We just bought a 2020 Silverado from here and we had such a pleasant experience! Renee was super helpful and knowledgeable. She wanted to make sure we got a vehicle that not only fit our needs, but also stayed within budget. Edwin, the manager was also a huge part in making this work. Edwin was very honest and straightforward with us, which we really did appreciate. We definitely will be coming back for future car needs!

We just purchased a 2024 Chevy Trax from Randy and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Randy was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We had our 2-year-old and 4-year-old in tow, and he was extremely patient and made us feel as comfortable as possible. I never felt rushed, or pressured. Our experience far surpassed other car buying experiences we have had in the past. Jim, the sales manager was also wonderful. He checked in with us multiple times to ensure we were taken care of. Everything was thoroughly explained, and we could not be happier with our experience. 10/10 recommend. Even my kids are wild about the new car! :)

I purchased my Chevy Tahoe from Lynch Chevy and worked with Mr. Patrick S. He was absolutely the best! I feel like he went over and beyond to help me get the truck I wanted. He communicated every step with me and I was never left in the dark. Sometimes when you go to dealerships sales people are pushy or want to help certain customers. I never felt like that at Lynch. Everyone there was nice and friendly. I appreciate the stellar service Patrick provided and I hope when I purchase my next vehicle I can work with him again. I also appreciate the lady who worked with me in financing she was awesome! Can t wait to work with them both in the future.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Generally when I go to a dealership I feel like very worked over. Edwin the sales manager was incredible. He came and introduced himself before we even started working on a deal. I did not buy the vehicle I originally came to see, but stayed and bought a different new one simply because he was so great to work with. Will definitely return and refer friends!

I was super happy with my salesman but unfortunately he doesn't work there anymore. I also prefer the Mukwonago location over the Burlington location which is only 5 minutes from home. Here's the only things I have to say negatively about Lynch Mukwonago. I bought a $70,000 truck and a 6 year service plan (not cheap). I sent my wife in for an oil change and she was charged for it (approx. $85) and they didn't re-imburse me. Secondly I asked them for a replacement fob as mine tore and I didn't have 18k miles on the truck yet. Well, they told me it would be $560 for a new fob and programming! Hello, I just bought a $70k truck! Here's the worst part, I went on the web and found a new fob cover for $13. Come-On-Man! If anybody at Lynch cares to make it right, you can contact me.

The service at Lynch is very impressive! Everyone is welcoming, helpful knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting area is a comfortable, clean and calm environment. I like that I received a text letting me know who to contact if I need help while I m waiting. I was impressed that someone came by while I was waiting offering me more coffee. My car was washed after my oil change which was a pleasant surprise!

So quick and fast!! Made my oil change tire rotation in the morning. Got the appointment time I needed and was in and out so fast I didn t even have time to turn my computer on to work. Friendly staff all around. No brainer ti bring my truck to Lynch for service. Home run every time and I m ow my car is in the best shape possible when I hit the road. Thanks Jason and team.

Everyone at Lynch was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had the best experience and most fantastic service from start to finish. I can t even explain how happy I am with my purchase and how pleased I was with everyone we came in contact with. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle! We worked with Ross and Edwin. They all made us feel so comfortable and we never felt like we were being pushed into the purchase or that they were just trying to sell a car. Seriously, it was such a great experience. And I love my new 2024 Trailblazer!!! Thanks everyone at Lynch Mukwonago. You guys are awesome!!

I wanted to purchase a new battery for my Silverado with GM credit card points but a call to the card customer service line had me speaking to a robot. I was hoping to learn how the process worked but the help line was useless. No worries though as Peter at Lynch Mukwonago knew just what to do and I was in and out with my new battery in no time. It was a great experience and I ll definitely use this dealership again.

Staff was fast and courteous. I only had one question, which still hasn't been answered. I had a tire repaired, and we bought the tires from Lynch. Was there road hazard coverage, because I thought there was. And IF there is can I please have my $44.95 back?

Can't say enough great things about Pedro and all the people in the service department. I have had an issue with my truck and they have been amazing helping me get it fixed and fighting with the warranty company. Can't say enough good things about how awesome they have been. They saved me tens of thousands of dollars !

I work with Pete in Chevy service Mukwonago. He is awesome to work with. He takes time to explain things, is truthful, and advises what needs to be done. If possible Pete suggests options. Issues are taken care of as quickly as possible. I never worry about the service, and I trust Pete. Everyone treats you with respect.Plus while you wait for your car, there is a comfortable area to do so. Thank you for the great people, service, and care.

Usually have very good experiences at this location. This time I was pretty annoyed. I have a white car that also happens to have a white interior. There were oil marks left on the white seat as well as on the white leather on the door. There was also a large oil puddle on the front bumper that ran down the front of the car. In the past, the service check in people usually drive the car in for this reason. But pretty disappointed this time.

Buying experience was okay. Tyler was very helpful and appreciated his positive attitude but I was disappointed about the way the dealership carried out some the touch ups that we had agreed upon at the time of purchase. They also heavily pushed their extended warranty which ultimately would have taken serious effort to get them to honor.Their service department left me feeling very negative about the whole experience due to warranty related work that they didn't care to follow through on.Overall very unhappy with my experience here and as a family who are repeat customers, it's very unlikely we will be back to purchase or have service done.***Edit: I emailed the manager who commented on my review and immediately received an out of office reply dated from over 6 months ago.

