I have had service at the Quick Lane a few times and have always had a great experience. The staff is kind and make quick work. I recently had a tire patched there, and returned a month later as I was experiencing the same problem. Even though it was a new puncture, quick lane re-patched my tire free of charge.I have been to several auto service garages in minocqua and can say this quick lane is the best. Definitely recommend.

My car engine light went on and car not running well. Drove down the road and Gary from customer service very friendly got me in for a diagnosis. They were very busy but got my vehicle running smooth again in a short time. Great team at Dave Marston's

VERY friendly, courteous service and excellent communication with recommended service options although no pressure to make any immediate decisions. I especially liked the first come, first serve oil change, no appointment necessary, as I made an appointment earlier in the day at a competitor across town whose customer service had the attitude that I was serving him because I was 15 minutes late (and I even apologized) . I can't say enough about how a person treats you regardless of your status. If you care about people it shows in how you treat them! Quick Lane is a top notch, efficient and thoughtful business with outstanding communication skills.

Beware of Minocqua Quick Lane. During 2021 my wife used them for service several times because I was working 6 days every week and even 7 days at times.Never had any issues.But the last time she was there she was given a lot of attitude about rotating the tires.When I was doing the recent service on her vehicle the oil filter was on tighter than it needed to be and the lug nuts were way way tighter than they should have been.Hell of customer service, we'll never go back. Look thru the other reviews, poor customer service seems to be a recurring thing.

We experienced a slow leak in our tire on our 3-hour drive to Minocqua after a small tool blade got embedded in the tire. We went to Quick Lane first thing Monday morning, not sure if the tire could be repaired or if we'd have to replace it. They did have the tire in stock that we needed, however, their crew was able to fix the leak and we were on our way back to the cabin we rented within 30 minutes. Very friendly and competent staff, we couldn't have been more impressed!

I don t know why I keep coming here, convenience I guess. The front desk guy Willie has the worst attitude towards only certain people it seems, me being one of them. Pleasant and friendly towards everyone else who approaches him and as soon as it s time to assist me, he loses the little personality he seems to have. He couldn t even hand me my keys when he walked in, he just tossed them on the table. Luckily he tossed them hard enough that they slid towards me so that was the most helpful thing he did. Anyway you ll all probably still bring your vehicle here because they will change your oil.Service: Oil change

Three weeks ago I had an oil change done here and was in and out extremely quickly. I had stopped early and was the first one taken care of and everything went very well. Yesterday I noticed the plastic shield that covers the whole area where the oil filter and oil pan are located was loose and hanging down. I called and talked to Willie Seeliger and told him about the problem and he told me to bring the vehicle in and they would look at it and take care of the problem. They were busy when I arrived but soon got to me and identified the problem and fixed it promptly and courteously. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who would ask me, but I would say to be realistic about getting in and out quickly like I did because they do get quite busy and this is the off season for tourists.

The service was fine but the guy working the front desk was very rude. He had a very condescending attitude when going through what could be wrong with the car, then proceeded to tell us our car was basically falling apart. We scheduled an appointment next door to learn that everything wrong was normal wear and tear (that you would expect after 100,000 miles) and that most of it was of no concern. If you need a quick oil change or tire rotation I would recommend going somewhere else.

Great place! Fast and friendly. I was 250 miles from home when I realized I was overdue on my oil change. I didn't want to chance it with more driving to do, so I randomly found this place. They had me back on the road with a fresh oil change within 20 minutes!

Never ever use this place. They damaged my vehicle and never told me they did. Again, never use them!!!. I got home and realized my hood had several damages to it. I know every vehicle I own, so when I see damage, I know. So sad that the manager, Willie, is so cold and rude which makes me understand why they did not take responsibility for what they did. Because they are part of the ford dealership there, I will spend my 90k new limited truck at a different dealership. Ford can say thanks to Willie!!Again, never do an oil change there.Service: Oil change

The front desk guy, Willie, treated me with complete disrespect. When I entered, I had yet to say a word, but he clearly was having a bad day and said incredibly rude things to me. I ve been a loyal customer for years and he is a jerk who doesn t have customer service skills. Highly recommend finding a different place to go for your automotive needs. I wish I could give zero stars.

It was the worst. The oil change was fine but the service is terrible. The front desk person was rude the entire time. It wasn't done but I asked him for a price so I had a general idea. He said no very rudely and would not tell me why. I ask why not and said he doesn't know what engine I have. Well I know full well he could of looked at the report in front of his face since I have been in plenty of times with the same truck, or even asked me what size engine I have. I also asked when it will be done and gave a very sarcastic response of "when they finish". That will be the last time I will give this quick lane any more business.

Willie at the front desk gets me in and takes care of oil changes, flat tires and even rattles usually as soon as I drive up. Fair pricing and good service. I would recommend to anyone.

Quick Lane of Minocqua provides EXCELLENT service. Be forewarned that you need an appointment for services such as oil changes...but, because of this, you don't sit waiting in a first-come, first-served queue.

Drove up to Minocqua from Chicago and really needed an oil change. Stopped in at about 9:30 on a Saturday morning. They were super polite and friendly, even let us bring our dog inside to wait with us, and finished the oil change in under 20 minutes.

Walked in, and it was busy. So I waited my turn in line patiently. Willie was at the front desk. I asked him, to lighten the mood.. "Busy today huh?" he said "No, I'm sitting down eating lunch." I said "okay?". He asked what I needed and I told him an oil change. His response to me was "see you next Monday" in an extremely rude voice. I said I'm busy next week and left. He came off extremely rude. I will never go there again. I was glad to bring my vehicle to another service place. Sad to think that he is the service manager and can't even be nice to his customers.Service: Oil change

Quick, friendly service. I noticed a low tire on my car and took it to Quick Lane. Willy got me in right away and fixed a puncture in the tire.

Scott Marston and Willie the clown in the Quick Lube are both top notch JERKS! Horrible customer service. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere .Ford Motor should be ashamed of this dealership.

Always fast and done right. This is my first pick everytime I need an oil change. It can get busy fast so don't slack off and get there early.

Idiots forgot to air up the tire when they rotated them. I called to simply ask a question and person who always mans the front desk was very rude. Bunch of Bozo's in there working if you ask me
