Was looking at buying a 2021 Ram Power Wagon truck from them, ended up buying from a different dealership because this dealership is Shady!!!!I was working with Cody Binninger, who tried to hide a $1,000 "market adjustment" under accessories. Sent me multiple emails trying to use cliche high-pressure sales tactics even at one point emailing me and telling me if I didn't put money down on their truck in the next hour that someone else was going to buy it. And this is laughable, sent me a denial of a credit letter, two weeks after I told them I had bought a new 2021 Power Wagon truck from a different dealer. Stay clear of this dealer. Would not recommend them to anyone. I'm attaching a picture of the truck that I did buy from the other dealer.Response to Owner: Originally Cody and the sales manager did not disclose the market adjustment and were evasive when I asked them what the accessories line was and initially told me it was for window tint. When I told them I was not going to pay a market adjustment they refused to remove the market adjustment. But as you said you reviewed the email chain so you know all of that. You are just trying to spin this in a more positive way. If I had a placed a positive review and mentioned Cody by name I am positive you would not be complaining about me calling out Cody by name. Also you should read the Google Terms of Service, if you had you would know that they are called Google Terms of Service and not Google Terms of Use. I have read them and nowhere do they state that you can't put the sales person name as part of the review. Just another red herring on your part to discredit what I wrote. You are just proving what I wrote, that your dealership is shady. Also could you tell Cody to stop calling me and texting me. I am not removing this review.
