They worked seamlessly with our insurance company to ensure our car got fixed as quickly as possible. When an extra part was needed, they were great with communicating with us and the drop off and pick up process took less than 5 minutes each time. Our car looks brand new and everyone was super nice and helpful! Definitely highly recommend them!

They did excellent work on my newer Explorer after hitting a deer. Very friendly place and work with you. Only problem is being best in the area, they had a 3 month back log to start on my repairs, glad it was still drivable.

My rating of a one star initially was a total mistake! I have not even been serviced by them yet so how can I even rate them. I apologize for the confusion as I am technologically impaired LOL. I did not know how to get out of the site without giving a star first. Very annoying. I did get a call back from John at Gerber and we were able to clear things up. He was totally awesome and understanding and we even had a couple Chuckles. To rent my experience on my talk with John, on a scale from 1 to 5 it was a six.

As always my experience at the Island Collision Center was very pleasant. John, will always with you regarding the required repair work. His crew does a great job and the vehicle comes out looking like new. I highly recommend them.Dale

Island Collision is definitely a five star team! My car was hit on 2-12-20. Had it towed there. Was contacted by them before even hearing from my insurance company. Very professional and great quality work! Very informational as to what needed to be done. It was also very convenient to be able to drop my rental from Enterprise off there instead of having to drive back to Rhinelander. I also had a piece for the switch on my sunroof which had fallen off and they took that upon themselves to fix it. I know that sounds like a minor thing but to me was greatly appreciated! Was notified when it was finished. The whole thing went smooth and they made it a lot less stressful than it could have been.Thanks!!!!

We recently had an accident near Minocqua. We are from Scottsdale and our vehicle could not be repaired at Gerber. But they were unbelievably kind, helping us navigate and get our car back to Arizona. Patrick and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help us get the car back to Arizona. Even personally texting me. They have top notch customer service.

My wife and I had a collision with a deer.Over $6000.00 in repairs were needed. Island Collision in Minocqua made the repairs. The manager was very pleasant and easy to work with. We were very surprised as fast as the repairs were completed. We were called it was time to pick up our car. The work was excellent, there was absolutely no signs of damage. My wife and I both commented the car looked like new. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you! Neil and PamCook

My family and I were up for vacation when the passenger wheel of my Kia Soul started to emit a high-pitched grinding noise. Knowing we needed to head home in a few days, I knew this problem needed to be fixed ASAP.I called a hand-full of other service stations around the Minocqua area greeted by responses all with the same feel of "I don't give a crap", and with a common message of "If it ain't a truck, good luck getting it fixed."The last call I made was to Island Collision Center INC. The receptionist was bar-none, the best of that entire area. Kudos to her, and for getting me in contact with John. John, told me to bring it in, and they would look at it as soon as possible.Half way to the shop, the noise stopped. I explained this to John, but explained I still would like this checked out for the safety of my family. John said it would take about an hour to look into, so I took a seat. The seating area of this establishment was amazing. Not what I would expect from a shop in the north woods of Wisconsin. Clean, bright, and welcoming.John returned within the hour to say that he didn't find anything wrong with the car, and that it should be safe to drive. When I asked what I owed, John said not to worry about it. I can not sing enough praise about Island Collision Center.Thank you, John, and everyone at Island Collision Center.

My fiance brought my car there to get an alignment and they did it and it was never fixed, now I find out that my struts are bad and that it was something that they could have caught before we drove the car for a couple more weeks, Such a waste of money. My fiance also said that the man that was working and who he was speaking to was rude to him. Will never go here again, thanks for taking my $85.

Island Collision Center in Minocqua is a great repair shop to choose. The facility is visually professional and the service meets their appearance. The repair work done to my vehicle surpassed my expectations and the results were definitely noticeable, as if the wreck never happened. Personally, I chose this collision center because it was networked through my insurance, Progressive, and I am so glad I went through with Progressive's recommendation. Although, I had problem with the paint on my bumpers that was noticed months after (reason for only four stars), but because I addressed the problem to ICC, they backed their work and repainted my bumpers at no cost. If your looking for a repair facility, I highly recommend this shop and I am confidant you will be pleased as I was. Thanks for reading, I hope I helped.

They told my girlfriend that they didn t want to the paperwork for 18 bucks when she went to get some insurance work done. the lady, Laura I believe her name was, that she talked to was totally rude and when we called the insurance company they said they had no record of her having to pay the full amount and then getting reimbursed. As a preferred business they are contracted to do the paperwork wether it s for 5 bucks or 1000 per contract
