Average auto parts store. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable if you get the right person . I usually look up what I need online and have a part number before I call or show up to avoid confusion. I did warranty a turbo feed line, and was given the exact same one I returned 5 months earlier due to missing parts. It was still missing the same parts .. I was not impressed.

The two guys that were working Sunday 7/31 we're SO helpful and really got us out of a jam. The Manager (I forgot his name, Riz?) Took a lot of time to help solve our problem even came out to the parking lot to look at the issue my husband was having with a coolant leak. Very nice, very professional and when I had to come back for another part, he was just as courteous to me as he was earlier with my husband. Top notch service is rare to find these days and these guys went above and beyond!! Great work and thank you!

Pretty upset with the O'Reillys while the person I talked to was very nice they estimated me at $179 for a new car battery and said they wouldn't even install it for me so I went to badger it cost me $125 there and they even installed it for me and no extra cost, so while I think O'Reillys employees are very nice the prices are ridiculous save yourself the money and go to badger express

They finally found a person who can work with people and he does everything he can to get the parts you need the same day or he will find a place that has the part and if their price is higher you will get it for O'Reilly's price. The other thing that is nice is if you call them they will have all your parts pulled and waiting for you when you get there. They will change parts out for you I really won't go anywhere else for my parts as they will do whatever it takes to get you what you need.

Stopped by because my check engine light had come on. He handed me the tool and said dont drive off. I explained I had no idea what to do with the reader (never having a car that had a port before).He said its under the dash. I searched for 10 minutes. Finally took the device inside, laid it on the counter and said I'd go to Autozone. The clerk suddenly decided he could actually come out and plug it in (two clerks in the store, 1 customer).Even though he did finally print the error for me, I'd still pass on this location as the staff was not very helpful to someone who is inexperienced with cars and some of the diagnostic tools available, especially when that was made clear at the beginning of the conversation.

Besides having a military discount, I arrived at the store 5 mins before closing and needed a headlight. The store manager assisted me purchasing the correct headlight bulbs plus stayed 20 mins after closing to assist me in making sure my headlights were working before she left. If that's not customer service and dedication I dont know what is!! Thankyou very much for that. This is why i always choose O'Reilly's.....

Preface: I m not an O Reilly er. Been an AZ er since 2K. These guys earned my business by going the extra mile. Their curbside was wicked fast (prepaid on phone.) Couldn t leave the kid in the car (it s 90) so we did curbside and I just wanted something for him because he hasn t gotten to go in a store and get cool new stuff. So anyways, I asked the gent (Leo?) when he came out if he d grab some Hot Wheels or something, so he went back in and got some cool cars and it made my kids day and that s great. Thanks!

Best parts place in Monroe, and the guys there couldn't be much more helpful if they tried to be. I have gotten the wrong parts from them, but it was because of mid-year model changes and the like. It was no problem returning the parts at all.

Super helpful and patient with me - I didn t know all the details about my vehicle to help them help me but they suggested using my VIN to figure out the details and didn t make me feel bad about not being in the know about my car

Store said closed at 9 on Sunday but they were closed at 8, need to change hours on website for Sunday. But guy let me buy the part I needed after hours to save me a huge trip if I could give more stars or that guy a tip I would have

The employees are very helpful, they do what they can for you, sometimes the parts are not exactly what you would want, but they always back their product.

Finding many parts for a '53 Ford such as fuel couplings and other odds and ends are in stock here while competitors need to order them in...I'm making this my first stop for stuff going forward.
