Negative 10(-10) stars. I have never been in there and there wasn't someone in there to complain about their car. I personally have been there four times. At the current moment I don't know where my car is. The guy working on it somehow unprogrammed my key fob, then said I had to pay to get it reprogrammed. They tried to charge me for work that should have been done the first time I took it in. They worked on the wrong piece, they didn't know the firing order of my engine, even though I was showing them the diagram on chrysler website. He said it was wrong. I just want my car at this point. I have been here a few times and for the most part they have been pretty diligent on getting the quotes and services done on time, however this last time I was given 3 different time son when my car would be available leaving me without a car for almost 4 days. They said one thing was wrong with it when it wasn t and then had to order a new part which took a lot longer than I was told. And no one ever answers the phone. I had called 6 times on one day and no one answered. This experience was not at all pleasant to my last few times there. I will not be returning.

Nice and helpful customer service. When I went up there they helped me right away and ordered my car part same day. Fast service when I brung my car back. Answered all the questions. Fast and easy service for my muffler.

Hello again every chance I get, I m gonna not patronize this place they said I had too much oil in my engine, took it somewhere else. They said there were nothing wrong with the engine. The Cadillac converter was clogged you people need to be put out of business telling people over and over $2000 to get your car fixed when only was 1000 you need to get your business in Anybody don t go to this place they are a rip off

My son took his car in on Saturday after he scheduled his appointment the receptionist was nice and told him they meant to call him because they were over booked. She took the car anyway and said they would give him a call when they access the problem. We go back Saturday evening just to check the receptionist was on lunch so we talk to the manager he quoted us 2,000 saying struts and wheel bearing. The car was brought in for alternator and battery. Luckily the receptionist came in and said he got his cars mixed up and he was looking at a totally different make of a car. They accessed the car but couldn t find the information so they said we would have to wait until Monday. We are ok with this because the appointment person said it would be free to access the car. They call Tuesday and said it was the alternator and it would cost 900$. Which is double the normal price. We declined and when my son went to pick up the car they charged 150 for looking at the car and storage fees. This is the last time we will use them.

I had my three months oil change yesterday. As usual my experience was an A plus. The representative was polite and the service was on point. This is my go to. Try it.

Over price everything they do I found out I paid to much which is my fault for not shopping around going to the first shop in a panic but they put the belt to my a$$ and taught me a lesson with there high prices so guess what ........ Never again work was awesome tho no lie

Outstanding. My 2nd experience with Velasquez. Very thorough, solid quotes & above all great work along with great customer service. I was highly recommended by a friend who had work done there. Every description was accurate. Great place

I've been a loyal customer at Velasquez Auto Care for 3 to 4 years now, and I've consistently received exceptional service. They have a knack for identifying and resolving issues correctly on the first try. However, the reason I've given them a four-star rating is due to occasional delays in opening up their store, which has happened more than once. Additionally, I've noticed that their bathroom facilities are sometimes not fully stocked, specifically missing paper towels. While these factors might not be a concern for everyone, for those who prioritize efficient car repairs, Velasquez Auto Care remains a top choice.One thing to note is that their prices can be on the higher side, but the quality of their work consistently meets my expectations.

I've delt with them several times before, but this experience was one of the worst ever. I am not satisfied with the work that was done. And I still have issues that have not been resolved.

I always tell people about this place , never had and issue just awkward silence / limited communication when you have to wait inside, but they always get the job done and dont try to over charge or get over.

Experience is usually average. Little disturb this time I was quoted a price to get my new tires put on but was charged a different price in the end. If you have a price increase within the company that need to be stated especially if you are give a quote. I could honestly say if I was quoted this price prior I would have went else where. Almost 200$ to put my new tires on my rims. I was not happy. And that is 85- 100$ more than I paid before with so that is a lot on price and increase for the company. A phone call would ve been nice since it was more but they did the job and told me that at time of pick up.

My vehicle was pulled in for an estimate within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was shown what was needed and told how much it would cost. Friendly staff and clean waiting room . I would have given them 5 stars but the air conditioner was not on to cool the waiting area down.Service: Auto brake repairService: Auto brake repair

Called before I came and they informed me that Saturdays were FCFS but could fit me in probably in an hour. The receptionist was nice. Super professional, and the cost was fair for a brake pad replacement. I will definitely come back in future.

I dropped my car on Monday was told hours later there was no issue. My friend had to go to Velazquez to emphasize the issues, provide education and they agreed to work on my car. I did not get an update until Friday (after leaving voicemails etc) with being told they found shaking, will do a tune up, and my car will be ready in a few hours. I picked up my car Friday, paid the amount, confirmed what was completed and unfortunately my car has the same issues it had before bringing it in.Update: I emailed the email address provided from Velazquez response on 8/29/2023 and awaiting a follow up.
