We were having trouble with our truck not starting. Justus came out and tested our battery for us. Thank you so much for having employees who know about cars and can help us get back on the road!

I've never been here even though I've lived in Woodruff for 5 years, until today. Justus was super helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed to have done. We will definitely be going back that for our auto needs!

I have been coming here for almost 3 years, for the most part service is fine. However, do not come here if you don't have time to wait. I ordered a part and stopped by to pick it up, we got halfway through the transaction and the guy took a phone call and proceeded to helping the person on the phone instead of finishing up with me. This is irritating because I am standing at the counter but he chooses to stop my transaction. And businesses wonder why they lose customers to the internet. If I take the time to patronize your business, I am the priority, not the guy on the phone. It is rude and disrespectful of my time.I will never go back to this location.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Store is clean and well stocked. If they don t have your part they will get it fast.

The guys there were very helpful. Seems these days everyone is irritated to be at work. Not here though more than willing to help out. The only downside of visits here is that it's not very wheelchair accessible for power chairs or scooters. Although it's not impossible to get in, there are not steps. But the off set doors makes it difficult.

Came to my rescue late on a weekday when I lost a wiper in a downpour. Was so grateful they were open until 7. A very polite gentlemen helped me and installed my wipers in no time.

Friendly staff and willing to help. Unfortunately not very knowledgeable. I was given the wrong part twice. Finally I talked to someone who found the correct part. He said it was at a different store and would get it within 48 hours. He took my phone number to call me when it arrived. I never received a phonecall.

I needed an adapter for my wiper blade, they had a bunch, but would not let me try them. The lady that was helping me tried half-heartedly and told me that all they would have was a new wiper blade. I already had 2 and just left unhappy.

Where the people working know less about cars then you and won't be afraid to hand you the wrong part 3x in a row. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the fact I get the opportunity to pay 30% more then I would if I just bought the part online. Oh well. It's good in a pinch but alot of there name brand parts are low quality. I give it a 2.

Just stopped at the Minocqua store and for a blinker bulb!!! Michael came out and quickly replaced our blinker bulb! Thank you Michael!

10/25/14 6:30 PM.On my way home the Service Engine warning light came on. Stopped in at O'Reilly Auto Parts for help. The gentleman back of the counter checked for fault codes on my truck. Found the gasoline cap needed to be checked, cleaned and re-installed. The warning light went out when the truck was started! The gentleman was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. O'Reilly Auto Parts will now be my location for auto needs.Thank You!Neil CookMinocqua, WI 54548

I can't make an unbiased review of this store because I work there.Stop by if you want. Come say "Hi".Our hours are 7am to 8pm Monday through Saturday, and 8am until 6pm on Sundays.

Service was fair. Wiper blades for my Subaru are expensive. $40 for the pair. Had in stock.
