I went to VCA and they were able to give me a quote within minutes. They worked hard to make sure I got the right parts which were delivered to their shop in 2 days! After bringing my vehicle in they finished the work in less than 15 business hours. The quality is amazing! They were super communicative with me about other things that they saw that needed work and were honest with me about work that was necessary or could wait. If I could give them 100 stars I would. 10/10 would go there again

I had my bumper replaced here on a Sonata. I was quote the lowest price here but I decided to purchase my own part. Galena was really nice and helpful. The work was fantastic! My car was fixed within 24 hours. I recommend them for body repairs and I will use them again but hopefully not .

This is the best repair shop in Wisconsin..The only shop I would recommend for body repair When you call or go in ask the nice lady Galina for the best mechanic max.Max Saved me so much money and he can fix any car!!!!

Thank you, Thank you, for all you did. Galena went out of her way to help with the insurance company actually doing the accounting for them! Save us money. Went to bat with the insurance to get us the original parts not China made! Can't even tell where the damage was. Beautiful looks brand new!

VCA was great! We got in a wreck and they worked completely with the other parties insurance which was so nice because the insurance company was very difficult for me to deal with so them handling all that was amazing! Our car seriously looks like it was never hit in its life - the repair was that good!

I was referred by a local friend. VcA shop and there staff did an outstanding job. Car was not there to be present due to other factors of issues I was dealing with. That was the risk I was willing to take but, despite all that, paint codes are very important as well. Highly Recommend the car, being there in the future for a complete paint overhaul and paint match. Once again, VCA pulled if off and I couldn't be more than happier with the results. I contacted VCA regarding a front bumper repair. Their service and sense of urgency was outstanding. My repair was completed within 48 hours and my bumper looks brand new. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone in the future.

VCA auto body did an amazing job on my vehicle. I had to get some work done on the drivers side fender and It looks I was never hit. The body work and paint job looks amazing. They did amazing on repairing my rims as well. Great customer service and staff is super helpful! I highly recommend this place!

I was told not to go here from a shop up the road and heeded their advice. After receiving my vehicle from the aforementioned shop s care, I was not pleased with the overspray and lack of care on the paint work, so I decided to go to VCA for my second vehicle s paint job. I paid a little more for VCA but was far more satisfied with the work they did. I could see their paint job was just like a factory finish, unlike the previous shop that could not achieve the mirror finish (i m assuming because it s done so quickly and parts are not removed before painting). VCA also worked on a Saturday and got the job completed sooner than I was told it would be done. I could not be happier with the finished job. If you re paying out of pocket, stick with VCA and don t go anywhere else no matter what others tell you!

Edited: the RV was stripp while in their possession, it's their responsibility once you give them the keys for repair. But just read their reply down here. what a shame!!!Careful!!! Misha and Gabriel came to look at the RV,they said it needed further diagnosis and it need to be tow to there shop where it was ripped and the engine was stolen from it overnight while in their possession they claim it was left outside on the street because of the large size and have no responsibility.

I've had multiple cars repaired at VCA. I dealt with a younger gentleman, Max, he was extremely helpful every time I come in. I've had body work done on one vehicle. Another car had mechanical work done on it. Both cars look and perform great thanks to them. Great service, reliable, and hardworking employees. This auto body place did an AWESOME job! I want to thank them for going above and beyond to do their job (body work) well. When I picked up the car, I was very impress with the quality of work that they did. Their price is very fair and have excellent people working with them. You are always informed of the progress and their reply is always in a timely-manner. Please check them out first and get a quote before going elsewhere. I would like to thank VCA for helping me getting my car fixed. My car had some damage to front bumper due to accident. VCA Auto body worked closely with my insurance and made repairs in a timely manner. Provided me with details on the work they did and the cost was better than competition. Would definitely recommend VCA to my friends and family and will use them again. Great job VCA Auto body repair!
