Needed to replace all 4 tires. Bought tires online from Walmart, made an appointment for 8am. Tires were at the store didn t have to do anything but hand them my key in and out in less than a hour.Super easy and quick. Props to these guys for making it such an easy process.

We ordered tires online,they were ready for pick up and they we had them installed. The process was easier than I thought it was going to be. Everything went good. It didn't take to long to install. Thank you for great service.

I needed 2 new tires. The website said they open at 7 a.m. . When i arrived the sign said they open at 8 a.m. because it was Sunday. Ok cool i had to go grab some groceries anyways. I went back to the service center at 8 & the ONE employee who showed up said he can get me in at 10 a.m. IF the other employees show up. I asked if i could just leave my car there because it was so low on air.. he said sure & we'll schedule you 1st. Cool cool cool.....UNTIL he saw my husband walk up. He became rude & totally ignored me & began helping another customer. He then said "I can get you in BUT IT WON'T BE TODAY" . I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! THEY ARE GHETTO!! AND RUDE

Never aging! Sold me bad tires and because I had them rotated and balanced somewhere else they said all my warranties that I paid for are no longer good? Even when the place that rotated my tires are licensed! Never again. Im sick of all these places taking your money and acting like you are in good hands when really all they want is your money!

This auto center has the most knowledgeable & friendly employees. They perform services such as replacing tires & oil changes. Sure to a lack of staff, an appointment is recommended. If you need to bring your car in immediately you may have to wait a while or return on. another day

I purchased tires and tech refused to put them on due to not buying 4 just 3. I had to go elsewhere and ended up spending additional money. Very disappointed!

I just needed two tires. Showed up at 7, they told me to come back at 10:30. I come back at 10:30, they tell me it ll be an hour to an hour and a half. Two hours later, I ve seen my car go in and out of the garage, but it takes another 20 minutes to pin down an employee to let me pay and give me back my keys. I don t know if they re understaffed or what, but this was painfully inefficient.

Purchased all brand new tires and set up an appointment for installation online a few days earlier! Took my car in a week later, dropped it off fifteen minutes before my appointment, and an hour later, my car was ready! Everything went smooth as butter!

Let me tell you my story.So about a month ago I had ordered some Goodyear tires online and made an appointment for today (November 28th). I paid for the tires and installation all online.I then received an email a few days later stating that one of the tires was unavailable. I was puzzled by this, as it showed that they were in stock when I ordered them, and plus it was a month away (couldn t they just order more so they have 4 for my appointment?) You would think that there would be some human oversight of this system and a person could stop the system from cancelling my order for just 1 of the tires. What am I supposed to do, only get 3 installed? You can t do that on an AWD vehicle. But anyway, I called the Walmart and once I finally got through to someone they told me they actually didn t have any in stock. I said can you order the 4 and hold them for me? The response was no we don t hold tires so I said can I get in sooner then? The response was no, that is the earliest we can get you in. So, basically, they won t hold the tires for me, so either you go and pick up the tires ahead of time and bring them back on the day of your appointment, or just say a prayer and hope they have them on your appointment date.I arrived on time to my appointment with no expectation that it was going to actually get done. I was prepared to cancel the sale if they didn t have the tires. When I initially walked in and checked in, the guy at the desk told me they don t even have record of my appointment. How convenient! He showed me their schedule for the day and lo and behold it showed a totally different person that had taken my appointment slot. But, since that person didn t show, I got lucky and they got me in. He went and checked for the tires in the back and to my surprise they actually had ALL 4 of the tires! I had to pay for the 4th tire (since it got cancelled off my original order, but I was expecting that at the least)They worked surprisingly quick! The car was done in under an hour, and they actually remembered to put all of the valve stem caps back on! I can t tell you how many times I ve had to go back in and retrieve them. Mine are special chrome caps, so farm and fleet always tries to do a switcheroo on me, and give me the black plastic caps instead of my custom ones. Never going back to Farm and Fleet.The tires ride smooth and are quiet and vibration free. For reference, I got the Goodyear Reliant tires. My initial reaction is that they are good tires!I asked before the appointment if I could have the old tires back (since 2 of them still had 5/32 tread on them) and they forgot so I had to dig them out of the tire storage cage outside in the cold. No big deal, I d rather put them in the car anyway instead of them.This may sound like I had a bad experience, but it really wasn t. The customer service on the phone SUCKED but after going there and seeing how swamped they were (even during a work day) I understand why. I walked away with 4 new tires at a price no one could beat. Would I recommend? Ehhhh. I don t want to be blamed if someone has a bad experience. But I paid literally half of what the local tire shop (Farm and Fleet) was going to charge me for comparable tires so I can t complain. You get what you pay for in a sense. Hopefully the tires hold up because I dread having to follow up on a warranty with them.If you are patient, I recommend them. It may take a couple of times to get it done but for the price you can t beat it.

Just awful, complete utter incompetence. Made an "appointment" to get 1 tire installed I bought online at Walmart, waited 2+ hours to realize they installed it on the wrong wheel after telling them MULTIPLE times which one and the ONLY very obvious bald one that needed to be replaced.Guy who runs the counter is a moron. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to come here......

I called the tire shop to schedule an appointment to get tires and an oil change. I was told no appointment needed they do walk ins until 645 pm. I arrived the same day at 530 pm and the manager told me that they are no longer accepting walk ins for the day because the tech leaves at 6. I had literally just spoke with someone 30 minutes prior to arriving. I live almost 25 minutes away and according to the posted hours they are suppose to be open until 7pm...very disappointing and poor customer service!

