Very easy builder to work with. Willing to work with local sub contractors. Communicate very well during the whole building process. The quality of the build is top notch.

Made me feel stupid for calling about a plan two weeks after he viewed the site and jobThen 2 months later reached out to him and he would not respond. Wasted 2 months time. Irresponsible unrelaible no conscious if he doesn t want job. Might be good builder lol. Take your chances. New builder gave me timeline with plan readying in 4 weeks I

I would highly recommend Beaber Construction to anyone looking to build or remodel. Brothers Ryan and Troy are super accommodating and easy to work with. The crew and subcontractors were on site and hard at work daily, often on the weekends too. They take pride in their work and pay close attention to detail. They build everything from moderate houses to super high end. It was a real pleasure building with them!Service: Remodeling

Beaber Construction built our home in 2009. The 3 month schedule set up by the Company was missed by 3 days. We thought this to be pretty amazing given the amount of sub-contractors/effort involved. We were pleased to know that each of our subs were local business personnel ...and that made a huge difference including the fact that each of them were Master Craftsmen. Using local organizations has also proved to be advantageous when new opportunities showed up over the years. Each of them have ALWAYS responded almost immediately if we ever needed any kind of service. The collaboration on our build also included Lakewood Hardware who supplied many/most of the high grade materials. In conclusion...we had little TO no stress with Beaber Construction as the incoming communication was consistent throughout the process, the subs were scheduled perfectly, the skills with ALL personnel involved were tremendous, and we are proud to have the opportunity to recommend Ryan Beaber's Organization to any and everyone who is looking to build/live in the Mountain / Lakewood / Townsend area. Beaber Construction built our dream home in 2011. All of our expectations were exceeded and what a great company to work with. After 7 years, Ryan is still always available to help with any issue that arises. They are a 3rd generation company that prides themselves on quality work and customer satisfaction.

If you are looking for a top notch builder, please check out Beaber Construction. Although they only did some remodeling for us, it was done quickly and exceeded our expectations. We also have friends that have used Beaber Contruction to build their homes and they are all spectacular. The attention to detail is amazing and you would not be disappointed!!!

Beaber construction is the best builder in the north woods!! The staff all really know what they are doing and their attention to detail is unmatched!! I would recommend them to anyone that asks!!
