I noticed from my dashcam that the technician took a joy ride at the end of my oil change service. I do not think it was neccesary for the technician to push the car to the point where the wheel spins. I believe to my knowledge after an oil change, all you have to do is check for oil temp, pressure and leak. There was no reason for the "Test drive". I also accepted the complimentary car wash from Volkswagen of Milwaukee North, and when I receive my vehicle back I found serveral scratches and one dent on the right side passenger of my car. I am really dissapointed how my vehicle was abused just for a 10k mile maintenance. I expected to receive my vehicle back in better condition and it turned out to be worst.

I initially purchased my VW from another dealership and my experience there was horrible. So, after purchasing I decided to NEVER go back. Volkswagen of Milwaukee North has been very good to me. The customer service is great. Today I dropped my vehicle off for service and I had yet another great experience :-) Thank you!!

Staff was generally indifferent about me and my vehicle.When I dropped off the vehicle, I asked them to look at something specific, to which they didn't. When I received notice the vehicle was ready, there was no mention of the issue I asked them to look into. I had to bring it up separately, to which the response was "we didn't notice anything". I asked if they could check before I got the vehicle. The reply was that "We'd wait and see they next time your in..."Additionally, there was no explanation of the estimated service charges at time of drop off. Was surprised to learn that my vehicle which is still <3 years old was not under a warranty coverage that included the oil change any longer. Would have like to have sorted this out prior to getting the bill at the end.

I bought my Arteon from here and it was smooth. 2 months after I bought it, I got a flat about 15 mins away from this dealership. As I am trying to put my spare on I cannot get my wheel off because of the lug nuts. When I look for the key I notice I don t even have it but it says that I should have it in my papers. Not even AAA could help me. What is the point of having a spare tire and kit when I am not even able to take off the tire?! I was left stranded in the cold until 3am because they couldn t do a proper inspection before I bought the vehicle. I then drove it with the flat to this dealership as it was closest to me. They were able to fit me in but did not pay for my Uber to or from the dealership. I waited 5 hours just to find out they didn t even fix the issue, they made it worse. They gave me my car back and told me that it s not safe to drive. The only good thing that came out of this visit is they gave me the lut nut key that was missing. I get in my car to find that they didn t patch the hole, or replace my tire, and they didn t even put my spare on for me to drive home!!! They told me they could not patch my tire because my tires were too bald, so why didn t they put my spare on knowing this and still sent me on my way knowing it was unsafe to drive?! Not to mention, I found out they worked on the wrong tire! They worked on my front driver instead of the rear driver wheel and cause that wheel to have bumps on it now and it had white marks all over it. The staff was rude and unfriendly and after messing up my car even more they threw the issue back on me and didn t care. There was also no communication or phone call as to what the plan was, so I came to the dealership expecting it to be patched, replaced, or the spare put on. I then drove to Ewald in the Falls and had the best experience there, they told me that the tread was good to patch it and did an amazing job, they even found another issue that North Mke didn t find. The workers at Ewald were so nice and offered me great service unlike here. I will never be coming back. I would give negative stars if I could.

Took my Tiguan for service and the customer service experience was amazing. I want to thank Jack Warren for his attention to detail and explaining what the service would entail. They also cleaned my vehicle which is always so nice during the winter. I would recommend.

Mike Bekenshteyn truly is the best. He has been working with me over 10 years . He has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect with my car purchace yesterday. Convenience, shuttle services, setting appropriate timing expectations, friendliness of all staff from service desk (they are the best!) to those working with you when you drop off and pick up the vehicle.

What a great experience at Volkswagen of Milwaukee North. This was a planned scheduled service for 12/12/2023. It was our 10K service. I was able to call and schedule this well in advance. We added a tire rotation and a complete detail service. All I can say is AMAZING. I was taken care of each step of the way. They were able to get me home and back to the dealership when our VW was ready for pick-up. The detail on our VW looks absolutely amazing.

Zack Haack and Evan the sales manager were attentive and worked with me to get the best deal possible. The paperwork to sign the lease was also a very pleasant experience and went quickly. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and this was the best end of lease/start of new lease experience thus far.

In all my years in sales both as the salesperson and customer, working with Mike Bekenshteyn was by far one of the easiest, greatest and happiest sales experience I have ever had.I had been looking for a very specific VW Atlas for nearly 4 months (color, trim package, miles and price) and when I finally found it at Volkswagon of Milwaukee North I was lucky to meet Mike. He has a deep knowledge of the cars (he has worked there for over 20 years) and was able to answer all of my questions (and I had A LOT). Mike guided my wife and I through the sales process as a trusted advisor and never once pushed the sale. He truly wanted to make sure we were comfortable with all aspects of the sale as this was a big investment for our family.He listened to our questions, he advised on the best path forward and by far and way gave us the best price on the car (trust me I have been researching this car for over 4 months). Not only was the price great but the sales experience was above and beyond excellent. Mike and I bonded over our love of coffee and he pulled out a thermos of his famous Turkish coffee and we toasted to the purchase of our new car together.I recommend Mike Bekenshteyn without reservation for anyone looking to purchase a car with a five star experience. Overall, I think the actual service performed on my car and the customer service would be a 5 star rating. I am lower that rating because I sat for almost 3 hours waiting for a simple oil change. I did schedule an appointment ahead of time as well. I think it should be communicated from the beginning that it would have taken longer than usual as 3 hours is not, by any means, a usual wait time for a simple oil change.

My car was there for more than 4hrs and I had asked for it to be charged during the time and the employee totally forgot when the car was returned to me it was less than 10%.Also I asked for the breaks to be checked and demonstrated the employee the sound that the breaks were making, and in the report they only stated that at the moment of checking it it was not making the sound so they couldn t do anything about it very poor comment in my opinion. I don t expect that a 2023 vehicle makes a squeaky sound when breaking.

I loved that I was able to drop my car off and have it serviced within 24 hours, no appointment was needed for this visit. The mechanics were able to resolve my car's issue and look into Volkswagon warranties so that I didn't have to suffer any outrageous out-of-pocket costs. I Highly recommend Umansky for Volkswagon servicing!

Great car buying experience! We had been searching for a vehicle for weeks and was shocked at the lack of follow up and help we were getting at almost all dealerships. Working with Raja was fantastic! Since we were buying a car for our daughter turning 16 he made the moment special for her delivering the vehicle and making it a special surprise using props and taking photos. Would highly recommend working with Raja and this dealership.
