Some things could be better stocked. Their drive-through is a GREAT asset to the store. Almost all of the staff is friendly and helpful. The drive-through employees are really friendly and do a fine job.Overall, their IT department really sucks!

Just about everything you need and many things to discover is what makes shopping here a treat. From clothing to handle the weather, to home appliances, to items such as bee keeping kits, there is no shortage of items to look at. Recommend watching for the excellent sales they have on nuts and snacks - really great bargain age good quality. Also recommend using the online order with drive thru pickup. Very efficient, covered area, helpful crew will load your vehicle for you.

We were desperately searching for a specific Christmas gift for a grandchild. Checked lots of places with no luck. Finally, on Blain's Farm & Fleet Online site, we found on possibility at the Monroe store. We called, and a staff person searched for it, found it, tagged it, and left it at the front desk for us. They were very friendly and helpful, and we got the much sought-after Christmas gift at a really good price.

This is the biggest one I have ever visited. Very well organized and all the employees are very helpful and pleasant. I would suggest getting your car batteries here they are high quality.

Often use the drive thru pickup option. Since moving locations it seems they reduced their inventory as items are frequently out of stock, especially electrical and plumbing items. Competitive pricing.

Our car had a low tire pressure warning. We pulled and asked, and they filled our tires quickly for no charge. 10/10 fast and quality service.

The Monroe F&F didn't have the tool bag I was looking for, and have seen in other locations... Unless it was in an area other than the 3 places I found that all had tool bags, scattered around the store.

TIRES, let's talk tiresI had to replace tires on a 2013 Buick Encore, and a Chevrolet 2500HD Silverado with a Duramax diesel.I "Got the Coopers" for the Buick and Goodyear Wrangler AT Adventure with Kevlar, so they're bullet proof.......I purchased in Oct, which is supposed to be a good time to buy.F&F had the typical factory rebates others had, additionally they had their own rebate, Plus 1 free with 4! That was a huge money saver.Nobody else was close in pricing.I had them mounted a couple months laterThey did a full service on the Buick and did a great job.They covered the seats and steering wheel with plastic, and covered the floor mats with attractive F&F paper matsI prepaid for alignments on both vehicles. When they put the Chevrolet truck on the alignment rack, do to my impeccable driving, it needed no adjustment.So F&F refunded the alignment money .Who does that as they still took the time to check it all in the machine.I have nothing but respect for their operations, and competitive pricing.These purchases were allot of money. I had hope for a Bidenomics discount but alas, none were available.Both vehicles ride better with the new tires, and are more quiet.Nobody has shot at my kevlar tires yet, but I haven't driven thru Madison WI yet...Happy motoring.

Was looking for 3 x 5 American flags for my flagpole but they were out of the one wanted. The price was 9.99 and there was in stock was 24.99. Too expensive to put out for winter and the bad weather ahead!!

This is one of my local shopping spots. I most recently bought seeds for my garden. Which the plants are doing awesome! Also got an awesome grill tool that is like a long tong burger flipper thing. Works awesome. I've never had an issue with products or great customer service at this location.

Bought 2 sprinklers same brand different models neither worked for more than 2 hrs. A waste of time getting them and another 1hr returning them. I remember when Farm & Fleet was THE place for quality items at a fair price.I bought 2 on Amazon delivered to my door next day and the quality is sooooo much better. They work fantastic. Of course their just sprinklers pretty rudimentary you'd like to think any sprinkler would last more than 2hrs.Wish my old favorite stores were what they used to be. I know people hate on folks buying from Amazon and I would be happy to buy local if the store had 50% the quality of customer service and comparable goods.

Squirrel away nuts! Best sales I've seen anywhere. I always tell my boyfriend who is a regular black bear in front of the TV in the evening. I'm the squirrely one, ha! Teachers need lots of energy!

I love this store and their products. I check online before buying my tools and Blain's Farm and Fleet has come out on top every time for me whether competitive prices or great sales! So I head on over to my local BF&F in Monroe. - Products and PricesI received outstanding customer service from an associate named Andy. This young man was so helpful as well as knowledgeable in the tool department. I bet I asked him more than 20 questions and he answered them all for me. But what got me more than anything was he never expressed frustration with me. I ended up buying more than I intended because of the quality service I received helped with my decision. - AndyChecking out has always been a pleasant experience here. Friendly smiles and friendly faces. Monroe store is always out of the purine pro plan salmon and rice dog food. This is what my dog eats and only this, so I have to drive 40 miles to Verona store where they have in on the shelf and pallets full of the stuff. Would be nice not to have go to Verona. Liked this store better before you moved it. More clothes and less of everything else. And your sales help is worthless.

We went to Monroe s Farm and Fleet on Tuesday May 16, 2023. We arrived at 7:15pm with three battery cores to return. We were told by an employee that there was no one to help us with that and he didn t know how to and that the computers were down then he proceeded to tell us we could return to the store tomorrow to return them my husband let him know in a nice way that we are farmers and we have work to do and we drove 30 minutes to get this taken care of tonight and we don t have time tomorrow because we have work to do on the farm in which we got a blank stare! First Farm and Fleet closes at 8pm which makes it hard for us to get there then we we do get there no one can help us?! We are living in a sad world because customer service is out the window and NO one seems to care. Maybe the owner of Farm and Fleet better start paying decent wages so she can actually get some decent help and start staying open until 9pm for the true farmers! After all the stores name has FARM in it do be there for the farmers who are feeding America!!!
