Great place to get tires mounted. I was turned down by a few places and pomps was able to do it. Really friendly people as well. I d give 6 stars if I could. Will definitely go back in the future.

They did not reset my tire sensors after putting my snow tires on.I even asked the guy behind the counter, who said he was sure the mechanic knew to do it.The warning didn't appear until after business hours and now they're closed for the holiday weekend, so I will need to do it myself.I'm disappointed in having paid for a service that wasn't fully completed.I had heard great things about them, so I was expecting a better experience.On the plus side, they were nice to deal with and had a comfortable waiting area.

Amazing service. Quick and easy. Everyone was so friendly. I was surprised with how affordable it was as well. Would recommend.

I had a hard time finding the tires I wanted I talked to Kevin there and he said that he would look into it to see what he could two days he called me and said that he found what I was looking for he gave me a price complete with mount and balanced so I took my truck to the shop and had the new tires put on I was in and out in 90 minutes good job guys!!!Thank you Pomp's tire

Good price and quick service.This is not just a tire store.After replacing my Thermostat, my whole family got Covid. There was no one available to pick up my vehicle.This company let me keep my car on their premises until I could find someone to pick up my car.I highly recommend Pomp s Tire Service.Four stars.

The people at Pomp's Tire are friendly and courteous. The quote I received was comparable with other Tire shops with Pomp's being a little better. The Service was quick and the tires I chose seem to handle the rain we're having today. I have had similar tires on another vehicle in the past that I liked so these should be even better.I recommend Pomp's Tire if you're looking for good tires.

Had a tire blowout. Took it here and they were able to squeeze me in even though I showed up close to the end of the work day. Great quick work. They were even able to get me a new battery which they don t usually have. Will continue to go to Pomp s for all my tire needs and recommend to others.

I have used Pomps twice in emergency situations. Both times the service was fast and prompt. The technician was very friendly and good at his job. I would highly recommend Pomps for your Tire needs.

Found the tires I wanted on their Website which also showed an out the door total cost. We made an appointment, dropped off the vehicle, and picked it up about an hour later. Pomp's pricing seemed reasonable.

My sprinter based RV had a bad valve stem on one of the inside back dually. Pomp s got me in quickly and did a great job at a very fair price. I d definitely recommend them and go there again.

Travis, Scott, Andres, and Bruce were a great service team who helped me out in a bind. They got to the root cause of the problem instead of just a quick fix which I appreciate before heading into the winter months.

My MIL has a Freightliner (Dodge) Sprinter, and the brake lines blew out. None of the usual mechanics around town were willing/able to repair her brakelines. Pomps did. From the first, desperate phone call to final pickup, all conversations I had with Pomps were pleasant. The only thing I would have liked was an estimate up front, but the final price was way below what I was expecting so I'm not spir about it in the least.

I drove in from Ohio and woke up the next morning to my tire going low. I drove around town all morning to different shops, only to be scheduled for tire repair the next day. But something told me to keep looking and I found Pomp s Tire who got me in right away and took the nail out of my tire that I picked up on my way here. Great team and excellent service!

Travis provided an out the quote of $5,200, but the final bill was $5,660. I would have been able to save additional dollars at another dealer if the original out the quote was correct. The service time was around 3 hours for 6 tires.

I called in with a tire that had a slow leak and got booked in for an appointment the same day. They found a heavy duty staple in the corner of the tire that I had not previously seen, making the tire irreparable. The replacement tire they recommended cost me $185 (fitted). The whole process took about 40minutes.

I highly recommend the Monona, Wi location they go above and beyond expectations. I have used them for a long time for my oil changes and sadly I have to change this review. I setup an oil change appointment for 2:;00 on Monday November 13th and got there 15 minutes early. Finally got my car back from a simple oil change at 3:25. No explanation or apology. Inexcusable.

Pomp s was willing to offer a time slot that was convenient for me and let me wait for the tire replacement, which was completed inside one hour. Their price was very competitive. Everyone at the Monona location was friendly. I d definitely go there again.

Had a slow leak in my tire. Was able to call and get scheduled fairly quickly and the work was done in a very fast time frame. In and out and was able to get on with my day. Great service all around.

Had a big day planned and opened my garage to a flat tire on a day with lots of snow. They got me in and replaced all four tires an hour quicker than original time estimate. Good service seems to be getting rarer these days and EXCELLENT service almost unheard of. What a pleasant and welcome surprise!!!

Fast and dependable as usual, my go to tire guys. The Monona Store has always come through in a pinch, I run six emergency vehicles and when a tire goes we are in trouble fast. Both Monona and Deforest have saved the day many times.. Thank You

As a woman without auto repair experience, I have evidence to suggest I have been taken advantage of many times when taking my car into a shop with a concern. It meant the world to me that at this shop I felt respected. I felt like the person I worked as my advocate. They did not recommend more than what I needed. They made me feel confident that a simpler, massively less expensive solution than what I had expected was all I needed to feel safe on the road. I was also so grateful for the speedy, high quality service I received. They exceeded expectations. I get nervous venturing out to a new shop and this was the best experience I have had outside of my favorite Toyota dealership. Thank you!
