I love Integrity Automotive Services, every visit has been 5/5--and I've been a customer for 10 years. I like to keep cars for awhile--but I take excellent care of them. My favorite part of Integrity's service is they look ahead to things that might require work in the future. I actually go there for oil changes and he seems to give things a quick once over to make sure all is well until my next oil change. The advance warning that he notes on the invoice gives you a chance to budget and ask pertinent questions.Also, he has never gone over his estimate for services. Surely that must happen from time to time--but I'm sure Matt calls in advance to ok any additional work that he deems necessary.You won't go wrong by choosing Integrity. And by the way, I'm not a friend, relative or neighbor of Matt's!

It is no surprise this place is called Integrity Automotive! Matt has so much integrity. I feel that he is honest, thorough, comprehensive, kind. Feel very fortunate to have a go-to auto repair place where I never worry about service. Super ethical! My car was no longer accelerating, and I had heard good things about Integrity so I limped my car there. They were friendly and gave me no trouble about taking a loaner car. The next business day, they told me what was wrong, ordered the parts and told me to keep the loaner until it was fixed. Three days later, I had my car back and it worked great. All for reasonable rates and great service. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is the only shop in the Madison area that I ll take my vehicles to.I ve had my three personal vehicles, and three work vans serviced here at Integrity. With each visit Matt(Owner) has gone over pricing for parts, labor and all other miscellaneous charges. Broken down why each part needed replacing or why he elected to go for a more expensive option after the initial quote. I ve sent friends and family his way. The business name represents the owners values well.

Quick & friendly service. Very good quality of work. Matt is always friendly & courtious while being very professional. Matt is also very honest. He told me what it would cost to replace a water pump in an old car. He then proceeded to tell me the car wasn't worth it. He made our decision right there. I definitely recommend Integrity Automotive.

I received 2 tires with a 50,000 warranty for a good price with all 4 tires rotated. Quality work and if I have an questions they get answered. I've had Matt take care of a number of repairs on my car over the last year now, and he's done a great job in terms of speed, price and quality. I always get a call back about diagnostics within a day, and labor rates are relatively cheap. Matt is a great mechanic in that he's extremely knowledgeable about cars and personable enough to communicate with mechanical laypeople about dysfunctional parts and processes. Additionally, he recognizes when a faulty part is not critical to automobile operation or driver safety and will advise the customer as to whether or not the repair is truly needed.

My traction light and engine light came on on a monday, and I called several places to get me in but was unable to. However, integrity got me in the next day and corrected all of the problems i was having. I have never had my car run so smoothly, and what a great customer service experience i had here. I have been doing business with Integrity Auto for over a year now. I initially went in to get the super cheap Groupon Oil Change and was impressed at the service I received, specifically the transparency and patience of the mechanic's explanation of the work my vehicle needed. He took the time to explain and show me the problems with my vehicle, and offered multiple options of solutions at a variety of price levels.It is clear that this is a big city mechanic with a small town feel to it, one who understands that repeat business and customer satisfaction is the foundation of a successful business. I recommend Integrity to everyone I know who needs auto work done.

I have been a customer of Matt's since he opened his shop. I have had nothing but positive experiences. Matt has kept our elderly Mercury Sable running for my daughters and my Corolla in driver-ease condition. He never does more than than necessary, and always gives me options and a schedule of upcoming repairs/repairs. He always has a loaner available. I moved to Madison from a small town where I felt that I could trust my mechanic. I now have that same feeling in Madison.

I will start this off by saying the customer service interaction does leave something to be desired but the service Matt puts forth at this mechanic is incredible. The pricing is comparable to any mechanic and Matt is definitely honest. I had an issue with a part that was ambiguous in the parts list and instead of ordering the whole assembly he ordered everything close to it and only charged me for the part needed. I will say this is the only mechanic I will take my car too if feasible. I would highly recommend Matt and his service to anyone.

I purchased a Groupon for this location to get an oil change. Appointment required, that's normal. 9 days ago, I filled out their electronic form to request an appointment. Never heard anything. This week I've called them five times and left a voicemail twice, I haven't spoken with a single person from this company. What's the deal? I'll adjust my review if I get to use my groupon before it expires in another week.Update: Got a phone call the next day. I wasn't able to get in by the expiration date of the Groupon - but they've extended it since they're booked through that date - a great gesture by the company. Matt's a very friendly guy, and it sounds like they're just extremely busy. We'll see how the oil change goes!Update 2: Oil change was awesome. They checked out my car and gave me really insightful information. I'm planning to go back for further maintenance on my car. Really friendly staff! There's just two people - so the only consideration is that you have to be patient with having phone calls returned.

Today was the first time I worked with this business. Car wouldn't start.. They worked out a tow for me.. Which agreed to drop me off at my work.. They were able to intelligently able to walk through their troubleshooting process and explain to me why it was my starter.. They explained to me their trepidations to do with replacing a starter.. They were able to tell that it had recently been replaced by someone else as it had been marked on the starter by the previous company that replaced it 7 months prior... The starter had failed.. They dropped off my vehicle at the end of the day and had my vehicle for less then one business day.. I was extremely happy. With the service and two people I talked to directly were extremely nice... Thanks guys.. I hope this review leads to more business.from what I saw today you deserve it.. I'll be back. Hopefully not too soon.... But someday lol.

