Had a blast riding the trails with my son last weekend in a very nice side by side ATV. Location is perfect for getting in trails and exploring. Owner and staff couldn t have been nicer if they tried. Overall just a great experience.

Eagle AllSports is a great company and my group had a FANTASTIC time!!! I did a ton of research on what region to start our recent snowmobile trip from (Hurley vs. Presque Isle vs. Eagle River). All were great options but we decided to start from Hurley. I then interviewed and researched many rental companies. I went with Eagle AllSports because they put up with my dozen questions over 5 different calls, the location and price was right, and they were a pleasure to work with. You can rent snowmobiles from them as well as coats and overall (bibs), heated helments, hand and feet warmers, maps, ... they had everything. Most of the Reviews you'll read here are 1 year or older and they apply to the previous owner. The new and current owners are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and patient couple. I would 100% rent from them again and encourage you to call them yourself and ignore the other reviews on this site that are 1 year or older.

I read a lot of bad reviews about this place but I also understand how cheap snowmobilers can be. We rented a tandem for the day and everyone was absolutely professional and very helpful. Had an amazing time and zero point zero issues upon return. Respected their property and everything went smoothly.

Kevin with Eagle All Sports was great to work with. I emailed my request and within a few hours he called me and we chatted about what I needed. We worked out the details then he was in contact with me up until the day he delivered the sleds to my cabin. He was on time and things happen like I expected. I will use Eagle Allsport again when I go next time.

Kevin and his son were a great family to work with . Very understanding and willing to help you. Wether it s a rental or a tow, these fine gentleman were a blessing in disguise. I would recommend renting from them to anyone. Can t wait for the next trip despite the minor hicups along the way. Eagleallsport has the best pricing and finest sleds in the area

Fantastic rental and Services. Highly Recommend. Great with little children, especially half day ride.. My wife couldn't make it because she fell ill and he reimbursed us her rental.Owner took me and my 7 year daughter on great ride. Led it himself, as it was my first time on snowmobile in 20+ years- and first time with young daughter.Can't recommend enough!

So my son and I were up north snowmobiling when his motor melted down. We took it over and they diagnosed it was junk within the hour. We went back and pivoted it up and I asked what I owe you, he told nothing just keep us in mind for any needs. So I took not only one of my sleds but also my sons sled and they fixed them in record speed. After I picked it up rode 550 miles with it any issues. So this weekend we rented 2-2 up touring sleds. Everything went as planned and the guys were great to deal with. They have a customer for life, definitely recommend for you winter or summer adventures.

Good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful , they went out of there way to make sure we got the most out of our weekend. Sleds ran great, would recommend to friends and family, will be back for more!

Perfect from start to finish. We rented snowmobiles this past weekend and it was top notch service from delivery to pick up. We have a cabin on Island lake and they delivered the machines right to our cabin so we could start from there to ride with our families. The machines were in top condition and ran perfectly. The communication was great and we will definitely rent from them again in the future.

New ownership! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My son and his friend studied the 2 hour certification course one needs to have for snowmobiling. Everything else they needed was provided by Eagle Allsports. This includes, but is not limited to:- Complete snowmobile operation- Free downloadable trail guide maps and trackers- Suggested trails based on one's skill level and what they would like to experience- and much more!I highly recommend Eagle Allsports and will use them again.

Great experience renting from Eagle. We rented a Skidoo 900 touring and couldn't be happier. The sled rode fantastic with both of us on it. Electric start with reverse. Their machines come with Wisconsin trail stickers as well as Michigan trail stickers. The rental process was very straightforward and the entire crew were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their sleds and the riding available in the area. Would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future if need be.

This place provided exceptional service when my sled was throwing an error code. They got me in on the same day and stayed late to work on it after hours. The new owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend them!

This place is where you want to rent your equipment from. I called and immediately got a call back from Keith who owns this place. He was so patient with all of my questions considering I'm not from the area. I know we must have spent 20 minutes on the phone. He stopped what he was doing and took down all of my information and didn't know where the lodge was that we were staying, but offered to deliver the snowmobile to us for a VERY reasonable price. I knew when I was conversing with him that he was an honorable person and extremely passionate about making sure visitors in the area would have a great experience. Thank you Keith!! These gentlemen are one of a kind, very professional and were so incredibly helpful!!We were ATV riding, our belt went bad out on the trails- we found these guys online & on a Saturday at 4pm, they came to us and hauled us back to their shop where they replaced our belt the SAME night- so thankful for the timing and finding them! Especially, living 6 hours away.They led us & got us back out there in 2.5 hours.So incredible!! Will continue to use them for any needs we have visiting the North Woods!! Highly Recommend!!

We had a great experience. Rental process was quick and easy.Our helmet's anti-fogger's didn't work, due to the cords being loose. I would recommend making sure your helmet works and the cords stay tight before leaving the shop.