Horrible experience, workers told me I couldn't do walk ins after 4 pm even tho I called earlier that day and they didint mention that. Lazy workers didint want to do anything, I got there at 5 pm. They close at 7. An oil change doesn't take 2 hours.

My appointment was at 4 they called and ask if I could come earlier, I came at 2 they didn t bring my car into the bay until 4:50! , for them to take 20 mins to tell me they couldn t take the lug nuts off the tires !( they took 1 tire off) waste of my time NEVER AGAIN DO BETTER!! :(

Just got my Friend minivan rear tires replaced and really he liked. Good choice for a car or truck tires replacement. Awesome, Needs to make it an appointment.

We stood in line for a pick up for almost an hour. Service was good but no teamwork efforts plenty of employees on staff and it still took forever.

No communication what so ever! Got the job done, but it took 3 1/2 hours to plug a tire. The wait wasn't the problem. It was when I arrived at 8:15 am, they told me about 45 to an hour. An hour and a half later, go to the register and ask about how long. Clerk said you are next. AN HOUR LATER, go to check on my car again, THEN he said that I was the first one on the walk in list and they had several cars to do before me with one tech. They could have told me that in the beginning. Finally car done, tech becked for me. I came out of the waiting area. He pointed to where he would take care of my bill and walked out. Stood there for another 15 min then a different tech came in and I asked again, what is the hold up, and let him know the other person signaled for me to come out and stand here. He said he didn't know, found my paperwork and finally got me on my way. GOOD customer service is almost dead....

Don t let Walmart touch your car. I brought my car in to replace a tire. They took my keys said it would be an hour-hour and a half. Five hours later they called to tell me they didn t have a tire in my cars size. Apparently that s not part of the check in process. They said they d waive instillation fee and have it tomorrow and text me when they have it in. I go in the next day and they ordered the wrong tire.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great price for tires but the wait times are ridiculous. I bought a warranty but it's very hard to use. Got a flat tire they only take walk ins. Been here since opening and still had to wait 2 hours for repair. Not sure if warranty is worth it if you can't get in to use it.

Ordered two new tires to be shipped to the store for installation. Walmart confirmed the correct tires for my make model year style Vin number. With a mini-spare on and the flat in ghe trunk I had to spend 20 minutes explaining how the tires should be installed. Two new tires in rear, best two of the other three on the front. Having the third wheel in the trunk and the mini-spare installed was just too much to comprehend. Luckily Walmart sold me the wrong tire size so I got to return them and wait another week.

For the love of God do not go to this Walmart Auto Care Center. "Auto Care"??? More like "Auto CARELESS". Worst service I've ever received, poorly ran, and has taken 3 appointments to get my tires on.The low prices are like a mirage in the desert that bring you in to their shop. Then, once you get there you're trapped by horrendous customer service, terrible communication, and you're lucky if they can even do the job they're paid to do. I would rather have the Grammy award-winning, notoriously blind musical artist, Stevie Wonder, work on my tires than have to interact with the manager of this Auto CARELESS Center ever again.Whatever price is attracting you to bring your vehicle in AIN'T LOW ENOUGH to deal with this service.Service: Tires

Appointments needed, they were very fast and friendly while working on my tire. I believe they have the most reasonable prices on tires and work. I got 1 tire replaced and was told about another that will need to be replaced soon. No trying to upsell or scam for more work like other places. They get rid of the old tire at a great price $2-4. Another place wanted $15 just for that.You can shop while you wait but it was pretty fast. Very informative team that knew exactly what happened to my tire and car that caused the blow out etc.

This place is never open on time whenever I come for service. They are supposed to open at 7 but didn t unlock the door until 7:10 which caused a line at the door on a rainy day. They are hiring please apply so that they get the help that they need. I wish there were more tire centers in the area. If you need your tire plugged it s first come first serve no appointment is available for this service; so either wait outside in the cold at the door or go wait for hours later in the day in which they may not be taking anymore vehicles.

We Schuler time for 1 tire to be pu t on. They lost it then tried to blame who is black and I'm white wheel chair bound. They came with a story about my my front tire that couldn't be changed because it'll mess up my transmission. Then they couldn't do it,even after suddenly remembering my appointment. They never planned to help up us the moment my husband rolled in. FYI, I went to the dealership to put the tire on, and we're able to change the tire and didn t have any idea what they were talking about.

The wait was 4 and a half hours long to get tires rotated and 2 nails out of my rear tires. First come first serve and the only appointments you can make is if you are getting tires installed. It was ridiculous the amount of time you had to wait

2 hrs, but still couldn't change a light bulb. First, they'll get the bulb within store without checking stock and then asked me to get it from outside. Then they didn't know about panel near mudflap to access light bulb socket. I had to inform them about it and that I couldn't open it so I came to them. I thought but my trouble was done, but then came the long wait. They kept telling me that my car would be next after the current car, and I waited for more than an hour. Even after this they didn't start on my car, so I had to cancel my service and come out.

I had my young daughter take her vehicle for our scheduled installation of 4 tires with balancing. This was absolutely the worst quality work done! After picking up the vehicle, she jumped on the freeway, only to find that once you hit 55 miles the steering wheel began shaking uncontrollably! She called me frantic, I had her get off the freeway and take the streets home.I called the Auto Center and was told that the soonest appointment to fix THEIR mistake was out into December sometime. I received the same response from another Walmart Auto Care Center location as they are double booked.I will take my vehicle elsewhere and pay for this service at my expense but refuse to go back to this location.Update: I was able to luckily find a local Midas to look at our vehicle the following day. Apparently someone failed to balance the tires. A mistake on Walmart's Auto Care Center, that ended up costing me an extra $50.THIS IS NOT OK!Service: Wheel alignment
