Bought a used car, test drove it the day before buying it. I brought up to my salesman, Ben, that the sun visor needed to be cleaned and he ensured me that it would be. I got my car, sun visor still filthy, dirt and sticky spots around the latch of the center counsel. Inside of windows streaky and just overall dirty. Brought up knocking sound while in idle to manager, he claimed it had something to do with the fuel pump. But the next day I get a check engine light and ended up needing to get a new purge valve.

Last year I ordered a new vehicle from Lynch Ford of Mukwonago. I discussed with them when ordering it that I had an a-plan code and gave them the code when ordering the vehicle. They agreed, I put down a deposit, filled out corresponding paperwork and they said the vehicle would be here in 6-8 months. Fast forward over a year later and the vehicle finally came. (I want to acknowledge this is not all their fault as they are just the dealership, but there was no effort to even apologize or make things right) Since the vehicle took 6 months longer than they said, now the A-plan code was no longer valid since they only last a year and the dealership said they would no longer honor it. They recommended I call Ford and talk with them, which I did and they said the dealer would need to handle it and they can t do anything for it. This was very disappointing that no one even offered any solution at all and I just wanted the vehicle at this point. The dealership then recommended I get a new code, and I told them I could get an x plan code which they stated on the phone that there is no difference in price between the x and a plan code . I questioned this, and they confirmed that pricing discount was the same for both. I then went through the troubles of getting another code and scheduled a time to get the vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership, no one informed me of their error and that they were in fact different pricing and they instead just gave me the pricing for x plan and told me to sign. This ended up being about $800 or so I lost because of their mistake. No one tried to remedy the situation or even offer a simple apology. After this, an employee made a comment to me about how he didn t expect me to be driving this since I m a female and figured my fianc� would be, which was just not necessary. When I went on to financing, they presented a document to me to sign and said this is the only option for this paper so sign here. When I questioned what it was and asked for more information, the employee laughed and said wow common do you really need me to explain it? I eventually did sign it for a warranty, and later when I arrived home and went through paperwork that was in the physical truck(had never been given or presented), I noticed the truck already had a warranty on it and I felt scammed into signing that document and spent a couple extra thousand dollars. Meanwhile, no one even offered me to drive the vehicle until I was at the very end of signing all of the paperwork to leave. The day I took it home it also said low windshield wiper fluid, (which is a low cost and does not concern me) but does concern me that did they even do a full inspection and look over of the vehicle then? After contacting them, they did remove the additional warranty without problem, which was appreciated. Overall, I love my new vehicle and would purchase from Ford again-but would choose a different dealership. I understand that things happen and mistakes occur, but putting effort in to remedy a situation, especially when you are a small local dealership is important.

Great place to buy a car. Worked with Steve and John on the car deal and it was a fair low pressure deal. Had an issue after we took delivery of the car and John jumped into action to get everything corrected. I would buy from here again.

Buying a vehicle is stressful and something I dread each time.Experience at Lynch Ford Mukwonago was the opposite, I will be back and recommend Dylan and the Lynch Team. Starting with a late night stop to check out inventory and a visit back a few days later to finalize my purchase.... everything went smooth. Compliments to Salesmen James, he was great, knowledgeable, and patient. James knows his stuff, he stayed late to take the time to guide me through the Ford Connect and other vehicle features for an awesome vehicle handoff. Finance Phath was dialed in with paperwork all ready at pick up, friendly and efficient. Highly Recommend Lynch Ford Mukwonago

Took 2 days with no fix ,said they check battery and said ok .Replaced a pcm ,then wanted to keep it longer I said no. I came to pick truck up and when I started vehicle read12v battery state of charge low told service advisor.Went down to elkhorn ford tested battery bad replaced

I just recently was on the hunt for a used or new Diesel F250. Shopped around all the dealerships within a 2 hr radius. I bought my F150 from them in 2022 and they were pretty straight up and forward with me and did a amazing job between being fast with the sale and paperwork. I prefer dealerships that have sales reps that dont act like sales reps, rather than a normal everyday person thats there to help their customers and treat them fair and be straight up honest and give them a fair deal with todays crazy rediculous market. Eric and Ryan the managers were awesome and had a perfect honest answer to all my questions and needs. I ended up finding a new 2023 F250 Diesel from a different dealer because Lynch didn't have any colors I was looking for, but had they had the color I wanted, they would've had my business in a split second. I will always recommend Ford Lynch Mukwonago and will continue to shop and support them as my 2 businesses grow and expand. I give the team a full 5 stars. They know their stuff and are regular everyday people looking to treat their customers right.

Had oil changed and tire rotation. They didn't check the air pressure. I know this because valve stem caps are seized on. What else didn't they do?? Won't be back.

