Greg was incredible! He really helped us out of a situation that we were desperately trying to figure out. We had slid into an embankment and our first attempt at having the car towed failed and resulted in the hitch being damaged on the car. We had to wait until the next day to find another towing company and luckily Jelle s Towing was recommended and Greg came to the rescue. We had contacted other towing companies and were rejected multiple times (some rather rudely). He knew exactly how to get car out and didn t cause any further damage to the vehicle. Within minutes the car was free. He s truly a professional and a kind person. Don t waste your time with any other company if you need a tow near Monroe Wisconsin. Thanks Greg!

Greg @ Jelle's is a hero! After the AAA contracted tow company broke the eyelit tow hitch on my tesla (& damaged my front bumper) and AAA continued to leave me stranded on a snowy embankment for over 35 hours, Greg came to my rescue. He arrived to pick me up at 6:45 am (10� outside) as promised and had my car retrieved in about ten minutes. Wish I would've contacted him first. I just had my van towed and worked on when my started went out. The driver (unfortunately I am super bad with names) was so prompt and he really was so kind and tried everything he could to get my car going to save me time and money. Unfortunately, it was totally dead, but I couldn't have asked for a better towing company and mechanic in the Monroe area. If my car breaks down or needs service again, I will not hesitate to call Jelle's. I think they went above and beyond for us and I am abundantly grateful!

I was directed to Jelle's Towing through my insurance's roadside assistance program, and I was very pleased with the service. The driver came out exactly when he said he would, and was very courteous and professional. I would use them again and feel good about them towing, even if I wasn't there.

HORRIBLE service. The owner is rude and has no consideration for clients. Completely over priced. Charged us $35 a DAY for storage fees than when we came out to simply get our plates off our vehicle His wife refused to let the employee who was more than willing get the plates for us, owner was not around spoke on the phone and he refused to allow us or his employees give us the plates. Than junked or sold our vehicle without notifying us so all of our belongings were just gone. Car seats, important documents, and other items which will be a Hassel to replace.

9-29-17 We can not thank them enough. We broke down in Monroe on our way to Iowa. We re from out of town. Mike the two truck driver was friendly & very helpful. The owner (sorry we don't know his name) but he fixed our van asap. It was our starter. They brought our van when done to the restaurant we were waiting at. It only took a little over an hour. THANK YOU so much! If we lived in Monroe you would be our mechanic.

Horrible towing company!!! Do not ever call them for a tow! Call Don's towing instead.... I wish I had! They blatantly lied to me, saying that they could not drive as far as my home (which they can) so they could charge me two days of storage and my car was there for about 12 hours! They definitely got me by the balls, I was charged way to much and they wouldn't be upfront about anything! They also called me 4 dollars per mile! Don's charges 3! Call them instead!

Had a car accident about 4 months ago or so, these guys came to pick it up, not only would they not tow the truck to our mechanic, they charged us daily to hold the truck. On top of that our brand new car battery went "missing" right after these guys towed it. Only us, our mechanic, and these guys knew about the new battery and we know it wasn't our mechanic. So if you ever need a tow I would highly avoid this tow company. Unless you want something stolen or to be charged daily.

Many thanks to Jelle's Towing for rescuing our family three times over the last few years.Jelle's Towing arrived promptly each time that we have called them. The driver was always polite and helpful, and the tow truck was always clean. Jelle's Towing is the best, and we'll certainly call them in the future if we need help again.

I highly recommend this towing company if you re in the area. A couple weeks ago my tire went flat. The service guy came and got my friends and I. He even had a tire in my size. Extremely low price for the service I was shocked!!!

After two other towing companies cancelled, Jelles not only came to help me get into my car but also called to assure me they were on their way. I had a horrible day, but it would have been a lot worse without Jelles.

Had my vehicle towed after I barrel rolled it into a ditch. Checked his schedule, and said it was open on Sundays. So I went out to clear my vehicle so I could have it junked, and he very rudely told me he was not doing anything with it today, so I would have to come back tomorrow. I work during the week and don't have time to do this on a weekday. Very poorly handled.

To have a gentleman be nice, calm and just handle his job.. Is more of a blessing when you just want to cry. He did his job and i appreciate it. Im glad to just be home. Thank you for coming to the rescue!!!
