Always excellent service. It's usually the same group of guys working when I go and they are SO polite! Only location I'll go to for my oil change! Appreciate their kindness every time!

Been to this location before, and the group of guys there are some of the nicest people I ve met. I believe Cornelius (skeleton tattoo on hand), helped me today and have had worked with him before, but he reallyKnows his stuff and is really down to earth. Keep up the great work :)

I have now gone to this specific location a handful of times, and plan to make it my regular oil change destination! Armando (I believe he is the manager) is so kind and personable. I was impressed by the problem solving done by the Valvoline team today. It s 100 degrees outside. They have been working hard all day in this heat.The weather heated up their compressor and this prevented their oil guns from working so they couldn t put oil into cars. Members of the team drove to purchase oil and made sure the cars including my own were fully serviced even during a mechanical outage. The team communicated with customers and made sure we were fully satisfied.

This location takes advantage of people. My son got an oil change for his Silverado. The 5.3L V8 takes 8 quarts as shown on the invoice. These dudes slap an erroneous "extra oil charge" for $32.97?! $145 for an oil change at a Valvoline with no tire rotation included... gimme a freakn break. Called the location 3 times. No answer, no machine. So dishonest. We have 6 cars and I have used Valvoline for years. We're done!**In response to only 5 quarts included... Fine, but that is not what the invoice states, and it was not explained to my son. It shows $105 for 8 quarts and then an additional line with extra oil, which implies more than 8 were used. The $105 charge should read 5 quarts, and the $33 should read Extra Oil Charge: 3 Quarts. $145 for an oil change is still outrageous no matter how you slice it.

4 days after my oil change I noticed a heavy drip of oil running from underneath the vehicle. Returned to the location and they informed me the technician Timmy didn't fully tighten the drain plug. They gave me a 20% discount for the NEXT oil service. Not sure I'll return because forgetting to tighten a drain plug is like forgetting to tighten the lug nuts on your wheels. It's the most important part of the process. A pain to have to return but the folks there were very nice. Just poor performance.Service: Oil change

I've been here before and it's fine but I got my oil changed recently and they spilled a bunch around under the hood, didn't clean it, and my car started smoking after driving! I took it to another mechanic and they were disappointed in the quality of the oil change spills. They were able to clean it and also top off my windshield wiper fluid. When you go in, make sure they clean the spills/dribbles around the change. Otherwise, the customer service is really nice.

I love coming here to get my oil changed because it s so quick and easy and you experience everything. If you re lucky, the tech will also walk you through what s happening/what s normal. Learn from me and wait to be beckoned by employees before entering garage hehe.

Went yesterday for an oil change. I was treated more than nice and decently. I love the fact that i wasn't trying to be forced to buy anything else or getting any other serives,which i hate from other places. I was given my options and once i chosed,i was provided with what i wanted. I was out in less than 20 mins. No hassle. The staff is super cool and friendly. Everyone works together for a quick, accurate oil change and survey of our vehicle. People were friendly but not chatty, doing their jobs thoroughly. I was surprised but happy that the price is stable.

Went in for an oil change today and I was blown away by the friendliness of all of the employees here! From the moment I pulled in to the second I drove off I felt welcome and taken care of. Every person who worked on my car greeted me, asked me how I was doing, and communicated everything that was being done. I also noticed that all of the staff seemed to work really well together based on their communication skills and teamwork. Shout out to Margarita, Aviva, and Miguel for being so awesome! I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this location.

Margarita, Jake and, Austin service me today. I have the most wonderful experience with them. First off, I m really excited because it was my first time being serviced by a black woman to get an oil change. Oh she did an amazing job. Every time I need my oil changed I will now go to them. They were says respectful and easy to understand. As a woman myself, I hate getting my oil changed because I feel like it s a sales tactic. But here today, I did not feel pressured at all. I trusted the workers and they were truthful and helpful. Great job! Will see you guys In 3k miles

I have been going to this service station since the Summer of 2014 (about 8 years). This is a very well-run, consistent location. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. Most importantly the management makes sure they are detail-oriented. I used to go here, but one day they said they wouldn't change my oil because the fasteners for the plastic skid pan we're mucked up. They said I needed to have it repaired before they would touch my car again.I took it to the dealership, and they said they couldn't find anything wrong. Since their oil change price was cheaper than Valvoline, I just kept going there.Now, I just go back for my emissions checks since they're close to my office.Historically my experience here has been good though.

Came in for a usual oil change and he argued with me about taking the 80 dollar oil change when I wanted the 59.99 oil change told me he was educating me! The total price of the oil change came out to be 69.99 and also taxed on an oil filter and an extra oil charge with out notifying me! Total price after 25 dollar coupon is 51.69! Please fix this issue trying to tax on extra charges also we waited an hour and 20 min for them to start working on the vehicle worst experience ever!Service: Oil change

Not service related but our van died when we were leaving Milwaukee to go home to Appleton. We were able to coast off the highway into their parking lot blocking their service garage exit. My wife and I were blowin away with all the help and understanding their employees showed us. A+ for customer service even though they were not making any money by helping us. Thank so much. Highly recommended.

Such a great place came think in the middle of a sticky situation. During oil change also helped me with my battery light which turned out to be a missing serpentine belt. Thank God for this place and the wonderful people that work there . They always treat me like a VIP so I tip very well.

THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU. I went in for an oil change yesterday. After waiting in line for an hour and a half I drove up and requested an oil change. They worked on my car for another 25 minutes then read me what I was being charged for which was a king list of things that were NOT an oil change. One of these things was $40 to check my tire pressure (which jiffy lube does for free). I said this is ridiculous I never asked for this not to mention that I literally got new tires four days prior and have never been more confident in them. They told me it was my own fault and if I didn t want those things done I need to verbally say so before hand despite me ONLY asking for an oil change and then never confirming I was getting a full service oil change. They gaslit me into thinking I was being ridiculous and should have known better. This place is predatory and takes advantage of young women, do not go here.

Went for emission test, long line. Only had 1 bay for testing and were using it for oil change. When bay opened they continued to service other cars instead of having someone test cars. What should've been a 5 min. Test ended up being a 1hr. Fiasco. Won't go there again. Tech that finally did test was friendly and efficient, but no apologies or explanation when asked about the wait.
