I had a very good experience working with Mike today at Marthaler as I bought a previously owner vehicle. No pressure, attentive, upfront, helpful. Paperwork always takes some time, but it was a very pleasant experience.

I feel that I was generous giving 3 stars. Here s why. The appointment process was great, the recall work was great as well. Tracy was awesome. . Here s my issue. I asked them to look at a few other issues while in there. One they did not even look at. The other they said they could not find an issue cause there were no codes. So no diagnosis given to me at the time I picked my vehicle up but yet I still was charged a $149 diagnosis fee for them to say we don t know what wrong. This is why I quit going to them way back. Next recall I ll drive to the next town.

Advisors very competent and helpful. very professional and friendly. Work completed on time and additional work advised about but without pressure to get it done immediately.I also bought a pre-owned vehicle with my grandson. Sales person more than helpful. This is my grandsons first car and Mike made the experience for him very professional and friendly. It was like dealing with a friend who had my 16 year old grandson's best interest in mind.

I purchased my 2014 Traverse from Marthaler. Kelly was super, staff are always pleasant. Today was an oil change and tire rotation. When the service was done I was told a rotation wasn't needed. What?! Honesty at a car dealer?! Yup. I love it there.

Called and had an oil change appointment within 24 hours. Knowledgeable, quick and friendly staff & technicians. Thorough with vehicle inspection and won t try to sell you something you don t need. Highly recommend

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. They let me know what filters needed to be changed and replaced them along with my rear wiper once I approved the services. Great service and not over priced.

Always have had great experience here. I mostly buy parts. Dan their parts guy goes above and beyond listening intently to the details. Not afraid to tell me where best chance to get a part if they don't have one. Service department is very friendly and I feel they charge a fair price! Bragging here but I had to rebuild 6L90E transmission myself and had them reprogram. Every question and answer was Very courteous! Being treated with respect feels so good! Thank you!That's Bella saying she likes service department! Lol

This was literally the best experience I have ever had with a dealership service center. Traci is a miracle worker. My equinox was brought in for a timing chain repair and they finished the work in 2 days!! Great interactions, great pricing. Highly recommend this amazing team.

9 times out 10 great job. This time oil cap was left off and wheels not rotated as indicated on invoice. I came back next day and issues were corrected in a timely manner. Service writer was positive and responsive on getting this addressed. We all have a bad day now and then and appreciate the efforts by the staff to correct these items.

Very good place, all the workers there weather is was in the shop or the workers on the floor selling were very polite and had the information ready to go for you, you felt like you were a part of big family, highly recommend if your looking for a vehicle to stop here, they were very helpful with me when I bought my truck there

My first experience with Marthaler, and because I was not a prior customer, I was a little concerned about how they would respond to having to do work on an airbag recall. Well as things turned out I couldn't have been more pleased.I got a call-back from Traci and we got the service scheduled, the day prior to my appointment I got a text reminder from her. Check-in with her was quick and friendly and the service took about the time that was estimated.As we are spending more time in Northern Wi. since retiring - I will be checking with Marthaler for my next vehicle purchase.
