Brought my car here a year and half ago after hitting a deer, about a month later my bumper paint was chipping and my bumper itself was coming loose, not aligned under my driver side headlight. Called and talked to them about it, took it back in to get fixed, they said they had new staff and it was a staff problem and this time it would be fixed properly. Wrong. Got my car back a second time, it s clear the paint touch up was done with a brush. It was clumps of white paint over the chipped spots. Unacceptable. My passengers side wheel well cover was missing?! Then once again within six weeks my bumper was coming loose on my drivers side and of course the shotty paint job was once again chipping and worse than before. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend. What a headache.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great work everyone,from the front desk to manager he was super, on top of the work great guy.Speaking two languages English and Spanish very convenience for people the don't speak English. Best place in Monroe WI. Thank you everyone

My husband hit a deer, causing minor damage to our car. Took it to Gates the same day for an estimate and it couldn't have been easier. They were so pleasant to work with, kept us in the loop and did much of the insurance legwork behind the scenes so we didn't have to worry about all the details. Even though there were a ton of other vehicles with much more significant damage, they said they would do all they could to fit us in and ensure we didn't need a loaner any longer than possible so as not to incur extra daily charges.We went to pick it up a bit early on the day it was to be ready and they made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Not to mention, I got my car back with a great detail job compliments of Gates and the Alphorn staff that chipped in to get things done on a very busy day. With two small kids, I'm pretty haven't seen our car this clean since we bought it!It was the little things and great customer service that made all the difference. Pending we ever need more body work (or know someone that does) we will go/refer them to Gates in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great experience during what could have been a particularly stressful time. Jerry and the staff did a great job!

Jerry and the whole staff were absolutely amazing. Everything was done in a timely manner. They went above and beyond their job description. The body work on my vehicle looks awesome! Plus they even detailed my vehicle!! Awesome company all around.

My experience with Gates Auto Collision customer service and auto body (Monroe, WI) has been great! I have had two deer collisions in the last couple of years and Gates serviced me both times. Gordee is the employee that worked on my car and did and exceptional job ! I was extremely happy with everything. My car still looks like new and you can't even tell it has been repainted and had body work done on it twice. The paint matched perfectly. I never had to worry about finding another car to drive while it was being repaired because they provided a vehicle for me! Everything was done in a timely manner :) Very happy and satisfied customer :)

I needed body work done a few years back and after getting some estimates, I went with Gates Auto Body. It was the best decision I could have made. They are fast, Friendly and did an AMAZING job on my car. I didn't even have to rent a car or worry about how I was going to get around while they had my car as they had an excellent rental car for me to use. I will never hesitate going back to them

I went to this collision center because of a little fender bender I was involved in with my front bumper and was recommended to go here from Brodhead Chevy to get it repaired. I get there and work with Jerry on getting a quote for the parts. I do not have Comprehensive insurance on it so I told him I would like it as inexpensive as possible. He quotes me $3900 but tells me he can get it down at least half. I hear back from him in a couple of days and he gets it down to $2700. I ask if there is any way to get it down as close to $2000 as possible. He gives me the name of one of the shop guys that does it on the side, Kevin. He says that Kevin can do it for about $2000, I said great let me know when I can get it in and a final price. I wait 4 weeks before reaching out to Jerry asking what's going on and he explains that Kevin was out for a week and he was out for personal reasons, I said I understand and that I would like to move forward on getting the repairs done for the above price. Another week goes by and Jerry calls me asking me to come in to take another look at it to make sure all the parts are accounted for that are needed. He says they will be in touch in the next day or 2. I waited over Labor Day weekend to hear back. Jerry called me that Tuesday, 6 days later, asking me if I'm bringing the car in to get worked and I told him I was waiting to hear back from him like he said he was going to do. I was getting frustrated so my husband talked to him to get the full picture of what the final cost was and where all the dollars were coming from because now the price is at $2130.12. Jerry hung up on my husband because he was asking too many questions apparently. We called back and told him that was extremely rude and not the right way to treat a customer. At that moment Jerry said the we aren't his customer so we asked to talk to Kevin since we must be only his customer now and Jerry wants nothing to do with us. We spoke with Kevin and he gladly answered all of our questions and explained the situation to us without hanging up on us! Long story short, it took them over a month to get us quoted and fixed up and I had to initiate all of the communication, which was only done through Jerry even though he made it very clear we weren't his customers. This mindset leads me to believe that is why the communication was poor from the beginning and I felt like I was put on the back burner the entire time. Kevin was easy to work with but I would not recommend working with Jerry. I never plan on being a customer of Jerry's ever and wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Took car there after hitting a deer when they painted front bumper and fender the paint didn't match, didn't complain I figured I'd live with it a week later took it to car wash and bumper chipped the paint so they put a new one on it and this time the paint matching was even worse so now the car has 3 different colors of red. I would never go there if u want u stuff to match up right also seen other people's cars that got fixed there and paint don't match