Matt is great. My entire experience with Integrity Auto is great. They're willing to fit you in and give you the honest truth as to what's going on with your vehicle. I'll definitely continue to work with these guys!

I've been going to Integrity for a few years now, and for more than just cheap oil changes and tire rotations through LivingSocial or Groupon (which I have used too). Matt and his crew have always been professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. A couple examples:1) I dropped off my car in the morning with almost no gas in the tank (my fault). When I went to pick it up that evening (by myself, rode the bus, got there right at closing), it ran out of gas in the parking lot. Matt's assistant at the time went back in and brought out a gas can with enough gas to get me to the gas station. Lifesaver.2) My Groupon for an oil change expired months ago. Since I'm a loyal customer who actually brings in revenue to his business (Groupon vendors make almost no money when you use them), Matt accepted it with no questions asked. There are benefits to sticking with a mechanic long-term.I will agree that it can be tough to get them on the phone sometimes. That can be frustrating but it's part of being a very busy small business.I've moved around the country and world with the military for 20+ years. One of the biggest challenges with every new location is finding a mechanic who you can trust. I went through a few others here in Madison before finding Matt and Integrity. I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon.

These people are the personification of why people don't trust mechanics. I took my car in for a $16 OIL CHANGE, and after an hour in this shop my car wouldn't start. Wasn't even cranking. They bring it back into the shop and tell me it's going to be a $600 repair. Fine. I bite the bullet, I need my car back, whatever. They do the repair and I get a call the next week that they do the repair, but now my starter isn't working and it's going to cost me another $300. That's where I check out. I brought my car in for a simple oil change, they TWICE disable my car, and they try to take me for almost a grand.Do not take your vehicle to these people.They are total scum.

My experience with this business was one of the worst I have ever had with a mechanic despite having no work done. I purchased the $25 full-synthetic oil change from Groupon and when I called to set up an appointment, I got no response after three attempts... I then attempted to use the online scheduling page and received no response. I then left a message and received no response. I then went in person to verify that the business was a legit business and finally got an appointment but decided to contact Groupon to get my money back and took the car to Kayser. If I were this owner, I would hire someone to take phone calls or handle the customer service aspect of business. What good is having an online scheduling system and voicemail if you ignore them?

I brought in a tired Prius for it's 100,000 mile work up and left with a sweet running machine flushed with seemingly new life. Had me humming along down the beltline on the trip home. I own a Pilot car company out of Minneapolis, mn, I run a fleet of 12 cars and its imperative if we break down, we get rolling again asap so we don't delay deliveries. One of my cars broke down outside Madison, Wi, Integrity auto repair opened their shop early to assist me and they had me back on the road wayyyyyy faster than should've been humanely possible. They are professional, courteous, informative and I'll bring my cars back to them every chance I get. I reccomend them 110%. 5 plus star rating!

The owner is very professional and has been a pleasure to work with on numerous occasions after I purchased a Yukon Denali which turned out to be a Lemon he has been able to diagnosis things very quickly that other shops in the area could not figure out. On top of being very knowledgeable and doing a great job explaining things that were wrong in a way a lay person could understand his prices beat everyone else's in the area. I have found my mechanic

I took one of my trucks in because of it burning excess oil.Matt told me that it would be the intake gaskets and to bring it in.I did and after being told that I also needed a Tie rod, ball joint. thermostat, Gasket, heater core, alternator, (there are other parts that I approved of as well)Also when removing the dash they broke a integral part of the glove box and I had to bring the truck back to have them"fix it' I was expecting them to replace whatever they needed to do to make it like it was when I brought the truck in...NOPE... What I received was a wire attached to one side of the glove box so the glove box when opened wouldn't spill out everything onto the floor....Of course this was a crap fix and soon broke...I had to once again bring the truck back to have then attach yet another wire jury rig fix....The biggest problem is however that I brought in my truck to reduce the oil consumption, and when Matt told me that it was the intake manifold gaskets I trusted his professional opinion. I picked it up my wife drove it to work and back and ALL of the oil was gone...I brought the truck in yet again and Matt said" well I guess its not the manifold intakes huh":Now I don't have money to throw down a hole...Matt said he would run some kind of conditioner through the system....It didn't work and after spending $3,3746.81 on this invoice alone(I have spent well over 13,000.00 to date with this company...And the truck that I brought in now uses TWICE THE AMOUNT OF OIL NOW THAN BEFORE I BROUGHT IT IN!!!!I talked to Matt yet again 2 weeks ago and he said he would have a tow truck out to my place to pick up the truck to bring it back to his shop.....IT NEVER CAME!!!I left a message the next day for Matt to contact me by the end of business that day....No call ever came...IM DONE....Today I am filing a complaint with the B.B.B. as well as consumer protection....

Easy to get an appointment, work was completed quickly while I waited, and the staff were very friendly and professional. I really appreciated that they didn't try to sell me tons of add-on services like some big chain oil change companies do. I will definitely be back.

Was quoted $738 to fix my AC, when I questioned the seemingly high quote they were very rude. I brought my Jetta to an high end European car mechanic who quoted me $320 for the same job. When I showed him the Integrity Auto quote, he said:"WOW, what a ripoff. Is this a solid gold part or titanium? The fan controller is $199 from the dealer."I had a very bad experience here, would not go back and would not recommend it to anyone else.
