"Saving the day" is what these people do. On way to St Germaine for a week vacation we lost a section of our exhaust system. Obviously needed to be fixed before pulling pontoon 5 hours home. Whereas other businesses couldn't fit us in, Lesley couldn't have been more helpful- within 2 hours our truck was checked over, parts ordered (which took extra effort on her dad's part) and by next morning our exhaust was fixed! Vacation saved! And they did this all while trying to clear their own schedule for a few days vacation. Highly recommend! Extraordinary work ethic and positive attitude. Very fair pricing. Holy cow. Can t say enough. Was in the area on vacation and had a front wheel bearing go out. We needed to head home in 48 hours. I called 3 other random places when I called Libke, they immediately told me we ll get you in and back on the road quickly. Not only did they do that, it was only a 3 hour turnaround. Just absolutely blown away with their service and speed. Thank you guys so much!!!

Great shop and fit me in quickly and did a GREAT oil change and tire rotate and test drove it afterwards. Hunter was a huge bonus

I would highly recommend Libke. I was up here on vacation and had a rear sway bar break. The lady at the front desk said they would figure it out so I would not have any problems trying to get back home. They got me in, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed the same afternoon. Can t say enough in praise of this family business. We lost brakes on our horse trailer on the way to High School Rodeo and they went far above and beyond to help get us on the road. They let us graze our horses on their lawn while Vern drove all the way to Merrill and back to get a part. It restores faith in humanity to run into folks like these. The brakes are still working great as we head home from rodeo! Eternally grateful!

Fantastic service. Lost a wheel bearing on my trailer while on vacation and they got me back on the road in a hour. Other shops in town wouldn t even look at it on a Friday afternoon.

I was stranded over an hour from home, with not a lot of good options. Vern and his crew saved the day! They diagnosed my issue quickly, and did a great job of communicating what that was so I could understand the problem. They got the parts I needed very very quickly, and it fixed it perfectly. Going to this shop almost feels like if you had a family member that owned it and you went there for your repairs, that you are treated like one of their own. This is an excellent family run business and Vern and his crew are great!

When my car broke down 5 hours from home, the tow truck guy recommended this shop. They quickly assessed the problem and got back to me with an estimate. The price was extremely good and the work was quick, and they even managed to find the parts for cheaper than their estimate. They kept the car in the back until I was able to make the trip to pick it up again. I never saw a single employee in person, yet it was one of the best repair shop experiences I have had!

They are just THE BEST! Saved me almost $500 by telling me to check my Warranty with dealer, it might be covered. It was! 9+ year old car and it was covered! Honest, reliable and at a reasonable price doesn't get any better.

We had a battery covered by warranty through Interstate, and since they are the only Interstate battery dealer in the area, we came here. They offered to check the battery (although first they did not seem to have the time to get to us today). So they tested the battery (as ANY other place has done for us for free over a lifetime of getting cars serviced) - claiming there is nothing wrong (our prior battery test had indicated under 40% power). And after their 3 minutes of work, I asked what we owed them - as a courtesy. And they tell me $45. (Their minimum service charge).In most places, a shop would have provided us with an estimate. Here, we say "You might have mentioned it before you started the work" to which they of course slyly respond "You should have asked" (presumably their standard customer service amount).It escalated from there, but the long and short of it is, we ended up paying the $45.Avoid them - they are there to rip you off - and if you are foolish enough to walk in their door, ask them for a written estimate before they touch your car. But they will charge you $45 to spit in your eye, as they did with me. (Not literally)And like so many Yelp reviewers before me, I regret that I have to give them the minimum one star, as zero stars is not an option.

They are AMAZING!!!! Always know it will be done right. Getting any vehicle fixed now a days will be pricey but doesn t sting as bad when you know it s done right. I knew what was wrong with my 2011 Super Duty and told them what probably needed to be done but after they looked at it they found the real problem and the repair was not as expensive as what I told them what I had thought was wrong. Highly recommend, PLUS THERE IS USUALLY A DOG THERE!

I live in Indiana and my daughter and her car were at Walmart near closing time with a dead battery. Libke workers arranged a courtesy car and got the battery changed the next day. They even researched which battery brands were more common in Indiana and installed one we could theoretically use the warranty for. They were awesome!!!

They were super helpful in the face of an emergency, willing to help even when they were technically closed for the day! We appreciated how thorough their inspection was and they have reasonable prices too! Definitely recommend them and plan to use them in the future!

I saw the cutest brunette sitting on the lobby sofa ever! She was throwing a tennis ball for a dog as I recall.. as I waited for information from the receptionist..very polite.

Levern personally diagnosed the problem, taking the time to search online for past service notices and saved me at least $200 + fixed the problem. Shop is immaculately clean and repairs we're on time as promised.
