Came in to get a battery replaced. Battery light came on immediately afterwards and I went back. They tested everything and said it was good. Battery light went off and came on again two miles down the road. Went to dealership and they found battery terminals were loose. Installer Mark was a super nice guy, I would go back just because of his attitude. Would have loved to not pay the dealership 50$ to tighten up the terminals.

I had a wonderful experience with your store. Jeff went above and beyond to install my replacement battery. Service was excellent and highly recommend the Mukwonago store.

This guy would rather leave my wife stranded in the parking lot than borrow a tool that he actually had in his hand. Refused to install a battery or loan tools. I would've just bought the tools but I didn't want to deal with him anymore. I would help a random stranger, much less a paying customer. I jumped the car and drove elsewhere.

Came in after work at 5pm for a check on my engine light that came on. Clerk told me they re the only one there that can do it and they Do not go outside after dark and laughs about it. 10/10 rude and unhelpful

Waited in line at Waukesha for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. Drove to the mukwonago location and was helped within 20 seconds. Excellent staff

Don't believe the invento on the website, I've driven there twice for a part that the,website says it's in stock. But it's not!Employees are pleasant and helpful.

Took my old corroded battery out and replaced it although it was in bad shape. Mark and other staff members went above and beyond to make sure it got done as quickly as possible.

My husband's my mechanic and this is always his go-to place to pick up needed parts. They are fast and efficient. If they don't have the part they can usually get it by the end of the day, which I appreciate. Mukwonago definitely needs this Advance Auto Parts.

Guy spent a ton of time replacing batteries in my key fobs. Not an easy job. Went out of his way to make me happy. Good place to go in Mukwonago!

Otto and Trevor helped replace my battery. More than I wanted to spend, but made up for it in service. Shop was very busy with an hour before close on a Sunday, but no one made me feel like an inconvenience. Great service, 10/10 would recommend.

Although they usually have the parts we need, the service is sooooo slow. I have left twice without buying because I just don't want to have to wait anymore. The employee behind the counter moves in slow motion with no awareness of how many people are waiting to be served - he has one speed.

Not sure what's going on with this location lately but it's gotten terrible. Out of 4 recent visist I've left twice after standing at the counter for 10 minutes and not being greeted and a guy sitting at a desk 3 feet away. 3rd visit the manager did the same thing but ottis finally helped me, not after the manager pointed out why it was taking him so long to find my part instead of just helping him. 4th time is now, currently sitting in the parking lot during open business hours. Doors locked. All lights off.

I went in to the store monday morning to purchase wiper blades and a blower motor switch. There was two of us waiting at the counter. The guy behind the counter was on the phone. (I understand this). There was two other employees in the store stocking shelves. After waiting for about 10 minutes with another customer, I was wondering if any of the stockers could help me. Just then a third employee walked into the store. He didn't even look at us waiting to check out. The other customer looked at me and put his gallon of oil back on the shelf and walked out. I put my wiper blades back on the shelf and followed him out of the store. This represents over $100 worth of sales that nobody working at the store seemed to care about. I went down the road to NAPA and got what I needed immediately. I won't even consider shopping at advance auto parts in Mukwonago anymore.

I had a pc delivered here from ups and when i called to ask about their times that they were open (because i saw that they closed early) and I got on the phone with an associate (who s name i will not disclose) but he answered and seemed like an extremely kindhearted person and he was extremely nice.

My check engine light was on. 2 men behind counter. One of phone, one at desk at computer. One of phone states he's the only one there today. Man at desk says he'll be with me in a minute. Other guy gets off the phone. I ask if they still diagnose cars; he said well give you the code. Helps with code and heads in after returning my key. Woulsnt you think they'd at least try to help or sell you something? I figured out what the error was and will take it elsewhere to be looked at. Customer service could definitely improve.

Hire more people i came at 5 and have been standing in a line that hasnt moved for 20 minutes. Im supposed to be late to work cause management cant properly staff their stores. Do better, get your sht in order. This took up my entire half hour lunch break I live like 2 blocks from here. Never again ill go to autozone next time.

I called to get a new battery for my car, they said they had it in stock and do free installations. I got there and Ryan was extremely friendly and helpful and was going to install my battery but said he needed to ask the manager, John. John said it was too cold out and I would have to come back tomorrow or buy the battery and install it myself. I was not happy, did not buy the battery and will not be back. Definitely do not recommend. Went to the Advanced Auto Parts in Burlington because it was the only thing open and they were extremely friendly and helpful and said there is no policy about it being too cold.

I stopped and had some exterior light bulbs replaced at Advanced tonight. A gentleman named Tim helped me out. Terrific service, knowledge, and a nice guy!He grabbed the right parts & installed them without hesitation.He also explained why I was having issues with my lights.I am making this my place from now on!Thanks,Randy

Went for a car battery. Had called several local/ regional Walmart auto services, and most of them were out of my battery, the store that did have one in stock said he didn t have enough staff to install it. (Keep in mind, I drive a very common car that you see everywhere on the road, so I was surprised they didn t have a fuller stock.). Went to Advance Auto Parts in Mukwonago at 7 pm on a Monday. Not only did they have the battery in stock, they had 3 different choices. The gentleman that installed it was very helpful, very informative, installed my battery quickly, and I was on my way. I have never been to advance auto parts before, but next time they will be the first place I go! Highly recommend it!

Only ONE person (very old) was working the store when I visited. A long wait as he was on the phone with a customer. Two more customers in front of me seemed not to know the part they needed. The counter person did well getting them what they needed, but the store needs more employees.

The guys who work here are not what I would call friendly or helpful. I would much more recommend going to Napa or CarQuest in town. Better stores, and much more helpful staff*UPDATE* 9/30/2020There seems to have been cycling of employees at this store and things have improved immensely. I have visited there several times this year and the staff are pretty fresh faced. Most of them have been much more helpful.

The staff is super helpful and if they don't have the parts they will order them for you. The order usually comes in the next day.

Awesome place, I was helped by the manager he found the part right away for my truck.The parts store was nice and organized and clean.One of the best car parts stores I have been inThank you for being in Mukwanigo great location . I am a happy camper truck is running GREAT now.

Never have I walked up to an auto parts store and had an employee race me to the door and lock it in my face.... keep in mind this was 10 minutes before they close

Unfriendly and not very helpful. wanted battery tested but said they wouldn t do it in the rain. Wasn t even raining. Old guy just didn t want to go out from behind the desk. Good thing there s 2 other auto parts stores in town
