I was beyond impressed with the full service detailing River's Edge did for my GMC Acadia. I got my vehicle back looking brand new, and in better condition than when I purchased it! The interior is immaculate, with conditioning to the leather and finishes. The exterior, particularly the chrome, was beautiful! Overall I am very pleased with the results, and I will definitely have River's Edge detail all of my personal and business vehicles from now on!

This place is the greastest! I have two vehicles both under monthly subscription. Clean and friendly atmosphere. I love it because I'm able to wash my vehicles everyday if need be, and the service is impeccable . Had a oil change, nice car wash. The mechanics are very knowledgeable. Recently, was there about a tire issue, Carl took the time to figure out and gave me an honest readout. I appreciate this.

Very poor customer service and does not stand behind their work when something goes wrong. I've been a customer for 8 years (3 vehicles) when they were under Rivers Edge Oil Change. We had a transmission fluid replacement done on a Friday afternoon, and by Saturday morning there was a large puddle of transmission fluid underneath the vehicle. We went straight to the dealership as we wanted to go somewhere with certified professionals to evaluate the situation and we were told that the drain plug gasket was cracked and the plug was stripped. I called Roadrunner to discuss the results from the dealership to notify them of the issues resulting after the service they provided and they told me that I cannot prove that they provided a faulty service despite the puddle of fluid underneath the vehicle leaking within 12 hours of having it serviced there. I spoke with Carl who was very defensive and became irate and was yelling over the phone telling me that I cannot prove that the fluid even leaked out at all because he did not see it first hand, and then continued to yell at me that if I was such a great customer I would have brought it back to them and not run to the dealership right away. The lack of kindness, yelling and insinuating I was a liar was absolutely unacceptable - we will not be returning to a facility that treats their customers in this manner.Service: Transmission

Always been my go for oil changes. They will shoot you straight about maintenance on your vehicle. Never pushy to up sell--just knowledgeable and helpful making you aware of routine maintenance needed to keep your car in tip top shape. I love getting there when they open, you can literally be in and out within 15 minutes if your timing is right. PLUS free vacuums and car wash! You won't be disappointed!

As far as detailing goes, you will not find a better detailer. My car hadn t been Ben been washed in 5 months and I have a large slobbery dog that I tote around. These guys made my car look better than the day I bought it. There s not a half inch they missed in the entire car inside and out. I m taking my other cars in and will never go anywhere else.Service: Auto detailing

This placed used to be good. Ownership changed and now the workers don't car and are rude. I was a customer called about emissions testing which they now no longer do. I mentioned it still shows on Google. To which I was told Google never updates anything with much attitude. I told him I was a business owner and yes google does. I was promptly hung up on. Doesn't matter as I will find a new place to go.

Great job to all the people in the wash and detail department! We brought our Honda CR-V in there this last Saturday afternoon for a full service wash. We didn't realize we are required to schedule a full service detail. The young man that approached us was very professional and kind. He said "No Problem" we can fit you in right now! This isn't our primary car but we do use it for the times we take our Husky dog along. The fur was pretty bad on the inside. We were amazed at how great the car looked when they finished it. There were 4 people working on the car for about 15 minutes. Great Job! We will be regular customers from now on.

Whether I am under arrest or not I wish to invoke and exercise my Miranda rights and be allowed the opportunity to obtain the advice of my attorney. Recently updated facility. The truck looks real good after a wash here. Nice to get the road grime off. A little pricey, so watch for coupons in the fliers. Note that self-serve vacuums are included, which is convenient. *Consistantly a good wash now*. Note: The full detailing package is superb. If your car's interior has seen better days, make an appointment. They'll have it spiffy again!Update, April 2023: How convenient is the added vacuum stations in the area after the wash. Even for toweling off the door jambs.I should add that I haven't seen coupons in fliers. Rarely, in an email. Still a good car wash experience overall.

I m not very happy this car wash stopped doing the pre wash. The last bunch of times I have gone here the car wash didn t get my vehicle completely clean. The whole reason I kept going here and paying $15 to $20 per wash is because my vehicle got super clean with the pre wash. Looks like I will find a new car wash that does the same job for half the price.

We brought my wife's car here to get it detailed, to maximize the trade-in value, at the dealer. It was the most amazing detailing job I've ever seen. Each of the three dealers, we were negotiating with, commented on excellent condition of the car. One dealer even said "you could eat off the floor mats." We received a trade-in price on her car that far exceeded the estimates, based on mileage and condition. Absolutely top shelf service!

I'm very very disappointed. My family and friends have been going there for almost 20 years. There's a young kid who told me I needed struts and shock's for 1800 it was not the case they were good it was my breaks and roters. I went back for an oil change and he said I needed a tire rotate, my tires are 6 weeks old. And than proceeds to tell me I need a transmission fluid flush!!! Took it to someone else and it's fine. I have never been given a reason to not trust River s Edge; we ve been coming to them for tire issues, oil changes, emissions tests and more for years and in that time I ve appreciated the excellence of service (today they noticed and started taking care of my low tire pressure before I even asked!). I feel like they charge reasonable prices, and as someone who doesn t know a lot about cars I appreciate the way they take the time to explain things and answer questions.

Knowledgeable staff, excellent service, quick turnaround. They are my number one stop if my vehicle is ticking, and they handle all of my car upkeep for me and my wife. I trust them.Update 2022: I dont know how they did it, but they have gotten even better. If you aren't using these guys, then you are missing out. I've been going here for years now, for oil changes and other vehicle issues. Never really had any problems with the service so far. Took my wife's car in took patch a leaking tire a few weeks back. No problems, it was done in a timely manner and explained what they had found. Recently took my truck in for the same problem, a slow leak in my tire. This time they were unable to patch the tire due to multiple problems. Mike the tech, explained the situation and then proceeded to put on my spare so I could drive it. When I asked how much I owed them, he told me it was no charge and that they just wanted me to get home safely. Another friend of mine was in a similar situation and had the same positive experience when he went there. So for me I really don't have any complaints, only positive experiences so far.

First time buyer, I had four tires installed. They were quick and informative about things to keep an eye on with my car. I felt a sense of care and honesty here, not typical for a repair shop. Thanks guys!!

Continued to check things I didn't ask for. When done I almost fell over when I got a bill for $96.59 for an oil change and filer for my 2013 Honda Pilot. Their price is outrages. Will not use them again. Guess I should have asked how badly they intended to rob me before buying. All others beware and ask first. Very angry!!!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I always get my oil changed here and have a monthly subscription for car washes too. Today I went and got my oil changed and they were friendly as usual. Took less than 10 minutes. Then went to get a car wash and again very happy as usual. What really stands out is the fact they checked the bed of my truck and I had tools in it. Typically I have a cover on so I didn't even think about it. He helped me load them into my truck and then swept out the debris. They do this I assume so it doesn't get the mud all over and scratch other peoples vehicles. My only complaint is the hours. In the summer I leave mukwonago by 7 and don't get back till 630-7 and always miss out on getting in before they close.

Zero prewash 8 out of 10 times the car needs washed again because of missed spots that could have been addressed beforehand. That being said the wash does exceptionally well on what it doesn't miss.

Haunted car wash was awesome! The whole family loved it! Great idea and tons of fun. The only thing I would recommend is a giant tip jar at the end. The workers were fantastic and the tips are deserved! Bravo!
