it was worth the wait! friendly people and they were patient with me, explaining every single detail & answering all of my questions. They are also bilingual, so that's definitely a plus. I was able to leave happy with a new car with no down payment!! (Of course it all depends and it's different for everybody). But for me? I was very satisfied!!

I would absolutely recommend Van Horn Latino to ANYONE looking to buy a car. Staff was all so respectful and kind and did not pressure us to do anything we were not comfortable with. Roger, Rueben & Briseida were absolutely wonderful to work with! Looking forward to my new purchase!

I got a BMW 330I here and the saleswoman Miroslava and the manager Ruben were amazing to work with. From the moment I first reached out to the last final moments as I walked out the door with the keys in hand, one notable thing I noticed was customer service. They treat you amazingly and help you get into any car that you want . I would definitely recommend Van Horn Latino if you re looking for a place to buy a car that treats you with first class customer service and has excellent prices.

Rogelio and his team took the time to help me look for what I was looking for in a car. After looking at multiple options we found what we were looking for but it was at a different dealership within Van Horn, but Rogelio and his team took there time to bring it to us to see here at Van Horn Latino. Overall my experience was great! Thank you once again to the entire team!

My experience with Van Horn Latino was absolutely wonderful. They were very responsive to questions, easy to deal with in the negotiation and purchase process, and delivered my car to me exactly at the time they said they would, then took the time to go over all of the features with me. I had the car inspected, and it was in the exact mechanical condition that they described to me. I'd 100% recommend them to anyone!

Honest and nice to work with. Had car prepped and clean. Worked out great deal for both sides on price. Answered all questions and went beyond to ensure I was satisfied with purchase. Lifetime oil changes and a full tank O gas, made my transaction flawless.

Loved the customer service at Van Horn Latino, everyone is super lovely. My dad bought from them before, this was my first time. They made buying a car super easy and stress free. I came for oil change with 9K miles (almost new car). So first they cross-thread hole for oil plug. They fixed it with threaded insert - not happy with it but I had to accept. Then went home and oil was leaking. Went back they said it was leak from oil filter. So, supposedly they fixed it. Went back home and still oil is leaking. Went back to this dealer and I am waiting for diagnosis.Overall at this time it is too many trips related to simple oil change. I would not expect this issues with dealer's service.Now I would like to update this review. After all issues were addressed and receiving rental at no charge I would go back to this dealer.

Brought my van in for my free oil change under the Van Horn "Oil for Life" program. Also got a tire rotation. Nice place. Clean, comfortable lobby. Free popcorn. Vending machine. Free wi-fi. Did some work at a high-top table while I waited. They got to work on my car within 15 minutes of my appointment time.
