We purchased our TT at Link 2 years ago and we had a problem with our roof due to traveling. Link went above and beyond in working with the manufacturer to fix the problem. The service department was friendly and very helpful in correcting and fixing the problem.

I purchased my Jayco Greyhawk from Link RV - and that experience was great and now I have the outstanding experiences in the Link RV Service Department to add to that great start. Jess and Jeremy helped me most recently, but the attitude throughout the shop is top notch and customer service oriented. I am lucky to have this great place so close to home.Service: Oil change

Randy helped my husband and I get to know our recently purchased camper, he was so kind and very patient as we learned how everything worked! Thank you Randy!And Brenda, thank you for cleaning our camper so well! It smelled and looked so nice :)

I would lik to follow up on my past review and say that I was very happy with the service after all. Unfortunately I was told to come get my 5th wheeler as they were done with Links service as I was not going to pay for cleaning as part of the labor and would only pay for the $2000.00 fridge. Asked them for the work order of what was done to the repair of the initial faucet leak. Did not have one. Asked for the parts ordered to said repair and was presented with a large box. Jeremy said he knew nothing of the food that was left in the fridge but yet on the follow up to my review it was stated that he called us about it in a few days. What was our response? We have records on weekly calls to check on status of the repair and the food left. Seems there is a falsehood in this statement. When bringing home our 5th wheel we found an extremely filthy refrigerator and took pictures of said cleaning services of over $500.00. Seems to possibly be another falsehood. The intense cleaning and airing out we believe a new fridge was not necessary. Neither was the flooring parts that were back ordered for two months. Found that to also be a falsehood for upon opening the box given it contained only wood molding!? Another falsehood as to unneeded repairs under warranty. The original leaking of the faucet which again was the work to be done back in May was never touched as the sink leaked as before. We were told by Jeremy that the sink was fixed but unchecked because of smell. Another falsehood? A trip to Menards and a new Kohler faucet purchase of $180.00 seems to have fixed the faucet. I would never take anything to Link's repair or recommend them to again our worse enemies. They almost cost us nearly $3000.00 in unnecessary repairs and almost ruined our dream retirement RV. Thank you for making us come get it as is we look at it as we rescued it from Link RV. The Meyers.

Good place to find a wide selection of camper's. But my is just spent over 30 thunsand dollars on a new camper. And it wasn't ready to go. Someone really dropped the ball. TV didn't work radio was broke and the carbon monoxide detector kept going off they came out three times trying to fix it. And still didn't get it right. She had it three days and now they have had it almost two weeks. What a joke. All i can say is they better make it right. So it's really iffy if I would recommend them to anyone.

I ran out of gas in my camper over night so I stopped to see if there was a place to get my tank filled and Rob and his sales guys took it Upon them selfs and got me up and going again so we could have heat in the camper again. I appreciate all they did for me.

Absolutely rude, irreponsible, and didn't do the warranty work we asked them to do after 2 months of having our camper. Do not go there for service. Horrible place!
