I'd love to give 5 stars for the older woman and younger man who were working yesterday 4/2, but unfortunately the younger woman ruined it. I came in asking to buy windshield wipers and help with putting them on, and the older woman turned and asked "Who can help with wipers?" and the younger one snapped back "No one. We're busy" and did not acknowledge me. I stood there for a minute before asking if I should just go over to O'Reillys and the younger man stepped up and went to help put them on. The older woman did apologize for the younger ones words, but I am just floored that she would talk like that to a customer.

Poorly staffed. Assistant manager refused to help or explain why an order wasn't filled. The stated "I shouldn't even sell you this." Okay then, don't. Do your job or get another one.

Poor customer service! The guy behind the counter saw me come in and I said "hello". I then went over to the headlamp section to find a replacement bulb. I found what I needed and proceeded to the checkout. He was in the back taping up boxes or something out of view. I attempted to use the self checkout but that didn't work. I then called out to grab his attention. I got nothing. Another customer came in and still no sign of an employee for five more minutes. An older gentleman came in to ask directions and talked to the other customer loud enough for the employee to have heard them. No response from said employee. The other customer asked if I'd been waited on and I replied that I had been waiting for some time. I then called out "excuse me" quite loudly. Still no response from the employee. Never shopping in the Monroe store again!

As a person who works there you can the best products and the "most of time" best prices. Battery, wipers and diy is a good place and if not you got there competitors across the street.

I've been here many times. Just recently got a turn signal flasher that goes under the dash to make the turn signals turn on and off when you're making a turn in the 1996 Dodge truck. I was surprised that it was less than $8.00. I had been putting it off because we got a printout and on it it said that it was over $70. An employee must have looked something up wrong a long time ago.

Went in with what I thought was something else wrong and they set me straight and then helped me change my serpentine belt, in the rain. Wonderful service and wonderful staff, huge shout out to Tina and Justin for their commitment to helping customers and their professionalism in the face of an aggravating process as it did not play nice, they both deserve to be recognized.-Robert Schick, Monroe Wi.

Was acknowledged as we walked in - busy but very friendly staff. Quickly jumped to our attention and looked up the parts numbers we needed. Rang us up but kept the social distance protocol in place. Very satisfied with the service.

I do a lot of business with Auto Zone in Monroe. The manager and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are good. If you need to return an item, you can do it and they will be smiling and friendly about it. It is always well stocked. They have what you need. Excellent warranties on their products.

Very honest and helpful staff. They try to help the customer find the product that best matches their needs and they do not try to upsell to a more expensive option unless it actually is a better fit for the customer.

Have dealt with and gotten many parts over the years from this location, usually deal with Guy most of the times when I can but the other staff is always friendly and helpful as well.

competitive pricing, vast inventory, not as good of customer service as a napa or carquest store in my opinion. also may not have high end /top shelf parts if that is what you seek.

Only purchase national brands from AutoZone. The store brand -Duralast, is JUNK. Sure it has a lifetime warranty, because you'll be replacing it every six months. The prices are only a few dollars less, but our way to expensive when you consider the amount of time your vehicle be broken down and that you'll spend replacing the crappy low quality parts. Most of the employees couldn't tell the difference between a drive shaft and a camshaft.
