I had a wonderful experience at this location! Super helpful, friendly, and quick! The manager Charles was so kind and knowledgeable. Really appreciate them and will be back if ever need car repairs.

I went here to have a converter done to me truck. I was charged $1300. Later I found out they had put on the cheapest Cat Converter. Cheapest material I ve ever seen. Not any where near the $1300. They re supposed to have a 2 year warranty, and the converter lasted 6 months. I went there today to have it replaced. Waited forever, and they never had it done. Cheapest place I ve seen, all a total scam. They spent $200 for material, took 2 hours and I lost $1300. Worst experience of my life with a shop. Don t go here. - Rogelio Mora

Professional,Experts,Knowledgeable,not only do I take my vehicle there but I've referred other people to'em as well as phyisclly taken their cars there, they are not just a muffler shop THEY CAN DO IT ALL I'm having my catalytic converter installed by them very soon. When a business such as this is always busy thats a positive sign to me that their pretty damn popular

Great place to get good, quick, honest, and affordable work done on your car. I've been coming here for a couple years now and have never had an issue. They have never taken advantage of the fact that I'm a woman that doesn't know much about car repairs. They're very honest and that's a hard trait to find amongst car mechanics.

They did a great job on my exhaust in was very quick in professional..it took them literally less then a hour to fix my exhaust in to have me back on the road..i highly recommend anybody to go to them for great service

I have spent a lot of money at this place over the years and I know now that it was only out of convenience. I took my car up there for a simple oil change and 3 days later they hadn t even gotten to it yet. No one informed me beforehand that there would be a week wait for an oil change. Secondly I m pretty sure my car was skipped due to the fact that there was a truck there the same day as me and that truck was already being worked on, yet I still had 6 cars in front of me. The customer service at this place is very stale. The employees always seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I ve probably spent about $10,000+ at this place and still can t even get a proper greeting upon coming to the place. Never again.

Hated it understaffed inconsiderate terrible I was scheduled to have an evaluation of my vehicle at 8:00a.m at 930 still nothing they took my keys said they had to move a few cars and would get it looked at I left no Thanks. I also came in last Friday

I dealt with Jazz and overall he is excellentI wanted a specific setup on my classic/project car and they were able to make it happen.Starting from the rear: twin turndown exhaust tips, mufflers, real X-pipe, catalytic converters, welded bungs for tuning w/ oxygen sensor, ceramic coated exhaust manifolds (1.625"), on 2.25" exhaust.If you're south of 375HP, then go with this setup, properly sizedOnly hiccup was the installer did not use a hole saw for the temp sensor, he kind of hacked it with a bandsaw or jigsaw. Brand new left header flange.I wanted to keep the E.F.E./heat riser valve part, but it was hard to get a new valve. It has to be installed at the end of the header. I would recommended this if you live in the north.I had previously bought/installed the G-Force B-Body double offset crossmember. Stock one only has one offset. I did previously loosen all exhaust manifold bolts.I did request they keep the old manifolds and the heat riser actuator, and they did.Reason for the downgrade is that when I brought my car back for the A/C bracket, they tried to explain the car was done. It came in w/ a bracket, it should leave with a bracket, & heat riser valve.They forgot about my car on their lot and had it for about 3 months, then tried to charge me for the bracket. I spent ~$2100, that should have covered all the work. They were able to modify the stock bracket and make it work.I really want to give this place a 5-rating, but I have to give them a 4. In my opinion they are the best shop in the Mil. area. Lots of places do not install header manifolds.

I was recommended to take my car here from another auto repair shop and I'm so glad! The service was quick and although it was a hectic morning, everyone working got people in and out efficiently. The cost of the muffler repair was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Wisconsin Muffler!

Horrible experience I received.. I was lied to three times. I called to price check a service and was given a quote. I dropped the car off with MAKE & Model reiterating the quote.. Salesman agreed.. I get a call three hours later stating that quote wasn't to my vehicle.. Well I wouldn't have dropped the mf off if I knew you were going up $65. Than I was told oh btw u need this this n this!!($2500 worth of repairs) I declined... Received another call stating your car will be ready at 5..please arrive no later than 5:10pm.. I arrive and the mechanic haven't even started on my car.. n missing a service... The mf lied in my face stating, "oh you need this fixed in order to get that done".. that would run you $600.. basically he didn't want to bc the mf just started on my exhaust... Mind you my cousin owns a auto shop and told me specifically what I needed... He doesn't do alignment or exhaust.. otherwise I'll never bother... If you're not buying what they're selling, you are Worthless to them... I'll never return nor suggest business to them... Money hungry lying untrustworthy unethical group of individuals...

Went in for AC work. The tech didn't even measure the temp at the vent just said it is blowing cold air. I asked him what the vent temp was and he put me on hold but then came back and asked if there is a button on the dash to get that reading. The only positive is they didn't put up a fight when I suggested there shouldn't be any fee for the poor service.

Lowest prices in the city for minor to major work on the several new & used autos/trucks i own. Straight forward HONEST auto repair thats always 1st Come 1st Served motto, which I love most. Warranty is strong and they are always willing to address any issues, questions, concerns I've ever had.

I have never been here. I need to get a muffler cover but after reading all these negatives reviews about how people at this shop lie about prices and work, I don't think I'll waste my time and money. It's true that women are often taken advantage of when it comes to car related repairs. I don't think I'm gonna come here, too many negative reviews. SMH

good place to do business with, bad side is location is small so you better get there early..especially on a sat..but overall they do quality work. Patience...Give them time and let them do it right

My car has been there for four days they haven't even when I called it still hasn't been in the shop yet! I need my car if they don't call me by noon today I'm taking it to another shop! Don't take your car there this is ridiculous

A place you can take your car and trust that they'll give you the right prices. I trust their work. I've been taking my car to Wisconsin mufflers for about 6 years. They look out for senior citizens.

They claim to work on foreign cars but upon my visit they gave me the wrong diagnosis on the lexus. I went to the dealer ship the following month to find out the work they did in my vehicle was not done properly. Causing my car to misfire causing me to have to pay to fix there mistak. Never going back !

They replaced a large muffler on my van, at the end of the day I paid 50 to 75 less than I thought I was. Now my van's quiet.

I had to bring my van twice and still not able to fix it I am sorely disappointed, their mechanics don't know what they are doing I am going to better business in regards to this. They are unable to to the job right

needed 2 brake lines for my 98 bonneville, estimate was $277. brake lines and fittings are cheap for this car, i bought lines, fittings, fluid from advance auto all for $55, installed in my driveway and bleed brakes under 1.5 hours, your estimate is a complete ripoff, should have been $150 with tax, very disappointed, will never go here again