Just received a fraud charge from my bank for $12,000 from Eagle Allsports....this happened the week after we rented sleds from this shop. Not very trustworthy.In response to your response, you charged me $2,000 on Monday which was also fraudulent but happened to go through. Then another $2000 on Feb 26. Thank God my bank notified me of the third charge tonight for $12k.I'm having a difficult time understanding your comment "He approved the charge; unfortunately the card information on you reservation and his were switched when you entered your information"When I entered my information? Sounds like your placing the blame on everyone but yourself. If you're charging a random customer $15,000 by accident...that's a problem in itself. And something folks should be aware of when renting from your company.

AVOID this company!! Under new ownership and sent me out on a machine with worn carbides that didn t last the 3 day length of the rental. I had to get insurance involved after they charged me immediately after return for damages. The adjuster visited their shop and witness/overheard Frankenstein methods to keep the sleds operational. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!! Do not trust them with your safety!

Four of us rented sleds from Eagle Allsports a few weeks ago and had a blast. The sleds were crazy fast and had no issues all day long. The staff were great, super helpful with giving pointers on what to wear and giving us the gear we needed. Would definitely go back, great people and great sleds.

Awesome day with the family riding the trails in our UTV! The new owners went above and beyond to make our trip a success. From personally guiding us on the first part of the trails, to loading up some paddle boards and kayaks after our trail riding to let the kids get some lake time. I'll definitely be looking to come back on our next "guys weekend" out trail riding! Thanks!!

BEST CHOICE! Keith (& Kevin!) Took such great care of us! Whether it is a snowmobile, kayak, tandem kayak, paddle board or other ATV - they will ALWAYS be our first choice- hands down! (Excellent communication & great pricing too!) Thank you Keith and Kevin!!!

The sleds were fine but watch out for the owner. He will try and take your money any way possible. Charged us $10 for 2 tiny fuses. $350 for a $115 ski. Won t be renting here again. You can just tell when a person is a shyster. The employees were great and helped us out with whatever we needed. So A+ to them!

We rented a two person sled and two helmets. Everything was very well maintained and new! Super friendly people helping us out, especially the woman working there she was beyond helpful! We went out for a full day and had zero issues using the sled or returing it in the condition we rented. They are very up front on all charges including what it will cost if you break their equipment. Then they let you inspect the sled before you take out so you can note any damage prior. We had none. Would use again in a second.

Way over priced!!! Had the smallest dent not even scratched. 130 dollar part cost me 300 for a total charge of 430. I m taking the a arm home to put on a different sled because it s in great shape.I know for sure if something is broke on the sled and they can run it they don t fix it. In all honesty I would never recommend this place to a person I did not like. The only reason I was on their sled was because they said my sled was blown up and then tried buying it off of me for cheap. Brought it back and started first pull no problem.

Complete waste of time, we trusted that the bad reviews were older and not accurate, so we drove 45 minutes out and we re completely disappointed. The owner tried to get over on me and charge me $13.99 for a mask *required* to rent out the helmet. When I expressed that I thought a 14 dollar charge per helmet for a cheap mask didn t seem fair on top of the $800 dollars for helmets and the snowmobiles, the owner blew up and began swearing at me, even the employees apologized for how he was acting on the way out. It was clear he was trying to profit off of me because of a law pertaining to renting helmets during covid-19. There are plenty of much better snow mobile rental places in the area that aren't trying to overcharge you and consider you valued customers, would never consider recommending this to anyone.

Tim thank you for the rental of the Polaris RZR 4 seater I rented this Memorial weekend we had a blast thank you for everything you run a Class A operation. I'll be calling you this winter to rent some snowmobiles.

Rented sleds a couple years ago from Tim. We ended getting ripped off and had to pay for damage that was not done by us(had pictures to prove it). I'm now looking to schedule a trip this winter and was curious to see if they had changed how they treated customers. From reading the reviews it appears nothing has changed in the past couple years. This place is one of the most unprofessional business I've ever encountered! There are other rentals in town that won't rip you off.

If I could give a worse rating I would. Before leaving we called and spoke to Tim multiple times to make sure we had our prices and reservations correct. When we showed up their 24hr reservation turned out to be only for 8:30am to 5:00pm. So he charged us $75 extra bucks for each night. Then we were charged 6% for using our credit cards. It was also not the sleds we agreed upon on the phone. I also rented a helmet and some gloves from him. The helmet lens was so damaged I had to go to another rental business and rent another one. First night one of our four sleds lost power and was running bad. After getting it back to Eagle Allsports they blamed us for the failure. Claimed it was bad gas. We filled up all four sleds at the same time at the same location so we know that isn't the issue. He also still charged us the overnight fee even though we had to limp it back to the shop at 6:00pm. We returned the sleds early the next morning before they were open. They called me at 9:00am claiming there was damage to my sled. Went to look for myself. There was damage to the bumper and hood. We looked at a picture we took of the sled minutes after taking delivery of it. The damage was already there. So he charged me $400 for that even after showing him the picture and insisting I didn't hit anything. He also tried charging us for refilling the oil reservoir. We had topped off both the gas and oil tanks at the BP right down the road right before returning them. Bottom line is avoid this place at all costs but if you have to rent from here cover yourself and take as many pictures of the sled before you leave. P.S. if someone happens to rent a Polaris Indy 600 voyager with tag #5 take a look at the front end please reply if you see cracked plastic and a damaged bumper. I'm curious at how many people he is ripping off.
