 in mukwonago and it s an absolutely terrible place to work at. We cheat customers into buying air filters and coolant flushes they don t need. Not only do they lie to customers and say they need something they don t, they use the wrong coolant for majority of cars, (voids Warranty) if improper coolant is used. Jochaky Rodrigues was my manager at that time and he keep telling me he would buy us a shop lunch if we lied to customers into buying stuff they didn t need for their car. Absolute terrible place to take your vehicle and an even worse place to work at.

Just wanted to reach out to you..been using your shop in mukwonago for a long time because they have always gone above and beyond and made me feel very welcome..until my last visit.if you lost the crew you had how sad for you,they were the best!!!!anyway,this time I was told to pull inside only to be told it would be a twenty minute wait because the help was not there...would rather have been outside in the peace and quiet waiting..a little discouraged at this point. Then felt totally ignored,but okay because they only are doing their job,nothing more..a little more discouraged at this point. Nothing more than changinging my oil was done...did not see fluids topped off,did not even get my windshield cleaned,all services I always receive. A year ago I had told my best friend to make the hour trip to get her oil changed here because of the way beyond awesome service,I now told her this last experience and really don't know if I will return..like I stated earlier,how sad for your company if you lost the crew you had for at least the last year...I use the high mileage oil,so it has not been cheap, but the service was always worth it!!!!Service: Oil change

They're open from 7am - 7pm, which is extremely helpful. No appointment is required. The technicians checked all fluid levels and topped off a couple for me. I had been there before so got the same synthetic oil. I used a coupon from their website for money off - loved that! The manager noticed that my wipers weren't cleaning my windshield well and informed me of 2 levels/kinds of wipers to replace them, both with warranties. They installed the wipers I chose. The entire service was completed quickly by the friendly and knowledgeable employees. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change in Mukwonago!

Sign said 25% off and was charged $110 w/a filter I agreed was needed changing. It still should have been less. The guys were polite, but on my way to work, the next day, my maintenance light came on, still not sure what is going on with it. Definitely not going back!
