I stopped by Northwoods Ford, to take a look at the 2023 Explorers. After looking around I went in and was greeted by Kendra. She was very willing to show me the vehicles, I went to see, answer my questions, take on a few test drives. To summarize, I got just the amount of help I wanted, without the pushy sales person. I went back the next day and bought a new Explorer.Also Matt was very helpful, in me getting a first responders rebate. They made it a great buyer experience !

The Quick Lane there is awesome...service manager is friendly, pays attention to detail and he knows the customers. Great techs. Professional. A great service center where I have been coming for years to take care of my Ford and Chevy trucks. A class act!

We have been getting all of our oil changes, tire rotations and tire replacements on our 2 l Ford vehicles at Quick Lane for several years. We used to be able to stop in and get service without an appointment. That is not the case anymore! Willie is operating the show with very little help and an appointment is a must for us as we travel 25 miles one way for service. With our very recent oil change, the labor charges jumped 200% in 8 months time. New Owners, new prices.

Stopped in today to get an Oil Change at the Quick Lube. Willy was the only one working in there. He got me right in and did the oil change himself cause he has know one else in there helping him. He is amazing. He was answering phones, dealing with other walk ins, and working on vehicles all at the same time. He's doing the job of 3 to 4 people with a smile on his face. Need to get him some help in there. Great job Willy.

Bought a car from Kendra on Saturday and had a very good experience. We hadn't bought a vehicle from a dealer in nearly 30 years so we were a bit out of our element. Kendra, Jose, Adam and Matt did a great job working with us!

We were looking to upgrade one of our vehicles after the birth of our daughter. We had our eyes on a Ford Explorer Northwoods Ford had on their lot. We walked in and were greeted by Kendra. We spoke with Kendra about taking it for a test drive. She walked us out to the vehicle, while asking questions to get to know us and our needs/wants. She went through the entire vehicle with us, including how this vehicle differed from ours and what we could expect. She was extremely knowledgeable about what she was selling and knew the answers to all our questions.We returned from the test drive and we sat down with Kendra and Joe (sales manager) to discuss the details. They worked with us on our trade in value and explained the pricing and costs to us. They wanted to meet our expectations regarding our monthly budget to get us to where we were comfortable, and we bought the vehicle. Jose, the new owner, even came out from his office to shake our hands and personally thank us for buying a vehicle from them.There was one service issue we noticed on our test drive, and the car was still under warranty. We asked if it could be fixed before buying the car. They ordered the part and got us on the service schedule before we even left the dealership.Great people! Great value! Highly recommended! A great place to buy a vehicle locally!

Kendra is an amazing sales person. If you have a question it gets answered, and well. And if she doesn t know, she researches and finds the answer and gets the answer back to you fast.She cares about her job and what she does there pride in her work. You don t get a lot of that these days.I highly recommend Kendra you won t be disappointed.

Kendra is a top notch salesperson. She definitely knew her stuff when it came to the truck I wanted. Was straight forward about the ins and outs. None of that buy this and lie to me stuff that I'm accustomed to at other dealers. Will definitely return and ask for her professional help.

We have had nothing but awful experiences at this dealership. From poor service after the sale to repairs not being done correctly to poor leadership on all management levels to even body shop issues. Sadly you get what you get when you deal with Marston Motors.