I recently bought my 2016 Dodge caravan from Amato ford. I worked with Eric Parsons who was absolutely wonderful. Before i went there i had come from the other dealership across town who turned me down right away because i didn't have the cash for a down payment immediately. I went to Amato ford and told them i really needed a vehicle and was waiting on my tax return and that i would use that as a down payment as soon as i received it. They did everything they could to get me the best price on the car, lowering it a couple thousand, found a bank with the lowest interest rate they could and then they agreed to run the paperwork in good faith and even let me take the vehicle home with dealership plates and a set return day of when I received my tax return. I returned as planned, gave them the down payment, signed the paperwork and was off. Everyone at Amato ford was super friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to get you the best deal and get you in a car as soon as possible. I highly recommend them, best experience vie had car shopping.

my experiencein purchasing a car there was great. i ended up buying a brand new 2022 ford escape in october of last year. ive had nothing but great service when it came to getting my oil changes there as well. However this last oil changed i was disapointed in what i was told. granted i have done some traveling but i only have 24 thousand miles on my car and i was informed that i would be needing new tires as three of my tires are at a four and one is at a three. i have never needed tires so soon on my car with only 24k miles driven. this also isn't the first car i ever bought brand new. however this is the first time i had a car come with bridgestone tires. all my other brand new cars came with micheline tires. take for example my 2016 ford fusion when i bought brand new came with micheline tires. Those tires were gaurented 30k miles but i got 50 out of them before getting new tires. for a 41k car why is Ford putting cheap tires on a ford escape titanium. yet when i was at metro market today i saw a 2023 ford escape se with micheline tires. i got screwed when it came to the tires on a top model vehicle. i will not be buying tires from this place as they gave a tire quote and said the bridgestone are the best tires they have for that car. obviosuly bridgestone is not the best and sucks on tread vs miles. very disapointed when it comes to that.

I bought a car last night and had a great experience. I was greeted by name when I arrived and the whole team was very friendly and helpful. Paul Weinstock was my Sales Professional and he made the process very easy. He went with me on a quick test drive to answer questions and walk through all of the options on my new vehicle. When walking through the numbers and the purchase, I had a few questions and the team was very patient and willing to answer all of my questions to make sure that I was comfortable with every step. I would definitely recommend working with this team on the purchase of a new car.

We have purchased several cars and in the past have had great experiences. However, service has been horrible. This last car we purchased we were not going to buy the service package but was promised an improvement in service. Well my last scheduled oil change took nearly 2 hours. Today I called for a pretty serious recall and was told that Ford only gives them a limited number of parts each week. This week those parts are gone. I would need to call each Tuesday to see if there would be parts available for me. I asked if there was a waiting list I could be on and they said they could not put me on that list. So tomorrow I will call other Ford dealerships to see if they can help me or put me on a list. I try to stay local when I can but clearly isn t the correct choice for me in the future. We did buy a new car last month. This was the first car we did not buy here because of the poor service. Prior we did purchase our last 8 cars there.

I bought a used Lexus from lynch. My sales person was James. After test driving the car the parking sensor light came on. I made james aware of this before the deal was done. He said he will have it checked out before I buy the vehicle. Two days later i took off work and drove over two hours to come get the vehicle. At that time he had just had the vehicle cleaned and everything looked great. The sensor sign was gone. We finished up all the paperwork and paid for the car in full. I gave a $500 deposit two days earlier to hold the vehicle, which they later told me does not go towards the sale price of the vehicle which doesn t make any sense. As soon as i was about to drive off with the car and the deal was done. I noticed that the parking sensors had been turned off. When i turned them on the same light came on. I went back inside to talk to james about the sensor. He told me very rudely the deal is done and its between you and Lexus now . James is very unprofessional as well as the rest of the lynch dealership. I have bought many cars from dealerships before and I've never had such a terrible experience. I would highly recommend you NEVER purchase a vehicle through them. I ended up talking to Lexus and they quoted me around $1500 for a new sensor plus labor. Please be extremely cautious if you choose to purchase through this dealership. Honestly theres a million better dealerships that deserve your money! 10/10 for DONT recommend!

Last month I purchased a used truck remotely that I found on Autotrader and subsequently had shipped 2,000 miles. The transaction went very smoothly; the sales staff took videos of the vehicle, inside and out, undercarriage, and engine. They answered every question I had, and accommodated my shipping company, explained the warranty process. When the truck arrived, it was in line- new condition and it exceeded my expectations. These guys at Ford Lynch are absolutely the real deal. Everything from walking into the building and being greeted like a king and the greatest costumer service you could seriously ask for. I couldn t be happier with the way things went thanks to the amazing staff ( Dylan, John, Ty, and Paul ) put me in such an amazing vehicle that I am so beyond blessed to have. Don t recommend anyone else other than Lynch. Thank you Mark Greene as well