Thanks to Lynch Chevrolet,Recently, we needed to purchase a replacement vehicle and our first stop and as it turns out our only stop was Lynn Chevrolet of Mukwonago. Car shopping is never something I look forward to. The entire staff there makes it a stress-free experience and even a little fun. Our salesman , Randy Trease was helpful and patient and showed us a little bit of his fun side.This was my second time working with Randy and as then it went off without any issues. Although that time we had a few hiccups but it was taken care of quickly.I believe Randy when he says, give him a call anytime with any questions and he would be happy to help us out. Hopefully it won t be necessary but nice to know it is there if needed. His patience and explaining some of the options the vehicle were great for both my sister and my husband . Even though I m sure several options will never be used by either one :).I would have to say the total experience was a sweet as apple pie!

Purchased a new truck because of the 2.9% financing. Bart did a great job with putting me in a new Trail Boss. Also want to say what great job Jeb did with getting me in an out with the financial paperwork. I worked with him 7 years ago when I bought my last truck and both times he had me out and driving away in less than an hour.

This is a multi-visit review as I've had my car in for service 3 times in the past 3 1/2 weeks for the coolant system. The first visit the issue was taken care of, however another issue with the coolant system arose and came back for a second visit and it was repaired. However, the third visit was due to the initial repair failing and created a large issue due to more inconvenience, a tow and stranding me on the freeway. The third visit I met with the Service Director and I was immediately addressed due to the multiple visits for the same issue. I was made a priority and he expressed the need to make the situation right. When I picked my car up 2 days later, he went through the situation on the failed GM part that was installed as a replacement on the first visit and stated they checked the car's coolant system over, connections and assured me that the issue has been resolved. After all the chaos in the past weeks I am pleased in the way the repair of my car was handled, the attentiveness of the Service Director and accommodating this immediate need. I am hoping that the positive ending to this repair will continue and not have any more issues with this repair/car.

Stopped by to look at a truck I saw online. I worked with Jeff V. In sales and he was helpful without a hard sell. I drove several models before negotiation started and Jeff was accommodating and patient. New vehicles are a lot of money but from my research, they offered a fair trade and no nonsense OTD number. My wife and I had a great experience.

Bought my 2018 Equinox in August 2023. Great professional & friendly customer service provided by Randy and Kevin. But my recent maintainence appointment was so outstanding. Pedro from the Service department was going to have to order my a new tire resulting in a return trip to the dealership. I was kind of dreading that, even though they offer free popcorn, water and coffee. But when I came back to get my car after an oil change, fluids topped off, wheels rotated etc.I was pleasantly surprised, Pedro called around to other Lynch Dealership, found a tire, he drove to the other dealership got the tire! What an outstanding example of customer service and excellent customer experience. Thinking outside of the box and going the extra mile will have me continue to get my car serv iced at this location. Thank you Lynch Chevrolet Team!!!

I pulled into the service garage to make an appointment for an oil change and to have two valve stems replaced. I was told they could service my truck immediately and within an hour, I was on my way. Very friendly and accommodating.

The tail gate sensor went out on my 2022 Chevy High Country. Called Lynch Service and they said they had the part. Scheduled an appointment to have it fixed. When I got there Pete the service writer said that it would be $165.00 to diagnose the issue. Since they had already told me over the phone that the sensors go bad, I said to just change out the sensor. Pete told me to go to the waiting room and he would come and talk to me. A short time later Pete came and showed me a written estimate for over $350.00 for 2 hours labor and parts. Since I didn t have the time to wait, I bought the sensor for $32.00 and left. I got home and installed the part in under 5 minutes. Called and asked why the quote was so high and the service manager stated that there are two different sensors, and one takes much longer to replace. They knew the part, sold me the part, and then lied to my face. DO NOT TRUST THESE SNAKES, I have had nothing but bad experiences with Lynch. THIS IS MY SECOND 1 STAR REVIEW!!!

They neglected to tighten the lugnuts on my passenger side front tire after the oil change and tire rotation. I called a trusted friend with automotive experience and equipment to come rescue me and my son, as I could not bring myself to trust Lynch to help us. They have lost me as a customer, and I have already told dozens of people about how careless Lynch was. I informed Patrick Smith, from whom I purchased this vehicle, that he has been wonderful, but I will not buy another vehicle from him as long as he works for Lynch. We are so fortunate that we were not hurt and did not hurt anyone else. I have been advised to sue Lynch, but I have no plans to do so. I just want them to be more careful and thorough for the customers they still have, as I need to share the road with those vehicles, and I do not want myself or anyone else injured by their negligence.

Had a bunch of errors codes on my Sierra for years - and Lynch's service team was able to sort out my issues and provided a software update to a couple different control modules. I finally am no longer having any issues. Great work service team :)

Due to a recall situation, my Blazer needed a part. This happened just as the strikes started, they were unable to get the part in for just over 2 months. It was not safe to drive my Blazer, they provided me with a loaner the entire time my car sat at the dealership waiting for the part. This is above an beyond in my opinion, i never had to worry about a vehicle. Through the process they kept me up to date on the situation and always knew what i was looking at and about when i would get me Blazer back. Very satisfied.
