It's hard to find service you can trust when your car has 334500 miles. First time at River Crest, but won't be the last. Great alignment, courteous staff and decent price for a cheap guy like me.

We shopped around for the best deals for a new set of tires, and with the instant rebate, online coupons and convenience of being close to home, we decided on River Crest over Costco and Discount Tire. The team was fast and friendly. We will definitely be back.

I had a flat tire and didn t even know where to start on who to contact , I called river crest and they were so kind both on the phone and in person, they recommended a tow service that was also kind and arrived in a timely manner. All in all service provided was amazing and the extra customer service was a cherry on top 100% recommend them!!

First time in the shop. I called because a dummy light went on. They were very accommodating. I was able to bring my car in almost immediately so they could run a diagnostic. I have scheduled the needed repair.

I have been going to River Crest for about four years now. I have had oil changes, tires to major repair. They have always been honest and up front about what needs done and what maybe isn't so urgent. Peter and Amy are always super friendly and helpful and they can always try and fit you in with the busy schedule River Crest has. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else!

I have been going here for 2 years, they are great, always professional and friendly. Amy is always great with greeting and knowing your name right when you walk in the door!! I had a tire issue/psi was low after putting in air last week. They were able to fit me in the same day. Also they informed me that my vehicle tire that needed the repair was patched up and this was the 3rd time for the patching for a tire. I was thankful for that information, so I am aware for next time that I would need a new tire. Thank you all the at RCT&AS.

So happy with their service!!!I found River Crest by accident because I happened to have a low tire warning light come on when I was a block away. I went into their storefront an hour before close, their lot was packed. I said "I don't know if I need my tire plugged, a new tire, or a whole set of new tires. I just want to be sure to get things fixed and that the car is safe because I my college aged son is taking it to school with him next week". They could have told me anything, and I would have done it. They inspected and told me my tires were fine, patched the leak, charged me a freakishly low price and sent me on my way. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I am always worried about being taken advantage of. They could gave done that and sold me 4 new tires, or at least one. They didn't. Highly recommend!

When sitting in the waiting room and hearing the mechanic tell a customer it isn't as bad as he (the customer) thought it is just this small thing that will take half hour and done - you know you are in the right place.

I have no problem with service. My car doesn t start sporadically and it started every time while at River Crest. Only problem is that the problem could not be diagnosed.

Was from out of town and stopped there because my truck was in limp mode. They diagnosed and tried to clear the code in the parking lot. That didn t work so I had to leave it there. They were very busy and I understood the wait. Surprisingly they squeezed it in the next day and it was fixed. Very reasonable pricing and great customer service. Wish it was closer and I would always take my vehicle there. Highly recommend and would use again.

Yup, 5 Stars. Had my car inspected, I knew I needed brakes & suspension, 14 year old car. Brakes were only out of adjustment. I knew it needed the suspension redone. Only came back to me with issues, I opted to replace more than recommended. I didn t feel pressured in any way. Very helpful with everything. They found other issues that I was not even aware of, I chose to have those fixed as well. Other quotes for the just the suspension replacement came back at 30% more than what River Crest cost me even with the extra services I chose to have done. Highly recommend!

Peter helped me with tire selection for our jeep. We were never happy with our prior tires. The new ones are quiet and a smooth ride. Called to order tires and were installed two days later. Prompt courteous service!

Great Service. I have been taking my cars here for a while. They are honest and only do the work that's needed. They don't try and sell you on repairs that aren't needed. They are very reasonable price wise and really look out for their customers.Highly recommend that you take your vehicles to them. You won't be disappointed.

Well it was short and sweet repair of my steering,plus they check my 2002 over from bumper to bumper at no request of mine and gave me a report. I will use them for all my car needs in the future. There truly one of the best in the business

Had a flat tire when I was leaving at 6 am for work. I was able to air it up and drive a few miles, they were very busy, but Peter found a way to get me in, they fixed the issue, and I went in my way. They will have my tire business going forward! Great job!

Great experience - only had an oil change, tire rotation and leak in one tire fixed so far - would have given 5 stars but they weren t able to identify the squeak in my suspension but I was impressed that they admitted it and didn t just guess and start replacing stuff. Have a follow up appointment in a few weeks to diagnose my backup camera not working and they are going to take a look at the suspension again. So far I am impressed and will be going back for future work.
