Had another excellent experience with Lenz truck. My first at the Minocqua location. Charlotte was great to work with. Finance went smooth. Truck is perfect. Couldn t be happier.

I purchased a great used truck. The transaction could not have gone any better. Sam Pegram was my salesman. Sam made the experience perfect. I live in Henderson, NV. We did a virtual walk of the vehicle. I felt comfortable with the truck, bought it and they delivered the truck to the MSP airport (4 hours one way). This was my first long distance purchase and, with Sam, I d do it again.

Purchased a vehicle from out of state over the phone because of their convenient delivery option and I was 8 months pregnant. Vehicle was listed on their website for $28,000 and they ended up financing $52,000, rushed through the online document signing so that we were not aware and then didn t deliver the vehicle on the date they gave me. I had to drive half way to meet them to get it. Also, one of the charges they added was a $7,500 service contract that they did not ever produce information for me to activate. So that was theft. And then they offered an extended warranty that they doubled the offer price when adding it to the loan. I really should have hired a lawyer however I had a baby in the NICU for the next month and children at home and I just didn t have the wherewithal to move on it at the time.

We needed to get a bigger truck for our Mobile Bar Business, Charolette and Alex made the purchase of our GMC 3500 / trade in effortless and easy.Charolette was incredibly resourceful when first looking at the truck online and arranged for the truck to be shipped to the Fon du Lac location (closer to us) within a week.My husband had nothing but good things to say about Alex when he arrived in Fon du Lac to test drive and purchase the truck. He was straight to the point and got my husband in and out with the new truck within a couple of hours.We will definitely be back in the future!

They gave us a great deal on our slightly used 2022 Ram Eco Diesel. Steve really put in some for us and worked hard to get us a good deal. Lenz Truck is always a great place to find good truck deals.

All around great experience purchasing from Lenz! Enjoyed working with Tim Lindquist at Lenz Minocqua who was polite, fun, and responsive (quick to respond even on his day off!). About a month earlier I was working with Tim on a vehicle that I had some interest in after a lot of time & effort on his part, it came right down to I wasn t 100% sold on this was the right vehicle for me. No pressure, Tim just asked that we keep Lenz in mind when we decide to buy and give him a call. A month later, we did just that and Tim connected us with this awesome RAM Limited that met all of our expectations! Thanks Tim!

Great experience buying a truck here recently. The sales man was very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal, 3000 under kbb. I would recommend this place if you want a low mileage truck or suv that is in good condition. The lobby is very nice in its southwest theme. There are snacks and drinks available.

My husband just bought a Dodge Ram yesterday. Steve helped my husband find the truck he was looking for within minutes. We test drove it and purchased it on the spot. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a truck in the Minocqua area. The price was non negotiable but significantly less than what was offered at other local dealerships. We are very happy with our truck!

Bought my pre-owned Toyota Tacoma from Zach at the Fon Du Lac location. Zach's knowledge of the Toyota Tacoma made my decision much easier to choose from the list of Tacomas in stock. He followed up with every phone call and kept me informed throughout the whole process. My vehicle was delivered to the Minocqua location in a timely manner just in time for the holiday season. Had a great time working with Brian and the great staff at the Minocqua location. This new facility is a state of the art building with a customer lounge that is second to none ! Thanks to the staff at LENZ of FDL and Minocqua for getting me the exact year, make, & model.

Went to this dealership the other day. Had an appointment and was the first dealership I've ever stepped a foot in. 1st off they have fixed prices on used/new vehicles. They could care less what the Kelly Blue book value is. No negotiating period. 2nd the sales guy wasn't very personable and just seemed to be there. I thought I was selling the car. Didn't fill me in on what was done to the truck over the years, damages, etc . I was asking why that was, this is was etc and got know where. Hiding frame rust with rhino under body liner, the oil was over filled on the dipstick. The guy didn't even ask if we wanted to see anything else. My wife and I were in and out of there within 10 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this place to any other locals or really anyone for that matter! Really disappointing

Probably the best car buying experience I ever had. No pressure sales. They tell it like it is. Fair price given current market conditions. Getting the Platinum Protection on the vehicle and finance set up was lightning fast. Never thought I d be taking it home within a couple of hours of first driving on the lot. Thanks Sam! We ll done!

With Minocqua being a tourist destination I thought I might be paying a bit more here. Not the case.Staff was very friendly and they had the Colorado I was interested in all ready to test drive.Sam Pegram is very good at his job. Straight forward and willing to work with us to get the best deal possible. Told us instead of trading in our old vehicle to sell it privately for more $$. Ended up getting us an extra $1,000 dollars down the road.Told my wife 100 times that we were NOT going to get the warranty coverage as it never panned out in past vehicles, but drove away with an almost new Colorado with it anyways. Just too good of a deal to pass up, just in case something ever happens.Driving away I noticed a couple tires needed air. Pulled up to the service center and Sam heard me talking to a tech about helping me out. He came out of his office, grabbed the keys and filled them himself. Yeah, a very little gesture, but sometimes it's the little things that count.

We worked with Steve and he was great! He answered our questions and got back to us in a timely manner before we drove a hour to Minocqua, to test drive and see the Truck. The process was fast and easy. We got a good price and love the Truck. We bought a Ford F350 Super Duty.

From start to finish Lenz takes care of you and leaves you feeling great about your purchase. Quality sales and service teams. Both our saleswoman Sarah and service tech Kaitlyn went above and beyond with their customer service and communication and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality truck or SUV. We will be back again when it is time to trade in again. Thanks again for taking such great care of us!

Just picked up our vehicle yesterday... Tim was our sales person, and I only know him by his first name, because we were on a first name basis from the very beginning. He was friendly, kind, professional and courteous. The transaction went super smooth and when we arrived at the dealership the place was impeccable! I would recommend this organization to anybody in the area. We traveled 3 1/2 hours for this wonderful experience. Highly rated...5 stars!

Terrible customer service! I went looking for a vehicle, it was freezing out, and all of the vehicles were covered in snow from a few days back. I couldn't see the price tags or anything else for that matter. No one came out to greet me so I went inside. The lady at the counter was extremely kind, the only reason they have two stars and not one. When asked if someone planned to come out to talk with us the dealer said "we don't do that." Okay, cool. You really don't want to sell a vehicle I suppose. I go into his office and he asks me what I want to know. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted or where to start and he wasn't offering any guidance, nor did he appear to be interested in my business. I drove a few vehicles, each one covered in snow and freezing cold. They didn't bother to start the vehicles I wanted to see while I was in another. I had to keep parking and the walk inside to get keys to another vehicle. They didn't go along, ask questions about my experience, offer any advice, NOTHING! I was a burden to them. And, the guy I dealt with expected me to lead the conversation and be the expert, he was so rude. When I thought I knew what I wanted and was approved for a loan they changed their tune slightly. Needless to say, I didn't purchase a vehicle from them. I went to several other dealerships and every single one came to greet me, drove along with me, had great conversation and a basic understanding of customer service unlike these guys. Worst experience I've had at a dealership!
